86daigou.com review: Big scam! A pure thief without morality! Get out of USA! 4

I purchased something on 86daigou.com 8 days ago. What I would never imagine that today I could not help posting my angry feeling on the internet about this unparalleled worst of the worst online shopping experience so far in my life! They are such an online purchasing agency full of scam with no credibility, no accreditation from Shanghai, China! As a Chinese living in USA, I felt so ashamed having this type of dishonest online business from China emerging in US market and rob people's trust and money. They didn't provide a clear infonographics of how you should receive your purchase from China. Until 8 days later after I placed the order, I realized that I still hadn't heard anything about the delivery of the product purchased through 86daigou.com, I went to check up my account and found the product was still in China in their warehouse! I contacted the customer service and got explained that I'd have to manually arrange the delivery myself! Hell no! How could I know as a new user that I had to checkin onto their website to arrange the delivery myself without seeing any clear instruction posted anywhere on their website! All of sudden I didn't feel like buying the product though I paid for it. But I still checked up the delivery methods and found out actually if I arranged the shipment I had to pay over 30$ for shipping to the US. I got pissed cus they promised for any first order, it would be totally free shipping anywhere around the world from China. I felt so scammed and I didn't want the product anymore so I claimed for refund! What happened next really pissed me off to the hell! They rejected me the refund request simply buy saying "Sorry to inform you since your product arrived at our warehouse so long that the refund policy is no longer valid in your case." WTF, are you kidding me? 8 days! Just 8 days when I even hadn't touched the package ! In the US, as long as the product is in good shape for the second sale, you could return and refund the products even in 90 days! So what I did, was in the following 4 days, contacting them on the phone fighting for my consumer's right with one girl after another to seek my money back. They were just like the Chinese authority despising my complaints and the only answers and the synonymous answers I got were " Sorry, we can't return the product, you'd better have it ship out. And you still have to pay us the service fee". What the heck is this service ! Who the hell you think I am? Hand the money to you when I get bullied and scammed? GET OUT OF USA 86daigou.com! I will not let you get away with this as you wish!
