I've been waiting for Fontana Showers to fix their shipping mistake for almost a year now. It's been a frustrating experience, to say the least. For the past half a year, they've been ignoring our calls and emails, which is not what you expect from a company that you've paid for a product.

To make matters worse, we've had several other issues with the five other faucets that we installed at our customer's bank. These faucets are poorly made, and they're not suitable for commercial use. They're challenging to install, and they don't hold up well under regular use. It's a shame because they look great online and in the showroom, but they're not practical for everyday use.

If you're thinking of buying a faucet from Fontana Showers, I'd advise you to look elsewhere. These faucets are not worth the money or the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a company that values its customers and produces high-quality products.

Unfortunately, this meant that my plumber had to leave in the middle of the job to find an adapter, purchase it, and then come back to continue working. What should have been a quick 20-minute job ended up taking a whopping 90 minutes!

After the job was finally completed, I sent Fontana Showers a photo of the compression connection and the adapter that was needed. I also explained what had happened during the installation process. To my surprise, they only offered me a $9 partial refund. This was disappointing, as the cost of the adapter alone was more than $9. After more orders than we can count, we finally canceled the order and had the plumbers come out to remove the whole system because we never got the right parts. After about three weeks, we finally got a full refund. Looking back on it now, it's quite laughable. It seemed like the office staff didn't communicate with the warehouse, and the warehouse just sent whatever was closest at hand without even looking at the order. It was very frustrating at the time because we were trying to finish our new bathroom, but now we can laugh about it.

We're not sure if we would order from Fontana Showers again because we have no confidence that what we ordered would actually show up. We still have two of the showerheads in our garage that they sent even after we requested a refund! They had no idea what was going on at the warehouse. If anyone wants one of these showerheads, let us know. We can't guarantee that the pipe threads are American, though.

It was supposed to arrive within 5 days, but it's now June 5th, 2020 and I still haven't received my order. I've tried calling their customer service line about 20 times at all hours of the day, but no one ever picks up. It's frustrating that I haven't received any apologies from Fontana for the delay or the lack of customer service. I would not recommend purchasing any products from this company.
