from TreeHawk Health, LLC. I was really excited to try out their products, but I was left disappointed. I placed my order a few weeks ago and still haven't received anything. It's really frustrating because I was looking forward to using the products and now I'm not sure if I'll ever get them. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but I haven't heard back from them either. I understand that things can get delayed sometimes, but it would have been nice to receive some communication about the status of my order. I hope they can resolve this issue soon because I was really looking forward to trying their products.

I bought a Royal Berkey water filter from TreeHawk Health, LLC and I think they might be a shady company. They claimed the item was in stock but it took forever to ship. I waited 6 weeks and it still hasn't been shipped. But then I received an email saying it's back in stock? According to their website, they never ran out of stock. I can't understand what they're up to. Also, their website claims they have an A+ rating with the ComplaintsBoard.com, but when I checked, they're not even registered with the ComplaintsBoard.com.

I bought a Big Berkey Water Filter with 2 Black Berkey Elements and 2 PF-2 Flouride Filters. When it arrived, we noticed that it doesn't hold the 2.25 gallons of water like they said. It only holds 1.75 gallons, which is like 1/4 less than what they advertised. Plus, the unit we got is 1.5 inches shorter than the 21" tall size we ordered. We've been trying to exchange it for a bigger one, at least the size they promised, but this company keeps saying no. They say it's been more than 30 days since we bought it.

I ordered a shower filter from this company. They sent it to the wrong address. I didn't give them the wrong address since my address is programmed in my computer. My package was sent to …… this is not my address. When I called this number ….they told me why don't I just go to that house and ask them if they have your package. I was appalled. Then she told me well there's nothing they can do because that's the address I gave them so I'm out of $72.00. I tried to reconcile but they told me no they weren't going to take care of it for me. Hung up phone because I was a little irate. How would anyone feel after spending money and not receiving a package. I have been shopping online for 20 years and I never made an address mistake, whether it was a glitch in the computer or they put the address incorrectly I should not have been treated this way. I will never order from this company again. I called my bank to find out why this charge was passed with an incorrect address they are getting back to me.
