To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Corinne Dawkins. My date of birth is 12/31/1973 and my zip code is 29063.

I am writing this complaint due to the negligence I have been dealing with from your pharmacy. I have called and done more than my part for over a week to try and get my cancer medication. I am now 14 days past due in taking this prescription. Each time I call your pharmacy I get a different story and honestly I am very tired and scared. I have never been without my Revlimid other than the 7 days I am supposed to be off of it. I have now been off for 10 days past the 7 days.
I am concerned about being off of it for this long and no one at your pharmacy seems to care. I am absolutely disgusted with Accredo Specialty Pharmacy. I wish I was able to change but due to my current insurance I am not able to.
I just want my medication for my cancer. Its my maintenance medication and I need to be on it.
