I called to find out status of my RX and the nice lady told me it was in process and if I did not hear back to schedule in 24 hours to call back.
I called back 48 hours later and was told my prescription was cancelled and to call my doctor.
I pushed to find out why and after 40mins on hold, it was in fact not cancelled but had not yet been started. That it would take 5-8 business days for them to verify and seek approval. The Med was pre-approved prior to sending over a prescription. So, you need 5-8 days to do nothing?! When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they hung up on me.
Hopefully you have 90day coverage or your get to fight for your meds every month.

Recommendation: Don't expect to receive your meds in 2-3 weeks, and hope it works, because you have to go through the same nightmare to refill EVERY prescription.
