I wanna report we've been doin' business with 'em for 'bout 2 years. Prices are real reasonable and they work real fast. Whenever we call 'em, they take good care of us. I reckon y'all should give 'em a try if y'all need some plumbin' help.

Plumber was profesh, totally on time, worked real hard and diligent to fix the plumbin' problem. He had a smile on his face, could tell he cared a lot 'bout his job, and that all was a great help with the day I was havin' as a Realtor! When you call Bore's ask for Mike *** to service your plumbin' need!

I was told I would have a 30-day warranty before the work was done, then told there would be no warranty afterwards. The owner did, after talking to me on the phone, decide to offer me a 10-day warranty instead of none, but I still didn't think it was right being told one thing before the job and another after, as I'm sure anyone would feel. She also was rude and called me a very insulting name before offering me her tiny warranty—that was very unnecessary, unprofessional, and just plain rude of her to do that. I'm a paying customer that contributes to keeping her business open, and I deserved way more respect than she gave me. Also, the workmen didn't clean up AT ALL—water and debris was absolutely everywhere around the repair site. Took me about 30 minutes to clean it myself after they left. They were a bit rude as well, and didn't conduct themselves with any sort of level of professionalism. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

We had an appointment with Bore's Plumbing to fix our leaky bathtub faucet and low water pressure issues in early March , between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. On that day, they said something came up and the technician would come later. We never heard from them again. I tried booking other plumbing companies, but it's hard because of where I live. We decided to give Bore's Plumbing another chance and booked an appointment for March 24. The guy came and tried to fix the faucet, but it didn't work. He said we had water pressure problems because of old pipes and the faucet needed to be replaced. We were also interested in getting a shower installed. He didn't give us any pricing for the repairs. He charged us $50 for the diagnostic fee and said the Master Plumber would come on Friday or Saturday to give us the pricing. They were supposed to contact us to let us know which day. We never heard back. It's one thing for companies to not want to come to our area, where hardworking people live and need services. But it's another thing to treat us as less important and ignore us. They say they'll get back to us, but they don't. Not to us. Maybe they would in another neighborhood. My wife was also upset that the guy wasn't wearing a mask. Very unprofessional. Very unprofessional.

This company came out to my home on 4/16 to switch a bathtub faucet out. I had a part and he told me it wouldn't work. He left and went to get the part and he came back with a part that was standard. The part made the faucet lose pressure. I was not fully satisfied with the work done. I called them and *** came out on 4/17 and check the work. He didn't act like anything was wrong at that time. Marie told me they would issue me a $76 refund because I bought the part. I got them to agree to come back out and I got another part. *** came out on 4/30 and put it on and my pipes are knocking real bad. My pipes have not been knocking at all. I haven't received the refund. *** told me she could mail the refund to me or put it back on my credit card. I told her to put it back on my credit card and I received my credit card statement and the refund is not on there. Marie has been disrespectful to me and talking over me. Now I am going to have to hire someone to come out and check out the faucet. I am not satisfied with this situation.
