Unfortunately, I didn't notice earlier. So, in March I was moving from NY to Arizona and canceled all my subscription. Acorn as well. Somehow in May acorn self-initiate my subscription without me! This is outrageous action. On my profile with Acorn TV website, they do not provide billing history, therefore I cannot see my cancelation. I contacted them about refund or at least provide explanation. Nothing. They are responding in damn manner "Do not worry we won't charge you since you canceled subscription." So please refund all 5 months from May to September monthly pay. Honestly sick and tired when streaming services acting like a scammer. This is their response to my complain.
