Accredo Specialty Pharmacy caused me to miss injections of Specialty Medication multiple times because of their unacceptable level of service and customer communication.
Today I was scheduled to receive shipment of medication that was ordered over a week ago and Accredo called me today to inform me the shipment was delayed because of authorization from the doctor's office. My doctor is very good and called me 2 weeks ago informing be all approvals were Approved and submitted. Accredo lied and told me they tried contacting the Dr office, which was completely untrue, in fact while on the call with an Accredo the representative called the Dr office and was immediately given the approval again.
It's no wonder that Accredo has such low customer service ratings on various internet rating sites. I will be talking to my company's medical insurance provider requesting we change to a more reputable specialty Pharmacy because Accredo is mis managed and cannot seem to make improvements even after numerous complaints requesting escalation.
