I purchased the gift voucher for a flight experience for my son as a surprise birthday treat unfortunately it's been a huge disappointment. Firstly getting a suitable booking time was a logistic nightmare and then when we managed to get a date i got an email the day before to say it had been cancelled - highly inconvenient when family members who were coming from a great distance to watch had to also be informed last minute. This happened several times and after the last cancellation i was told that the flight experience from our chosen airfield Blackbushe airport was now discontinued and the only other location is 200+miles away in Yorkshire. I was told by the company Adventure001 that i could pay to upgrade or they could cancel the voucher and give me a refund however as i bought the voucher through Activity Superstore they said i had to go back to them and get a refund. At this point we are all very fed up and my son has lost interest with the constant letdowns. This whole experience has been stressful and deflating and i am not interested in purchasing any other experience, I just want to get the money i paid- refunded. However Activity Superstore are terrible for responding to emails and i get the impression ,not willing to give money back, i have sent several emails and got no response. My gift voucher is still in date - until March 2024 so technically i should be able to get my money back. Having spoken to someone directly at adventure 001 i know they would have no problem refunding me if i had bought directly from them but unfortunately its Activity superstore i purchased from.
Desired outcome: A refund for the £150 i paid
