I tried to buy a WOW (EU)-account from this site, as naive as I was, i didn't care to google the company first... After (today) 3 weeks and 3 days later, about 15 talks with the online-chat-"support" later, i tried again today, to see if they could arrange for me getting the account... As usual, the "manager" was not around. I'm just going to paste the last chat-log, as there is too much to paste from all logs:

Terrible scam!
Accountsbay.com aka thsale.com aka accountsbay sold me two accounts in december 2007. After 14 days, both were disabled due to an economy exploit banned. When I emailed blizzard, they said that a chinese company sold me accounts, and they will not reopen the accounts under any circumstance. Stay away from this company at all costs!
I am currently having to deal with them after learning my lesson. So let me save you some trouble. I purchased an account for $98, I received the login info for an account, but they would not give me the answer to the security question. Two days later, the password to the account was changed (not by me). I went back to their live chat, explained I couldn't access the account, they told me to choose another account from their list. I chose another, again received the login info, but no secret answer. Two days later, the same thing happened. I went through this two more times. On the fouth account, I logged into the account manager and recorded the previuos owners details (first and last name), which were still on the account. I searched for this person on facebook and luckily found him. After a few im's I discovered that this account had been hacked from him a few weeks earlier, but that he really didn't care because he hadn't been playing much. I explained to him what had happened. He eventually gave me all the account details and wished me good luck, at which time I went and changed all the info and put an autheticator on the account. It is a week later and I still have the account.
After all this headache, I did end up with an account...not the one I purchased nor the one I wanted. But I was extemely lucky to have received anything and then only because of the gracious previous owner.

i have bought an account from accountsbay and to tell you the truth they did exactly what they said they would do. Provide me with a good priced account and amazing support. AND I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! Pure Customer here guys. u can trust them they took care of me and im sure there is alot of haters out there. take the plunge and give a lil trust like i did and it pays off.

I like how AccountsBay actually comes here and posts that they aren't scammers. AccountsBay is owned by THSALE who has arguably the worst reputation in the industry. THSALE owns a couple dozen websites which they if you compile the list of all their websites and the amount of complaints each website has, they likely have over 10, 000+ complaints all together.
Go type "thsale" in complaintsboard and they have over 230+ complaints

Go type thsale scam" in google, and you will see dozens of pages of nothing but scam reports.
In the end, you can believe one guy named King from THSALE or you can view the thousands of complaints online from victims which hopefully you won't be one if you avoid THSALE at all costs.
