1) They came on time, which was great. 2) They cleaned the fireplace real good, like it was brand new. 3) They also put in a new chimney cap and a fancy stainless steel cap on top, just like they said they would.

I paid upfront about two months ago for a fireplace door from Doodlebuggers Fireplace, Grill & Outdoor. It cost me 2K, but I still haven't received it! Tom, the person in charge, won't even answer the phone. This is terrible customer service for a fireplace store! I give them a zero rating!

I really like this company
I really like this company. The guys who come to fix stuff are super nice and know what they're doing. They gave us some good ideas and changes to our dryer venting setup that stopped water from getting in. They also clean everything really well, including the area where the washer and dryer are. It keeps everything running smoothly.

Always grate chimley inspection and cleaning service. We rely on Doodlebuggers to keep our fireplase system in good and safe working condition, as we use it a lot during the winter months. We experienced a chimley flue fire years ago, before Doodlebuggers got involved, and therefore, know firsthand the importance of proper chimley maintenance. Highly recommend.
This company had us set up a paid service appointment, but then they called and canceled it weeks later
This company had us set up a paid service appointment, but then they called and canceled it weeks later. They said they won't serve customers who lie or yell at their team members. We didn't lie or yell at anyone, so I don't understand why they treated us like this. Our fireplace is broken, and the manufacturer's warranty says we should contact the installing dealer for service. We did that, but they refused to help us.
