Incorrect information on w-4
My previous employer submitted my w-4 to adp for payroll. I entered my deductions correctly (as I always do) and requested that an additional amount be withheld as well. When it came time to file my taxes, I found out that I owed the irs $4, 000. When I contacted the employer, they said that it was adp's mistake. When I try and contact adp they refer me back to the employer. I filled everything out correctly, they submitted my info and then adp entered it wrong. So now i'm responsible for their mistake. Hopefully someone from adp will respond and help me resolve this matter.
Child support deductions
Child support has been deducted by ADP from my child's fathers pay but I have not received payment in 2 weeks. I called and I was advised the non custodial parent missed a pay period therefore I will miss a payment. This is not true at all. He has showed me where he was paid and deducted but yet ADP is playing games, making excuses and withholding my child support payment!

I cannot wait for the John Oliver segment to come out on your truly abysmal company. The level of incompetence is insane and is a result of a monopolized industry. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with a tech only to find out the issue was Internet Explorer...? I've had to use ADP for multiple employers and for whatever reason I am constantly either locked out of my account or your service does not recognize my username. I thought I might be the only one, but after reading over a couple of reviews my only solace is knowing there are thousands of people like me who have been disappointed countless times. I want everyone to working there to realize you provide absolutely no useful service to anyone, your entire business model is leaching off existing accounting and payroll departments. If you are willingly employed there you should really take a long look at what you are contributing society, I would be ashamed if any family member or friend even considered working for such a disgustingly incompetent company.

I'm writing to let you know that I've never been less impressed with a web service. This ridiculous service for storing pay-stubs is not at accessible to users. I have second-hand embarrassment for every single person who was involved in building and maintaining this website.
My only conclusion is that your payroll department must use epost and none of your employees has ever had to themselves sign into the convoluted mess you call a service. Its the only explanation, I refuse to believe that any professional could use this site and think "ya, this makes sense for users".
Congratulations, I see you've surpassed 12B in revenue. That must be a world record for selling snake oil.

Adp recieved a garnishment letter in my name, social security. but for another company and the person live way up north California.
I work for another company not stated in the garnishment letter and other information not consistent with my information and they process the garnishment and have problem stopping the garnishment form my check.
Is ADP employ educated people.

The company I am employed with is a client of yours, very large client. Yesterday I should have received my full pay including commission. Due to an error on your part I did not receive my full pay. When I discovered Tuesday evening online that an error had been made I then reported to my management team. They in turn had our payroll straighten this out. You were instructed to OneNote my check and others the you messed up, so that we would have pay on time. You did not do that, I will supposedly receive my pay Monday. adp transit/parking debit card pre tax
Overall, my questions is why ADP (Transit/Parking Debit Card Pre Tax) allow customer to save lots of money when they know will not able to use them no matter what. Where does those unused money go? Who get benefit out of it?
This is about ADP Transit/Parking Debit Card Pre Tax. They have $255 contribution limit so I keep contributing this amount of money into this account. Which leads to over $3K balance without any warning.
However, when I decide to terminated my current employment and move to a new company. I was told all my balance will be forfeit . And I can't use them up before I leave current company because the have spending limit which is $255.
I tried to check with them with below options. However the only response is "We understand it is very upsetting to lose the balance which is not used. We regret to inform you that any unused balance after termination will be forfeit to the plan administrator." without any details.
At least we should give employees below option
1. Withdraw these money after paying tax. Or even a little bit penalty.
a. Similar to pension. If someone really needs to withdraw those money, they could do it but paying penalty and tax.
2. Customer could keep using this card until balance is 0/ close to zero
a. Customer still needs to work but in a different company. They still need to pay transit/parking.

I applied for a Learning Specialist II position req. #136517 with ADP on 8.05.17. I had a phone interview on 8.15.17. The HR rep did only asked a few questions that were mostly general. She did not ask the type of questions that would ascertain if I was a fit for their company. A week later I got an rejection email saying the standard, "we have decided to move on with candidates that more closely align to the position requirements." The position was only asking for a Bachelors Degree in Education. I have a Masters Degree and over 5 years of experience in Instructional Design & eLearning. I found out 9.13.17 that a colleague of mines has been hired by ADP recently. We have the same exact qualifications. The only thing that is different about us is that she is Caucasian and I am African American. I have read online that ADP has been sued for discrimination. I think they are still discriminating against minorities.

I have been in payroll sevices before in my jobs and this company (ADP) has been the worst of them all. I started working for Teleperformance. In May of 2017 and I have not yet been able to get into my account with ADP. I was not there on the day that my account was set up. And I do not understand how this was set up without my permission. I have no idea what my password is and I have requested it numorous times to no avail. My human resourses at Teleperformance are aware of this situation and have tried to help as much as possible. Apparently ADP doesn't respond to them either! Now my bank whom I have been with for years is charging me a fee for not having direct deposit. I think ADP should be held responsible for this fee. I have tried to get any info I can on my account with them to no avail. It took me 3 months just to get my login info and I still cannot get access to my password. Whoever set up my account did not give me the password or the answers to my security questions. I was told that they are set to default answers. I would like to know how they set this up without me being present. As I have said before ADP will not respond to me no matter what I try to do. I have tried to call the customer sevice line and it rings 4 times and then hangs up. If you ask me ADP is a piss poore company who reflects badly on the companies who use them as a payroll provider. I'm calling it as I see it!

I have not been paid properly for two pay periods. I started my new job here at on August 7th. I can't explain how disheartening it is to not receive my paycheck on the designated date i.e. 15th and 30th of the month. I have had zero help from ADP to resolve this issue as to why my fellow co-worker that started the same day I did has received hers on time AND got her direct deposit yesterday and I did not. It makes me not even want to work because I do not know when I will be paid. It took a week and a half to stop payment and receive the actual mailed check for days (8/7-8/8). I am now waiting for my two week paycheck from 8/9-8/23 and will be going into the holiday weekend with no way to pay rent or other important items due at the beginning of the month. I hope they get another 3rd party payroll company because ADP is completely inadequate to say it politically correct lol. They SUCK!

I was told my FSA funds would roll over from the previous year up to $500 and that the funds would be available 30 days after the year end. Our year ended on May 31 and my over $350 of funds from the last year are unavailable now because of "reconciliation" since July 26th. I was told not only that I cannot access my funds, they cannot give me a date on which they will be available. I need the funds for a dentist. I also want money available if I should get sick. I have been hung up on by a supervisor and never called back. Today is August 15th and I still have not been contacted by my rep, Jennifer DeCastro, although she is aware of the problem. After I explained the issue in an email survey sent to me by ADP, a vice president of consumer affairs left me a voicemail blaming a vendor but never emailed me or called me back, or for that matter even left a call back number. I Tweeted @ADP and was told someone would get back to me. That was about two weeks ago. Why can I not access my own funds to use for the purpose they are intended for? This is beyond poor service. Does ADP even have the legal authority to do this?

And if you call at night theres a couple that answers the numbers you call and can u tell there in same room but think there being slick ask for a supervisor and you get there other half. It's a joke period all they do is tell you there's nothing they can do.They also change there names more than a woman changes her mind and made up ones at that. So if you do name in a complaint you don't have there real name. You'd get more help if it was a computer answering Thats pathetic for now a days when its nice to reach a human. The Customer service providers at ADP. Have been highly demanding in the way that they speck to the customer. The first time I spoke with the ADP Representatives they provided I with the wrong information. That landed I in debt with my bank. The funds that I am currently still waiting on should not have been on the ADP card in the first place, I had my funds transferred. It is still unclear why they ended up in ADP systems while others ended up in the account I had it transferred to. It would be very appreciated, if you may send your customer service representatives back to customer service training. Thanks.
flex spending is a nightmare!
I took 4 hours of my day and uploaded each and every receipt for 'validation'. I then spent 2 hours on a phone call with someone who could hardly speak english, let alone care about my problem on the account, then finally got a supervisor who just kept telling me that the receipts didn't match up! My god I sent you eobs from cigna! These people have suspended my card with over 900.00 on it... Of which I can only carry over 500 next year and will lose the rest. This is a scam, I cannot even get anyone on the phone that cares enough to help me get these supposedly unvalidated doctor's claims and receipts figured out.
The problem with this system is the dates and the amounts... If they don't match up exactly, you will not get validated... Even if they are a penny or two off! Sometimes I will pay a vendor such as carecentrix 3 payments to clear an account and not one by one per every little single item I ordered for my cpap machine. But... Adp's system is too stupid to understand that the eob may have 3 separate charges which in total will add up to the amount I charged on my fsa card! This whole ordeal is the most frustrating thing i've ever dealt with - and it's my own money! Any reasonable human can look at even the titles of the where the charges were made, for example: johns hopkins medical and see that it was at my pcp provider for an appointment.
Plus - out of all of the scans I sent in yesterday only two of them appeared on the system! As I was talking with the supervisor today I uploaded 3 more, and she said "oh I see them now"! Are you kidding me? Then she went on to argue the point that the money isn't matching up and she thought I was trying to pay for an old visit to the dermatologist with 2017 funds! Absurd! Look at the eob lady... It was for a 2017 visit on jan 9th!
I will never ever ever use an fsa again. The only reason I wanted to try this was because my employer gave us all 500.00 a year in the account as "free money". Unless you have all the time in the world to maintain receipts, eobs and scan a [censor] load of materials this process is absurd! They can keep my effing' money... I make more per hour than to sit around spending my time on the phone with [censor] that aren't willing to help me or even think through the issues and 'validate' the medical charges.

Hello my name is Kesha and I contacted Adp to find out information on how to obtain benefits and coverage for 100 employees. The representative Kara gabrielli-sarkis made several condensing remarks and assumed that my business was not successful enough to have that many employees. I have a partnership with 5 universities in Atlanta ga and I was calling to establish benefits, but now I do not want adp services. I was shocked that a company like adp would have employees that discriminate against African Americans.

Just awful. They try to argue that they protect and care about small businesses when in fact the don't. We launched our company 1 year ago and they sold us hard. We made the decision to go with ADP, since as a new start up we didn't want to have to worry about payroll and rather pay a service to do it for us. They've been nothing short of useless...no advising, no customer service even when we escalated an issue to the manager of our account rep who had mentioned she'd handle and left us without an update for weeks. Last year when I worked for a company they messed my paycheck up almost every time! Lucky boss would fix with personal checks and 3 way calls. I was considering suing them for harassment and grand theft.
Now I'm trying to get a job in a new state and the on-line application waits for 13 years of detail job history to give me a server error not once but twice? I ended up having to write in what I was specifically told in instructions not to write "Computer server error [See resume]" with other Gibberish and only 1 job history to push it through the system.

I am writing to issue and complaint on your HR business partner- Jessica Wu.
She is incompetent and unethical. Last week, I was told to contact her regarding an confidential issue I had and all she did was ignore my issue and dismiss me. Jessica rudely told me she would look in my issue, but I had yet to hear back from her. Worst of all, I was in the women's restroom and I could hear her back-mouthing me in the restroom speaking to her boyfriend. How could anyone trust someone from HR if she is unethical and not trustworthy? I continued to hear her talking about how she is traveling to Vegas for work but is so happy in spending company's dime and money on personal usage with her boyfriend. Is she working or spending fraudulent charges?
I do not believe a word she comes out of her mouth. She was bluntly spilling all confidential information to her boyfriend where she had no right to do this. This employee is not HR and does not know what she is doing. I spoke with a few of my other colleagues and when I mentioned her name, they all agreed that she does not know what she is doing. She never replies to anyone and when you try to schedule a meeting with her, her response time is impeccable late. She needs to get fired.
