Our panel installed about 3 years ago has been worked on a couple of times for different issues re. not working properly.
Inthe last 2 months it has been beeping on and off and I had no idea where the beeping was coming from... it was our panel. It was having issues connecting to our working order internet.
Last night after a 25 minute wait to be connected with ADT tech support, your agent spent over an hour with me to try and rectify it to no avail, We then tried everything to stop the beeping... ono avail. We then located the unit plugged into our overhead outlet by our garage door unit! I am 76 on a doggone ladder to unplug it!
We are very disgusted with your so called customer service wait time, and we will have to wait at least 8 days for someone to come out and fix this!
Totally unacceptable. We were told that we would get a call this morning concerning this issue... no call... I called tech support and was promised a 5 minute wait which turned into 20 minutes and no help from whomever answered... still an 8 day wait! I must ask you, how would you like to have this happen in your home?

Desired outcome: A new panel that works and refund 2 months with no cost for a service person to come out to our home !!
