A-1 is the most professionl and relible service. Sam the tech was grate. Very knowledgable and friendly. Kept me informed all day of his arival. Office staff was very orgnized and helpful.

I got a level 2 inspection done for two fireplaces in my new house that I just bought. The guy who came over was right on time, polite, and really fast. He even said he could start the work today! The price for the inspection was really good too! Other places were asking for almost three times as much!

They responded right away to my inquiry about fixing and improving my fireplace. They showed up on time, and were really professional. The work they did was top-notch, and the repair guy explained everything to me, like what he was doing and why. They finished the job nicely and on time. They might not be the cheapest option, but they did a fantastic job and I'd totally recommend them.

I was easy to set an appointment for within a day. Technician, Chris, communicated his arrival time before hand, and work was completed in the time window I signed up for. Seemed knowledgeable about what is working well and made recommendations for future repairs, along with an estimate of cost. Very polite, tidy, left no mess despite what had to be cleaned. I would hire them in the future again.

My technician, Levi, arrived in the time window given. He talked about choices with me for cleaning my dryer vent, which was buried under a deck before I bought my home and never cleaned since I moved in. So, my dryer wasn't staying hot. He explained the cheapest to the most expensive choices. He even gave me a veteran's discount and told me that he is a veteran too. He was polite, professional, and fast. I'm happy and will use this business again.

We got nothin' but good things to say 'bout this company, and our technician, Nate. I put in a request for a quote on Sunday, and they emailed on Monday and gave me a choice of times startin' the next day. Nate was on time, quick, really knew his stuff, and explained everything we needed and showed us pics as he was workin' on different issues. He was friendly and gave us great advice which we need 'cause this is our first house with a fireplace. We'll definitely be callin' 'em again!

Wouldn't use them again. The work was okay, but their way of doing things and pricing was off. I was selling my house and needed the chimney cleaned. I asked how much it would cost to clean it. They couldn't give me a straight answer. I asked for a rough estimate. They said it could be anywhere from $100.00 to $1,000.00. They said they would have to come and take a look. The guy came over and said it would cost $99.00 just to inspect. I was running out of time, so I reluctantly agreed. Then he said it would actually be $249.00. I reluctantly agreed again. He found a 4" crack in the mortar and said the chimney was unsafe. I had to show this to the buyer to close the deal. I had to get it repaired. They wanted to charge me $250.00 for the repair. I found a mason who did it for $75.00. So, definitely get another quote. It felt like my car broke down in a small town and I had limited options because I needed to make my appointment.
