Hi ComplaintsBoard.com - I've tried to contact the manager at Intelligent Services many times, but they never call me back. This is about invoice *** for work done on 8/4/2022. I contacted Intelligent Services because my central *** wasn't cooling. The technician came and changed a part to see if it would work, but they admitted that it might actually be the freon gas that's low. The technician told me to wait and see if the switched part would fix the . Unfortunately, it didn't work, and Intelligent Services doesn't have freon gas. I understand that the technician came out, and I'm willing to pay the $30 + tax for the diagnostic fee. However, since I don't need the part, I can uninstall it and drop it off at Intelligent Service's location in ***.

On January 3rd, 2022, I called Intelligent Service 'bout my boiler workin' on and off. A tech came out and checked the boiler, and at that time, the heat was workin', so he charged me $29.00. On January 8, 2022, I called Intelligent Service again 'cause I was still havin' the same problem. They sent out another tech, and this time he said I needed a new ignitor installed. I approved the work and paid $670.12. On January 13, 2022, I called Intelligent Service again 'cause the heat was still bein' intermittent. Another tech came out and told me it was 'cause of the safety valve, which needed to be replaced. I needed heat, so I paid more money to have that fixed. So far, I've paid $253.00 just for them to diagnose the problem. The next mornin', I called and talked to *** 'cause I thought that was a lot of money for the same problem. *** tried explainin' to me why I needed to pay $253.00 in diagnostic fees each time I called in for the same problem. At one point, *** called me a liar and eventually hung up on me. When I tried to reach ***'s boss, ***, he never returned any of my calls. On January 22, 2022, my boiler shut down again, but it was Saturday, so I waited 'til Monday to call Intelligent Service. On that day, they refused to give me service. I had a friend call and talk to Arman, and he paid $149.00 for them to come out again and check the boiler. Now, a different tech comes out and says after his diagnosis, I need a control part, which will cost another $669.00. They don't have the part, so I have to wait 'til the next day to get it fixed. The next mornin', the tech comes with the part, but it doesn't fix the intermittent problem. So he leaves and comes back 4 hours later with another part. As of today, I haven't received any comments or phone calls from Intelligent Service. I've paid $1707.35 in fees and labor for a part that could've been changed the first time if the right tech had come out. I'm lookin' for some compensation for the lack of professionalism and accuracy with this.
