Add People / Add Media Group review: Google ads

I've had a horrible and disappointing experience. After an unsuccessful 1 month trial with google ads which didn't deliver. I had another meeting with Fergus which we decided to do an additional 3 months to see if things could improve. In the discussion I was clear that Add People would need to deliver revenue which would pay their own fee. The KPI wasn't met. After 3 months of non-delivery with a catch up every 2 or 4 weeks (with Andrew, who was decent)... there was no review, no communication, just a quiet charge of an extra month. which I obviously cancelled and queried where my 3 month review was and why I was suddenly getting another month's charge?

I was then told the contract (which says it ends after 3 months) also says it "rolls over" automatically, and becuase I was a couple of days late raising the issue of why I'm being charged... I am liable to pay an extra 2 months (because they need 30 days notice). I told them to look at the meeting I had with Fergus (they mention they record everything) as to what was discussed, they suddenly can't find anything. What a coincidence.

This is Unjust and Unfair. It makes me sick that people can behave like this and just rip people off so blatantly.
