I went without my prolia shot twice (one year) because of this pharmacy and now i'm going for another back surgery because of my bones. I have had it with them not doing what they say they will do. I ended up with two accounts with them and no one including supervisors could help which stopped my medication because they kept calling it in twice and insurance was rejecting it, I spent three hours on the phone one day, and again today i'm going through it! Today they say its a billing issue because they failed to submit to insurance and my co-pay card and told me I owe $2,700.00. I asked why (for the third time) this was not submitted and they said it was a billing issue... Ok they transferred me again to a billing department that does nothing!
Maybe its time for an attorney...
Recommendation: dont use
You've definitely put up with more than enough from Accredo. Missing critical medication and facing another surgery because of their incompetence is beyond unacceptable. If they keep dropping the ball like this, an attorney might be exactly what you need to get them to finally pay attention. Their billing department seems to be in a different universe!
