They just quoted me 720 bucks to change like a 12 inch pipe that feeds the hot water maker. Crazy!

these guys been here 3 times in jus 2 weeks, includin' some plumber who didn't even know why he was there, like wut? an i had to get another company to fix tha mess they left behind, real unprofessional! Got it in writin' that the mistakes they made coulda caused a fire or explosion, how crazy is that? Don't trust 'em at all, shame on them!

Soo, AAA Service Plumbing charged me too much for the garbage disposal install, it was like $700! But they gave me $50 off with a coupon. The boss man couldn't even tell me what exactly the cost covered, it was a super hard formula or something and not just counting hours or parts. He said prices are high nowadays, but the formula was made ages ago. It doesn't seem like they're being fair with their pricing.

AAA Service Plumbin and Heatn has gave me like super good service fr, like Carey who answers the phones n Greg who be killin it wit the electric work. N some of the plumbers dat came to my cribs ova the years have been pretty clutch too. So thanx AAA for doin ur thing wit da service n not chargin an arm n a leg for it all. Def worth da call for Plumbing, Heatn n Electric needs!

I was scammed by AAA Service Plumbing, Inc. They charged me almost $1,000 to put in a new garbage disposer and were completely not clear with me about the cost. The serviceman told me that the garbage disposer cost $500, but they made it simple by giving a flat rate. After looking into it, the disposer was only $115. I tried to get an invoice that shows how much everything costs, but they said they can't do that. They were really defensive and now they won't say anything. It's wrong and they tricked me.

They took $2099 from me just to fix a small kitchen sink leak that only took like 90 minutes. They tricked me into agreeing to more work than I needed over the phone and took advantage of me not being there. They said they needed to do serious work on the stack leading down into the basement even though it wasn't necessary. The services they charged me for were outrageous. $49 just for their service fee, $742 to pull out the dishwasher, $748 to replace a small pipe section, $192 to replace the kitchen sink p-trap, and $368 to reconnect the kitchen disposal drain. We feel completely ripped off and taken advantage of. It's messed up that they would do this kind of dishonest communication and charge us such a crazy amount of money, especially since all they had to do was pull out the dishwasher.

I gave them one star only cuz I had to. These peeps were hired by prop manager to do all maintenance, including winterizin n dewinterizin our swamp cooler. It's July 9 n they still ain't made no effort to come out, even tho we had an appointment a month ago. They put us on cancel list, call on day of sayin they short staffed n can't come out. I call back to confirm appointment still on, n find out they done cancelled it. They ain't gonna make no arrangements or nothin. N they sayin they so busy they can't come til July 19. I told em I got a baby, pets, n work graveyard shift, n I can't be sleepin durin the day. They don't care. No accountabilty whatsoever. N when they call, they don't leave no message. I been hung up on n they ain't even returnin my calls. So unprofessional n no courtesy. I can't believe they got such high rating. They the worst!

This companys been ok for drain fixin in the past. Talked to them folks today and they tried to switch it up on me. They said my account was closed cause of some issues at my house, I shut down their camera offer last service, and they got pics of root problems from 2 yrs ago. They never said nothin bout it ever befo, but they wanna upsell me on unneeded services. The owner (John) just left me a message sayin he don't want my biz no more cause he ain't appreciate how I talked to his people. He don't even wanna hear me out. They say they affordable at $36 each cleanin but they tryin to sell me more services. Every time they come by they say they don't see much roots. But now they doin somethin different when I ain't around. Their techs notes don't lie, folks. Be careful cause I ain't usin them again.

Plumber messed up big time and damaged my whole house 'cause he forgot to turn off a faulty faucet leak. The manager was nice and all, but it's been like two whole weeks and nothing's been fixed yet. I can't even use my kitchen faucet. Sucks big time.

Sept. 29, 2021, we gave $8k to AAA Plumbers to dig a trench to the backyard fence for removing a grease trap on the secondary line. They did the job, but the dirt wasn't backfilled right and the holes in the backyard led to a basement flood during a recent big storm. The supervisor said don't worry, it will compact in the winter, but it didn't. We spoke to them on Aug. 15th, and they promised a supervisor would call us. We've rung them up many times, but still get no reply. We have a one-year backfill agreement, but now we're feeling like we threw our money away.

Had AAA Service Plumbing, Inc. come over on 3/9/22 to help with my secondary drain issue - it was connected to my laundry and kitchen. I'd been having problems with laundry overflowing, and they came to snake the line and said it was fixed. Fast forward to 3/22/22, I did another load of laundry and there was another overflow. The utility sink cupboard got ruined, and even my throw rug and personal items suffered damage. I called up AAA again the next day, and they sent a tech out who snaked the line once more. He took pictures of the mess, and reported that I was looking for compensation for my damaged goods. A supervisor later called to say that they would send out another tech with a camera, and he arrived later that day. He only managed to put his camera in a few feet and said he couldn't go further, and that the cast iron pipe had collapsed. According to him, I would need to tear up the laundry room tile floor, tile hallway, cut out the walls, and have the pipe replaced. All of that would cost me $8100. He didn't even include wall repair, new tile, or tile installation. I called *** (great company!) to see if they could give me a second opinion, and they sent someone out who put the camera in and said that the pipe was completely sound, but full of debris that just needed to be cleaned out. They cleaned it and now my line is clearer than when it was serviced by AAA Service Plumbing, Inc. I even have videos from both companies that I can share with anyone who's interested. I'm going to be filing a complaint to ComplaintsBoard.com for compensation from AAA Service Plumbing, Inc. for my damaged goods ($400) and the original cleaning they did ($200). Thanks!

AAA came over to fix our hot tub hookup. When he came in to quote us, he answered a call and laughed about making extra money on another job. The price was higher but their rep is good so we went with them. But later we found out they overquoted us $5,000! First appointment was 11/12 but he came late and said he couldn't find a part. He complained about the job, then disappeared for two months. My calls weren't returned. I asked for a manager who was actually helpful and found out the part was available in local stores like ***. But after rescheduling twice, they offered a free furnace check but I asked for a refund instead. The new manager tried to bully me into using them again but finally gave me a $50 discount. Customer service was nice but couldn't solve the problem. I tried leaving a Google review but they ignored it. No idea what to do now.
