When we were cutting back, we asked adt what they could do for us. The lady stated we could cancer the camera which brought the cost down, plus, I had to agree to a 1year contract. Which we did. Now, I found out that we can’t use our pulse anymore. We were never informed that pulse would be cancelled. We are a 1000 miles away from home and I have no control over setting the alarm and turning it off or on. We have a friend who needs to get in. I don’t want to give out our cancel code. I tried, after speaking to 4 different individuals, they told me I couldn’t cancel my account due to the contract. Since I wasn’t informed of the cancellation of the pulse, I shouldn’t be bound by the contract. If you can’t help, I will contact the iowa attorney general and the better business bureau to see if they can help.
