He gave me a fair price and got to work right away. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and my drain is now running smoothly. I got Plumbing and Drain Pros to swap out my sump pump. Two days later, I go down to the basement and it's all flooded. They sent a new tech who said the sump pump was put in too close to the wall, so the float valve didn't work and the sump never turned on. The tech said sorry and said he'd call the owner on the way home to make it right. I waited a week and no one called. I called back and told the receptionist what happened, and she said she'd text John, the owner, right away. It's been three weeks and I still haven't heard from anyone.
