I hired American Leak Detection to check for a leak in my pool on 12/10
I hired American Leak Detection to check for a leak in my pool on 12/10. Two guys came and tested half of the pool plumbing but didn't find anything. They said they couldn't test the rest of the lines because of some holes in the skimmers that were too deep to reach. They charged me $725 even though they didn't find anything and didn't follow up. I tried calling their office and talking to a boss a bunch of times, but they never called me back. I called again on 4/7/2022 to fix the charges, and the boss denied everything and yelled at me on the phone before hanging up. Their contract says they charge a minimum of $545 for the first hour and $180 for each additional hour, plus materials and equipment. They try to find your leak and make you happy, but sometimes they can't because of stuff they don't know. You have to sign a form before they start working.
