Bought house last year, sprinklers didn't work
Bought house last year, sprinklers didn't work. Had Water Works come out to see what's going on with them, found some issues which they corrected for me. Very pleased with work and professionalism. THANKS GUYS!
WaterWorks came out to look at our sprinkler system as new customers
WaterWorks came out to look at our sprinkler system as new customers. They were able to locate the issue and fix it. They also walked us through everything and explained how everything works. We are very pleased with the prompt and professional service. The staff is friendly and will do what they can to fix any issues. We are happy we chose WaterWorks.
My system was bought in 2013 and I never had any problems
My system was bought in 2013 and I never had any problems. Last year I reported a problem that was never fixed. They said they would take care of it during the 2019 shutdown, but that didn't happen. Then they said it would be done during the 2020 startup, but that didn't happen either. I asked for service multiple times over a 5-week period and nothing happened. Now they're saying they won't service my account. The technical service has gotten worse in the past two years and customer service is really bad. If you're thinking of using Water Works, Inc. in Chicago, please don't. They only provide service one day a week, no matter what the emergency is. No exceptions!
I'm extremely disappointed with this company, especially their service
I'm extremely disappointed with this company, especially their service. We had an appointment today at 8 am to turn on and install a $600 fertilizer system. However, the technician was sent to the wrong address and informed us over the phone to reschedule the appointment. After contacting the office, they changed the time to 1-4 pm, but they didn't arrive until 4:15 pm. The person named *** was rude, arrogant, and dishonest. We are currently having a driveway installed, and I was assured by *** that they would return once the driveway was completed. However, *** is a very intimidating individual, and among other things, he even questioned my ability to understand English. He claimed that there were 5-6 line breaks due to the driveway, but in reality, there is only one line break, which is nowhere near the driveway. It was actually caused by me tilling our garden. While I was speaking with ***, I could hear *** in the background, shouting at another customer. Then *** insisted on taking over the conversation, promising to "take care of me." Eventually, I was abruptly hung up on without receiving any confirmation of my cancellation or a refund of my $600. When I called back, I was hung up on once again. I have never experienced such terrible treatment, and now I deeply regret choosing this company last fall to install a new system in our recently purchased home in ***. I am now actively searching for a reliable and trustworthy company to transfer our work to.
This business sold me a product, but they got my credit card information wrong
This business sold me a product, but they got my credit card information wrong. They said they called, but I never got a call or spoke to them since they installed it. I never got any paperwork in the mail or email. They came into my house without telling me to take the product away. They said it's like repossessing a car. I never signed a contract with repossession clauses, or any contract with them at all. Because they took the product while we weren't home, it caused a lot of damage to our house. 1) The expensive product cost over 1K, 2) the technician damaged the water line, so we had to pay for plumbing repairs, and 3) the water leaked into both AC systems and caused the boards to fail. I filed a police report and a complaint with the attorney general. I've also been talking to a lawyer for a lawsuit. A business should never enter a property (breaking and entering) to take something that was sold to me, whether it was paid for or not. They should use the proper methods to get their money and not cause so much damage to my property just because the manager, ***, is mad that I didn't answer her calls. When I asked why they did this, she said it's because I didn't pick up the phone. I asked if they sent any paperwork to my house or email. Also, they still have my old product and haven't returned it. *** told me that she'll take the same amount of time I took to call their office to return my product. So her emotions got the best of her in doing business. This company needs to pay for the damages they caused and return my product. They are a terrible business to deal with. They charged a fee to start and stop the service, but they only started it this year and didn't give a refund for stopping it.

Water Works put in a new hunter Irrigation system with a Ferti Flow system at ***
Water Works put in a new hunter Irrigation system with a Ferti Flow system at *** . The Ferti Flow system ain't been working right since they put it in. I done reached out to Water Works a bunch of times to fix it, and they done sent a bunch of guys over to fix it, but it still ain't fixed. Water Works done told me they know the Ferti Flow system they put in ain't been working good. They was supposed to replace it on July 26, but they didn't. 'Cause of this messed up Ferti Flow system, our grass done got over-fertilized, it's dying, and weeds done took over the yard. The yard looks worse now than before we got the irrigation system. The most frustrating thing is that Water Works won't fix the system they put in, even though they knew there was a problem with the equipment. And they charged us an extra $450.00 for the Ferti Flow System. I done spent so much time calling and emailing them, but ain't got no resolution. So, please help!
