9flats Stole my money!

I wanted to rent a place to stay while travelling. I found this website www.9flats.com and decided to give it a try. Found a nice place, price was also good, so I contacted 9flats and made a reservation.
When I arrived at the place host refused to let me in and said that he did not receive any payment from 9flats. I contacted them and they claimed that host wasn't telling the truth. So one of them actually scammed me and stole my money, and I have no idea who was lying and who was telling the truth. Anyways, these guys stole my money and I was left alone with no place to stay. The most terrible experience in my life!

this agency indicates rates in your local currency as total price with certification at the end of the transaction, that this amount has been recieved from your creditcard acount. But in fact they charge your acount in Euros that shall be converted by your creditcard and therefore you are going to pay more in your currency than the certified price at the beginning.
Questions and pleas to the service team are handled unfriendly and without any satisfactory outcome in a real German manner.
