Absolute promptly booked a date for the service. Freddy arrived on time, was very professional and explained things as he worked. He was friendly and courteous .He made some recommendations which I will take them up on. Without hesitation I would call them in the future.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Absolute Plumbing Solutions. They did a complete service on our furnace including finding the reason for a noise that we had been hearing. They arrived at the time they had given us and they didn't rush away. I recommend them for a furnace service.

We have used Absolute Plumbing a few times over the years as our house is aging. Great service from the very start with the call in to the receptionist all they way through to the finished quality work from Freddy. He explains everything in detail as well! Highly recommend. Thanks Freddy and team!

The team was amazing. Let us know about arrival time, worked quickly and quietly ( important during Covid-19 restrictions and a home office environment). Explained everything. Cleaned up after themselves and made sure we knew what was done, what to do and made sure we were happy with everything! Very happy!

We needed our gas fireplace serviced as it hadn't been looked at in quite awhile. Mark of Absolute Plumbing Solutions came out to our place to take a look and did the service at the same time. Mark was on time and very thorough in checking all aspects of the gas fireplace for efficiency and safety. I would definitely call on Mark again for another service. We highly recommend Mark for this type of service.

Just want to give Mark and Absolute Plumbing team a big thank you for there prompt and professional work on repairing a leaky toilet. I called Monday morning after noticing a water leak and Absolute had Mark at my place that afternoon. He was able to stop the leak right away, at that time we decided it was time to replace the the toilet. Mark had it replaced on Thursday. I would not hesitate to call the Absolute team for any plumbing concerns. Thank you

I've used them for a couple of years now and wouldn't call anyone else. They know their business and they are quick and efficient. Always on time. Always friendly and courteous. Always on point with the problem. And they go above and beyond. Came to fix a blocked drain this week and asked if they could fix the broken toilet paper holder for me as well .. not part of their job description but they saw it was off the wall and repaired it for me .. like new. These are the guys to call!

Our kitchen sink backed up. We did everything we could to solve the problem. We call Absolute Plumbing on Monday morning expecting to get service the next day. They phoned back to say they would come later in the day. On arrival Fredy put his bootees on so he could walk anywhere . He looked at the problem , gave his price and we agreed to it and 1 1/2 hrs later the problem was fixed. Fready cleaned everything up. He was very friendly and Professional. I would recommend this company .

I found Fredy and his partner to be committed to a job well done and ensuring total customer satisfaction. Process and options and costs were clearly laid out prior to proceeding. Work was performed in a professional friendly manner along with related future maintenance advice. I would have no reservations with recommending this excellent company and am truly glad to have found them.

We faced a horrible sewage blockage issue with no idea where or what it was. Gloria at reception was professional and calming. She laid out what to expect and when to expect it. We got a heads up shortly before Freddy arrived. He professionally and promptly found the problem and repaired the blockage. He left our home without a trace of evidence of the problem (blocked sewage line) we had just dealt with. He followed COVID protocols and was informative and pleasant throughout. I would highly recommend this company.

I was so grateful that Fredy Sandoval and his brother could help us out the day before Christmas Eve - fitting us in before they closed for the break. Recommended by another plumber, my panicked call was answered by the Sandoval's sister who was courteous and most helpful. Her brothers arrived as scheduled 30 minutes later and fixed our blocked and backing up drains. They also explained carefully, without pressure to buy, a couple of follow up/maintenance packages. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service which was reliable, thorough and courteous.

We recently had a clogged kitchen sink that was causing a lot of trouble in our home. We called three local companies and Absolute Plumbing was the only one that was able to come the same day we called. In fact, Fredy even shifted things in his schedule around a bit in order to help us out as he stated he knows how much of an inconvenience it is not to have use of your kitchen sink. Fredy and his partner worked fast and cleaned up and were really great about answering questions - super thorough and professional job, plus the cost was very reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Henry and Mark arrived on time in the appointment time frame. I had a number of issues to be fixed, one being new and important leak from shower drain above. After confirming where the leak was coming from and the fix, Mark worked on that while Henry went over the other issues giving sound suggested fixes for each with quotes. The "one last thing" that was not on my original list was more significant than it appeared and a larger failure, and water problems was imminent. So a "can you tighten this for me" turned out to be a good catch, saving money and a more urgent call in the coming months. Henry always explained or showed why the problem occurred giving me full confidence of their fix. They worked straight through with a professional, courteous, and respectful manner. I appreciated their shoe covers and clean up. Everything was well done and pricing fair. I have another project in mind and Absolute is at the top of my list for that work.
