I was searching the internet for a replacement part for my grohe faucet when I stumbled upon the ChicagoFaucetShoppe website. ChicagoFaucetShoppe Disappointing Experience with ChicagoFaucetShoppe: Missing Parts and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm not too happy with my experience with ChicagoFaucetShoppe. I ordered a part from them, and when it arrived, it was missing some important pieces. I mean, come on, it was pretty obvious that it wasn't complete. But whatever, mistakes happen, right?

So I tried to get in touch with them to get an RMA and return the part. And let me tell you, it was like pulling teeth. I called them three times, and every time they told me that the person who handles that wasn't available. Like, seriously? How hard is it to have someone available to handle returns?

And to make matters worse, they haven't even responded to my emails. It's been four months now, and I still haven't heard anything from them. I mean, I get that they're probably busy, but come on. A little communication would be nice.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with ChicagoFaucetShoppe. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

ChicagoFaucetShoppe Disappointing Experience with ChicagoFaucetShoppe: No Delivery or Response

I ordered some parts from ChicagoFaucetShoppe at the start of January. They sent me an email to confirm my order and charged me for it. However, it's been a while now and I still haven't received my parts. I don't even know if they've been sent or where they are because they didn't give me a tracking number. I've tried calling and emailing them, but I haven't received any response at all. It's really frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way as a customer. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It's just not worth the hassle and stress.

I recently had an experience with ChicagoFaucetShoppe that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I needed a specific part for my faucet and after speaking with their customer service over the phone, I was told that the part was in stock. I went ahead and ordered the part online and waited for it to arrive.

A few days later, the package arrived but to my dismay, the wrong parts were inside. I immediately contacted their tech support team, which only corresponds through email, to try and resolve the issue. However, they were unable to verify if they had the correct part in stock and asked for a photo of the old part to confirm. I sent them the photo four times, but they still couldn't verify the correct part.

After wasting a significant amount of time trying to get the correct part, I decided to return it for a refund. However, I was shocked to find out that they were going to charge me a restocking fee. I couldn't believe it! It wasn't my fault that they sent the wrong part, yet I was being penalized for their mistake.

To make matters worse, ChicagoFaucetShoppe is a "family run" business, but they made it very difficult for me to feel like family. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the entire experience.

I recently had an experience with ChicagoFaucetShoppe that left me feeling frustrated. I had purchased a long handle pullout faucet from them, but unfortunately it didn't work properly. I searched their website and found a part that I thought might fix the issue, so I ordered it. When it arrived, I was disappointed to find that it didn't solve the problem - in fact, it made it worse. The handle leaked and I couldn't get it to stop no matter what I tried.

I reached out to the company to see if I could return the part and get a refund, but the customer service representative I spoke with was less than helpful. She insisted that the part was used and therefore couldn't be returned. I argued that it was the pullout that they had recommended to me, and if it didn't work, that wasn't my fault. She didn't seem to care and refused to give me my money back.

To make matters worse, I had already replaced the old faucet because I couldn't find the part I needed. Now I was out even more money and still didn't have a working faucet. I called my plumber to see if he had the old faucet, but unfortunately he didn't. He told me that it was a shame that the part was going to be thrown away, as it seemed like such a waste.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with ChicagoFaucetShoppe. While I appreciate that they had the part I needed, the fact that it didn't work and I couldn't get a refund was frustrating. ChicagoFaucetShoppe Terrible Experience with ChicagoFaucetShoppe: Long Wait, Wrong Part, No Refund

I had a really bad experience with ChicagoFaucetShoppe. I ordered some stems for my faucet and they charged my card right away. The website said that the stems were "in stock" so I thought I would get them soon. But that was not the case. I called multiple times and each time they said that the stems would ship "in the next day or two". But it took TWO MONTHS to get the stems. And when I finally got them, they did not fit. They were 11" long, but the website said they were 12". I was really frustrated because I had been waiting for so long and now I had to deal with a manufacturing defect.

I called ChicagoFaucetShoppe again to get a replacement, but they handled it just as poorly. They kept saying that the replacement would ship "soon" but it never did. Today I asked for my money back, but they said that it was against their company policy. They only replace defective parts with the correct part. It's been two months and I still don't have the right part. It's been four months in total and my faucets are still dripping. I understand that they have a policy, but sometimes you have to break down and refund the money. It's not my fault that they cannot deliver the part that was described. It may not be their fault, but at some point they have to recognize that the transaction was busted and make it right.

If you try calling them, be prepared for a frustrating experience. About 4/5 times, the phone rings once and then hangs up on you. And when you do get through, sometimes it says "Call back in regular business hours". When you finally get to a person, they say that they will send you tracking information "in the next day or so".

My advice is to run, don't walk, away from ChicagoFaucetShoppe.

ChicagoFaucetShoppe ChicagoFaucetShoppe Review: Unauthorized Dealer, Terrible Experience, and Refund Worries

I recently had a terrible experience with ChicagoFaucetShoppe. I placed an order for Dornbracht and Grohe spare parts for a total of USD260 on September 5th, and I have yet to receive anything. My credit card was charged immediately upon confirmation of my order, and I have sent countless emails inquiring about the status of my order. All I have received in response are excuses about the items being on backorder and that I should just wait patiently. I find it hard to believe that companies as reputable as Dornbracht and Grohe would fail to provide any feedback on their delivery plans. I even made inquiries before placing my order and was never informed that the items I needed were not in stock.

After six weeks of waiting, I became frustrated and requested that my order be canceled. I received a response promising that my order would be shipped out on the same day, but after another five days, there were still no shipping details, and my order was still pending in their system. I decided to contact Dornbracht and Grohe directly, and to my shock, they both confirmed that ChicagoFaucetShoppe is not one of their authorized dealers. This explains why they were unable to ship out my order or provide any delivery plans. The backorder status was just an excuse, and it was all rubbish!

I immediately requested an order cancellation and informed them that I would initiate a chargeback process with my banker against them. They responded quickly, saying that my order was canceled and deleted from their ordering system. However, they also mentioned that since I had initiated a chargeback process, they would deal directly with my banker on the refund and would not respond to me any further. I am now worried that they will not issue me a full refund.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. They use a dragging strategy on their customers for items that they cannot deliver and treat their customers as if they are idiots by blaming everything on top-notch companies in the plumbing industry. They are not trustworthy or honorable, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I plan to report this case to both Dornbracht and Grohe's US offices as well as their German HQs, as an unauthorized company is claiming to be able to supply their products but actually cannot. Such business behavior is putting their hard-earned reputation at risk!

ChicagoFaucetShoppe Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with ChicagoFaucetShoppe

I ordered a part from ChicagoFaucetShoppe and they charged my account right away. However, I never received the part and they never responded to my emails. I only spoke to someone once a week through email and their phone never worked. I won't be doing business with this company again. There are plenty of other places to get parts with better customer service. Stay away from them, folks.

ChicagoFaucetShoppe Be cautious when buying from ChicagoFaucetShoppe - no returns allowed after package is opened

So, I bought a part from ChicagoFaucetShoppe and when I got it, I opened the package and it was not the right part. I gave them a call and asked how to return it, but they told me that since I opened the package, they couldn't take it back. I was pretty upset about it, so I just wanted to warn others to be careful when dealing with these guys.
