Performed hot water tank in a professional and timely manner, arrived on time. They done a good job and got it done quick. The guy who came was nice and knew what he was doing. No complaints here. Would recommend.

So far I think that the company is fairly priced and upfront with all the costs and the justifications. The person that came to make the estimate was thorough, knowledgeable, and fast. I highly recommend getting an estimate at least with this company.

Hot water tank pilot light was out. After calling Apex and scheduling a service call they informed me the tank was very old and needed replaced and it would be over $2,000. I called another plumber which re lit the tank and showed me the label on the tank which was made in 2015.

I called Apex for help with a really cloged sink. The guy was awesome; he was all professional, polite, and quick. He fixed the problem right away. We liked it so much that we called Apex again to replace our toilet. Same awesome service. I'm gonna call them for any plumbing stuff I need in the future.

Apex Plumbing Pros, LLC came to my house to fix a sewer problem. They charged me $1000, but the issue still isn't resolved. They said they would return with another camera, so I made an appointment. Unfortunately, I had to go to work, so I rescheduled. However, they didn't show up and called at the last minute to cancel. I'm not giving them any more money, and I don't want them on my property. I could have worked today.

This company scheduled me for an estimate for a repair and no one ever showed up. We moved around our whole day to make sure we'd be home during their 4 hour time window. When we called, they told us they got busy in the morning and weren't coming. Even though they knew this from the start of the day, they never tried to contact us. I asked to talk to their customer service manager and they said they were busy and would call me later. But they never did.

and *** from Apex Plumbing Pros, LLC hooked us up with a brand spankin' new 50-gallon State Select water heater, a pressure expansion tank, and 2 shutoff water valves. These dudes were super cool, professional, and took the time to answer all our questions about the new water heater. We're stoked with their service. Even though they took way longer than expected to install everything, the bill was exactly what they said it would be ($2,107.74) when they gave us the quote the day before. We'd totally recommend their service to anyone.

So, I had these 2 crews from Apex Plumbing Pros, LLC come to my place to fix a leak under the sink. I gotta say, it's what this review is all about. They told me they couldn't do a morning appointment, so we set it up for 3-6pm. The next day at 8:30am, they called my wife, who had to leave work just to meet them at our home. Can you believe it? Two crews, three professional plumbers, and all they did was snake the kitchen drain. And guess what? They charged my wife a whopping $456 for that! Can you imagine?

But wait, it gets worse. When I finally got home, guess what I found? The leak was still there, untouched! Can you believe it? These people they sent over had no clue what they were doing. It seemed like they were more interested in snooping around our home than actually doing any work. I mean, seriously, why would you hire someone like that?

Save yourself the trouble and hire someone else. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

After callin another local plumber (who couldn't service our office for at least another week & a half), I called APEX Plumbing and upon just LOOKIN at our toilets, Chase and *** advised us that we needed new toilets (ours were probably close to 40 yrs old)! Chase and *** were awesome! They were very professional, friendly and efficient! My boss was really impressed with them and the company and now we have a NEW PLUMBING COMPANY to call anytime that we may experience plumbing issues! So glad that I cancelled the other company and called you guys! Keep up the good work!

came to my Condo to fix or change my Sump Pump system. They said the whole system needed to be replaced. They replaced the whole system on 10/18/2022 and said I had to pay them that day for the whole job. I made a total payment on 10/18/2022 of $2,876.00. I asked for a detailed invoice for all parts and labor, but they didn't give me a proper invoice. I have now checked their work with their competitors and I have been overcharged by $1200.00 dollars. I can't fill out my warranty form with the parts manufacturer because Apex isn't specifying the parts they installed. If ComplaintsBoard.com can't help me, please tell me who can.

I'm really bummed out about this company. They charge way too much. I just needed a new kitchen faucet, and they slapped a $200 price tag on it (that's what the plumber said). In the end, our bill came out to a whopping $763. Assuming 10% for tax, that means they charged us $487 just to install the faucet. Our clock shows that *** only spent 1 hour here. When I asked for a detailed bill to see what exactly the $487 covered, they said they don't do that. So basically, they're charging nearly $500 per hour for labor. There are plenty of other options out there that cost less and do just as good of a job. I'm never using this company again, and I suggest you do the same.

I had a clog problem in the main pipe and the plumbers that showed up ran the snake through the shower tub. They couldn't find the clog problem, so one of them suggested that maybe it was the toilet causing the issue. So, I replaced the toilet that same day, but that wasn't the problem because the pipe got clogged again the next day. I ended up running a 25-foot snake through a different pipe section by myself and solved the problem. I called the company the next day to talk with the manager, but they never called me back. I guess they don't care about customers after they charged for the service. I paid $350 for the service for nothing, plus almost $200 for the new toilet that wasn't the problem after all.

The plumber came to my house to unclog the sink drain and messed up my wood floors real bad. They didn't even try to fix the floors back to how they were before. Apex plumbing didn't do nothin' about it.

Negligent work. Many problems. Not handled or fixed right. Won't return my call. Ruined ceiling from leak. Might have messed up shower system. Charged way too much. Tried to fix their screw-ups 4 times and still failed. They came today and there's still a leak. Blamed broken fixtures. If it's broken, they broke it.

So, I hired Apex Plumbing to fix a sewage problem in my yard. They dug up some of my yard, but then they were supposed to come back on July 1, 2022, and they didn't show up. They changed the date to July 5, 2022, but nobody told me about it. They said there was an email I was supposed to sign, but I didn't even know about it. And then they called me and threatened to sue me because I hadn't signed the email. They also wanted me to pay all the money upfront, even though the job wasn't finished yet.

I got an estimate for plumbing repairs, both inside and outside my place. But they did the work all out of order and didn't finish it like we agreed. They even did some extra stuff (hydrojet) without asking me first, and they did it before finishing the inside repairs. The inside repairs were actually done quicker than they estimated. I talked to the person who writes up the service and the vice president about how I think their estimates are too high. Now they're trying to get money from me for all the services, but two of their employees, including the vice president, don't work there anymore. So now nobody knows what we agreed on.

We had our hot water heater break, so we called Apex to check it out and give us some options. On Friday, 2/18, Dusty came to check it out. He gave us a few choices like fixing it (around $1000), getting a tank system ($2500), or a tankless system (about $6000). We decided to go with the tankless one, and the total cost came out to be around $5400. Dusty didn't do the installation himself, but he had a crew do it. The problems started right away, with no hot water because of a grounding problem (the installers used an extension cord instead of a proper outlet), and sometimes the hot water would come and go. We've called multiple times, but we hardly get any response. They did send an electrician to install an outlet on 2/21, but they never followed up on the other issues. We've called, but when we do get someone to talk to, they don't really communicate with us. We feel like we've been tricked, sold a faulty product for over $5000, and they haven't done anything to make it right.

On May 31, 2022, Apex Plumbing Pros, LLC came over to fix our water line. They replaced a 160 ft section that goes from our back garage to the back of the house. They charged us $9994,00 to put the line underground using a boring machine. While doing the job, they accidentally nicked the 100 amp electric line in a few places and even cut the line that connects the house to the back garage. As a result, Apex had to dig a big hole in our backyard, about 5 ft deep and 5 ft by 5 ft wide. They reached out to several electricians who all agreed that the 100 amp electric line needed to be replaced. On June 17th, Apex returned and dug a trench from the back garage to the house. However, there were many delays. Finally, on June 22nd, they laid the electric line in the trench, but it wasn't connected. They only partially filled in the trench on June 27th, and the electrician connected both ends on June 28th. Unfortunately, our grass died because the dirt sat on it for too long, and we lost shrubs and bushes due to the delays. We still have a huge pile of dirt, about 4 ft high, in the middle of our yard. The sidewalk was not properly replaced either. Todd, who was supposed to inspect the final job, didn't show up. However, he did call my husband and said we owed him $4,000 for the mistake his company made by cutting the electric lines. My husband told him he paid the $4,000 by credit card. While waiting, a neighbor even brought his tractor to fill in part of the ditch. We want our $4,000 back and we want the work in our backyard to look decent. We understand that the dirt needs time to settle over the trench, but we would like something to be done about the large pile of dirt. We were only given a 5 lb bag of grass seed and 2 bags of mulch, which won't even cover half of the damage.
