The recipient signed off on my paperwork, stating that all three packages were received in good condition on August 12th, 2020. They say they need confirmation from them before they can refund me. It's ridiculous! I will have to take these clowns to court over an $1,800 order. On August 8th, they charged my credit card for the accessories even though I had cancelled the order. It was really frustrating.
