did an excellent job checking our Air Conditioner. He took pictures and explained what services we should decide to have done if we wanted. He scheduled to return the next day. Was early and finished the job to our satisfaction. Great Veteran owned company.

Price gouging and inappropriate charges to tell me they can't repair my furnace. Same story three times on different appointments. They show up later than quoted and then just show up without effective communication. I wanted to give this business to a veteran-owned company, but they are way too patronizing and unclear about their intentions regarding what they consider as service.

I called Strongbuilt Plumbing cuz my neighbor said they were good. They said they could come today. In like an hour, they said the tech was on his way and in less than an hour *** V showed up. He checked my toilet, which was the issue. He listened to what I said about it. He made some changes and tested the toilet a bunch of times. At first, it was slow but then it got better. He wore a mask and was polite. He worked fast. Didn't need to clean up after. Good job!

I found out about aeroseal from aeroseal.com. I wanted to get a quote for aeroseal, so I scheduled an appointment with Strongbuilt Plumbing & Air, LLC for August 22, 2022. I sent them an email with more details about the issue I needed help with, but I didn't receive a response. On the day of the appointment, Strongbuilt Plumbing & Air, LLC didn't show up. I called them after waiting all morning, and the lady on the phone wanted to put me on hold. I told her, "No, I've been waiting all morning for Strongbuilt. I'm not waiting any longer."

I'm really happy that we got a new condenser and foil from Strongbuilt today. They found the problem on a Tuesday and found the condenser. Today, on Thursday, all the work was done. The service was great from the guy who found the problems. He's really good with customers and knows his stuff. The other guys who came back today to install everything and put in surge protectors were also good. The products are really good quality. They did the work in really hot weather and they seemed happy to help us. They left everything clean and tidy.

I called and asked for a plumber to come and give me an estimate for ***. I mentioned that the house is a rental and that I am the landlord. They said they don't work with landlords or tenants because they had problems before with disputes over who should pay. I had work done by Strongbuilt a few years ago, paid for it all, and had no problems. Usually, the rental agreement says who pays for plumbing, so there shouldn't be any issues. If the landlord says they'll pay, why can't the company just agree to that? Can a company really refuse to work for a rental? Lots of people can't afford to buy houses these days, so there's a lot of work for rentals in town.

We wanted to support a Veteran owned biz, but Strongbuilt let us down. We joined their SBPanda program for yearly furnace, AC, and drain scope service. The first tech who checked the AC was great and set our expectations high. Few months later, we had a sewer line prob and called them again. The repair estimates ranged from $15,000 to convert our old home to floor toilets, to a more reasonable $6000 for an epoxy fix with a 12-year warranty. We went for the epoxy, but a month later, it was still leaking. Had to call Strongbuilt again for a fix. Now, months later, another sewer drain line leak. Called Strongbuilt, but had to wait 3 days for an appointment. Got a 2-hour notice call on the day, but the techs never showed up. No apology or reschedule offer. So bummed! Gonna find a more responsive company.

I gotta tell ya, my experience with Strongbuilt Plumbing & Air, LLC was a complete nightmare. I mean, it's been almost a whole year and these guys have done the bare minimum to get by. They took from December 4th to October 30th just to do a simple job. Can you believe that? And get this, they wouldn't even bother contacting me for MONTHS at a time. Talk about unprofessional!

But wait, it gets worse. They had the audacity to try and squeeze more money out of me for something that was already included in the contract. Can you say extortion? On top of that, they left unsafe conditions for my family and neighbors to deal with for MONTHS. They even vandalized our property without any warning and then disappeared for a whole two weeks. I had to reach out to the ROC just to get any sort of response from these clowns.

Oh, and get this, they ripped out the swamp cooler that they weren't even supposed to touch. I mean, seriously? They did everything on their own time, never considering the needs of my family. And to top it all off, they shut off the power to my house without any notice. My poor daughter was sick at home with my wife, and we couldn't even prepare food or drinks for a whopping 8 hours. Can you believe the nerve?

The only way to get any help from these jokers is by filing a complaint with the ROC. It's absolutely disgusting. But hey, I've got proof for all of this. I've got pictures, videos, and all the messages and correspondence to back it up. These guys are a real piece of work.

You know what their solution to all of our problems was? They basically said, "Sorry, we didn't make enough money off of you, so tough luck." Can you believe that? The customer, who hired them in the first place, was the absolute last thing on their minds. It's just plain sad.

I really hope this company gets shut down. We're good, kind people, and they just take advantage of us. They can go eat sand for all I care.

Overall, I give Strongbuilt Plumbing & Air, LLC a 5-star rating. Let's break it down:

First, let's talk about *** (Sales and project mgr). He's excellent at everything he does.

Next, we have *** (Installer Mgr). He's okay, but he needs to listen better to ***. The duct work cleaning was of poor quality, and they didn't respect my home. They didn't clean up properly and didn't put the registers back correctly. Honestly, it wasn't worth the $933.00 charge.

On the other hand, *** and Seth were professional, knowledgeable, and hard workers. They both respected my home.

Now, let's talk about ***. He's an excellent technician, and I will definitely request him for future services.

*** is also a knowledgeable technician who did a great job on all visits.

Then we have ***. He was the technician who tested for a freon leak after several others tried to solve the problem. It was his expertise that finally fixed the issue.

The project started in Jan 2022, and the first unit was installed in Feb 2022. We had problems with the heater and freon throughout the entire month of Feb. A second new condenser was installed on March 17, just as the weather was getting warmer. The heater was never properly tested, but the AC is working great in this high *** degree weather. We had to call for a final quality check, which was completed on April 20th. So, it took a full 3 months from start to finish.

Yes, we would definitely refer and recommend Strongbuilt Plumbing & Air, LLC for their services and new installations. So far, the company has stood behind their policy and the *** program we purchased.

Best service I've ever had. Mark explained everything very clearly and told me what I should have done now and what I could wait until spring for the A/C. I have used them twice - once for the A/C and this fall for the furnace.

We are panda customers and we required electrical work. Curtis arrived on time and he was very professional and worked as long as necessary to complete the job despite the obstacles he encountered. He cleaned up after himself and we are extremely satisfied with his work.

We paid 18,000 for heating and cooling. When they were finished, our roof leaked twice where they put the intake, we had a gas leak for over 2 weeks where they uninstalled the original gas heater leaving us and our home at risk, one room does not get much heating or cooling, after 5 visits they still cannot get the heat or air evenly in the home, they run chronically late and their communication is dreadful. Would not recommend high priced, and awful workmanship.

Albert G was the technician that serviced our water heater and plumbing today. He gave an estimate for things that needed replacement. He was cordial, wore his mask. and did a fine job. We recently had an AC issue, which also was a big job and was handled well. Karl and Corey had their work cut out for them to get the new AC into the old space. They worked tirelessly for over 10 hours to get the job done. They also were cordial, wore their masks, booties, and laid covers on our carpets. When they finished they even vacuumed. Adam, a supervisor also showed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Also, David completed the drywall perfectly. Very happy with a job well done. Office staff always friendly and make sure I got answers to my questions. Thank you for good service.

I had a terrible experience with Strongbuilt Plumbing & Air, LLC. Their installation work was really bad and they didn't bother to follow up properly.

We had Strongbuilt Plumbing come out twice to fix the Casita shower. The water only runs hot or cold, there is no in between. We paid $1,015.00 on 9/22 for them to fix the problem. Since then, we have continued to contact them as the problem is not resolved but cannot get a returned call.

On 6/7, Strongbuilt Plumbing came to fix my burner. They said the scrub air bulb was broken and needed replacing. I paid them $341.00 and they said they would order the bulb and finish the job. But they never came back or answered my calls or emails. It's been 11 days now and still no response. I got a second opinion on the bulb and was told it was still working fine, so I didn't need to replace it. Since they gave me wrong information and haven't been helpful, I want my $341.00 refunded. They didn't do anything and didn't address my problem.

In August , I bought an Environ Water Conditioner from Strongbuilt Plumbing from ***, the owner back then. He sent the warranty but didn't give me a copy. Whenever I needed assurance that the system was working fine, he always responded. The quality of the water started getting worse in late July. So, on August 7, I called Strongbuilt to ask for a service visit because the water quality was declining. ***, the receptionist, told me that *** had left. I explained my concerns and asked for a technician who knew the Environ system well. She assured me that the assigned technician did. On August 10, ***, the technician, came over. He changed the filter and said he didn't know why the water quality changed or if the system was working properly. He said that *** , the new plumbing manager, would call me. I called Strongbuilt three times over the next few weeks to talk to ***, but no one answered. On August 21, I spoke to *** (I think that's her name) who said someone would call me by the end of the day. But no one did.
