May 2,2023. Day of incident.I ordered 2 DVDs from the company. One loaded and played, the other would not. I kept getting a sequence of numbers and letters and a message saying "DVD is dirty". I have never seen this before. All my other DVDs play fine, including the other one that came with this order as I stated previously. I tried 3x to clean the DVD and attempt to see if it would load. It would not. I had 2 separate live chats with customer service. They wanted me to go to the post office and ship it back. I told them no, I'm not doing all that leg work and that the post office is incompetent and rude. I'm not dealing with them. I asked for a refund and they said they only do store credit. I said fine. They said no, you only get store credit after 3 attempts. That's their policy. I said your policy is not my policy and doesn't work for me. I have ordered many DVDs from them in the past and would now be taking my business elsewhere.

Wanted to order 3 items and when I placed the order it included 10 other items that had in my cart for later purchases. Nowhere did it warn me that the other items saved would be included. I contacted service within 20 secs when I saw what happened but they would not let me modify order. Wanted to purchase items over time instead I accumulated a large 350 dollar bill. I have been a customer for 10 plus years and they refused to let me modify. Be aware of this terrible company. I will never buy from them again and will dedicate my time to warning others of their practices.

I would appreciate a refund for the services I don't have or use! I wanted to try the Trial for $2.99 about a month ago and that was it. But that service didn't even happen. I Thank You Mr. Darren G Falwell [protected]@gmail.com

Over the past few weeks it has taken over an hour to download a single 1080 scene. Now all you get is a 504 server error, downloading purchases is impossible. I have emailed them 4 times in the past 2 weeks. No response back. No customer service.

Hi I am placing a rather large order, if any product is on backorder can you post what you have and backorder the other or do you wait for everything to be in-stock? I hope you have everything stock. If you don't do you send whatever you have and wait for the other one of these out of stock to be in stock before you send it separately I hope you can get back to me and let me know ASAP thank you Andy

I was a member of AdultEmpire.com but I cancelled this membership about two months ago. It is unbelievable that after all the requests, call and emails they keep charging me every month like nothing happened. I am really disappointed with their service.
