11 July 2024, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Accredo Health. Delays in mail-order deliveries of life-sustaining medication. RINVOQ 15mg
My recent experience with Accredo specialty pharmacy has been extremely disappointing and extremely frustrating. I have been waiting for my life-sustaining medication for weeks with no clear explanation or timeline when it will be provided. 3-delays have happened and now a stop on my prescription. 1st delay quality control review and no more info needed. Even my doctor's office calling and told same as to me, will ship soon. In May2024 this same process being delayed, and no clear explanation happened. Inordinate Wait Times only to be told another story and shipment date.
I will try to change my pharmacy through TRICARE even if I have to pay more for a local pharmacy. That way I will not miss my dosage.
