New Furnace and A/C installed in a very timely and professional manner. We knew the exact timing, cost and involvement from start to finish. There were no surprises and work was completed on schedule and well within budget. Cleanup left the area better then when they arrived. Will certainly contact them and or recommend without any reservation, should the opportunity arise.

This company was fantastic! I had a problem and called and left a voice mail at 9pm. They called back the next morning to let me know they'd be out around noon. Then I got an immediate call back and they said they could actually come out right away instead. John and Sarah were here in no time. They were professional, friendly, and courteous. Will definitely use in the future.

We were looking for someone to install a laundry tub in our basement. I came across Advantage Plumbing online. The customer service person was very polite and professional. I scheduled someone to come out for an estimate. The plumber came within the time scheduled and he was also very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were glad to have someone trustworthy and honest with us. I highly recommend Advantage Plumbing.

Advantage Plumbing & Sewer did a great job! I called because we had a leak in our basement. They were able to come out the same day! Their technician arrived and was very pleasant and thorough. He located the reason for the leak and gave us a fair quote. He then repaired the leak quickly and made very little mess which he cleaned up! Also, he followed all safety protocol and wore booties! I will definitely call them again if needed in the future! Thank you!

Advantage Plumbing & Sewer came out on a Saturday evening to clear our clogged main drain. What a breath of fresh air the plumber was. Very polite, great personality and went right to work. 60 min later the job was done. He was kind enough to show me the problem through the camera and clog avoidance procedures going forward. Best plumber I have dealt with in many, many years. To the management, you should do all you can to keep this plumber with your company. He is a first-class asset!

Called Advantage (after several frustrating hours on the phone with the another plumbing company) regarding a catastrophic failure of our water heater (6/28). A service tech was at the house by 4PM and gave us a quote. They scheduled us for install the next day, and by late afternoon we had hot water again! The installers were very professional and polite and the installed unit looks great. We are really glad we called Advantage and would strongly recommend them.

I was returned a call within 15 minutes and another call to tell me that a plumber was enroute. He arrived, explained the issue, my options and confirmed a cost. Once he started, he was done replacing a sump pump in less then 40 min. He was thorough, conscientious, and professional. Thank you Jason for the professionalism and job well done. Definitely an organization worthy of the 5 stars. Keep up the good work. This was the second time I used Advantage and both times were worthy of 5 stars.

Jason and Austin did a great job replacing an ejector pump and sump pump, both had gone out. I asked Jason to look at our spigot for the backyard hose as we were having problems. He replaced it and added a shut off so we can make sure the pipes don't freeze in winter. They cleaned up after as well. Jason very knowledgeable and both were courteous and professional. Wore masks during the whole process. Jenniefer in their office also professional and courteous. ' We highly recommend Advantage Plumbing!

Advantage was willing to do a gas pipe repair in the attic of my townhouse that 5 other companies didn't want to do, or wanted to charge a very high price to do. One company wanted to damage my ceiling and walls for access that I would have to repair on my own and quoted $4,800 per day! Advantage handled the repair quickly and at a fair price. They also discovered an issue with the flue pipes for my hot water heater and furnace I was not aware of and did the repair. I would recommend them and will use them in the future if needed.

I just happen to look up a plumbing company on Google and after reviewing the reviews decided to go with Advantage Plumbing & Sewer. From the lady who answered the phone which I believe her name was Sarah to John the technician that came out and replaced my outside spicket. They were very professional, prompt and John explained the whole process on what needed to be done and was very quick on doing the job. Explained how to turn off new spicket so it would not get damaged due to over tightening and to remove hose during winter months so pipe does not burst. Very pleased with this company.

I want to say my experience with the two technicians who came to my home, Josh Smith and Jesse Johnson, was above and beyond any expectations I had. They were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They answered my many, many questions and found the source of my problem. What I thought would've been a major problem turned out to be a small issue with a simple fix. Had it not been for their expertise, I would still be having this problem. I highly recommend Advantage Plumbing & Sewer. This is the best service provider experience I've ever had. Thank you very, very much.

Advantage Plumbing installed a new underground water line from the main to the water meter because the original water line had a leak underground. Everyone I worked with (Josh Thompson, Heidi Johnson, Brian Smith, Jesus Rodriguez, and Austin Davis) were very courteous, knowledgeable, and treated me with the utmost respect. They also explained the procedure very clearly beforehand. While working, they completed the job in a timely manner and kept dirt to a minimum with tarps and other protective gear. At the end they left the job with everything cleaned up exactly as when they arrived. I would highly recommend working with them for any of your plumbing, heating, and AC needs.

I had looked your business up and sent in a request for an estimate over a holiday weekend. I was really impressed with the immediate callback by Ms. [Name]. She walked me through the process of how someone would be out immediately if I had an urgent need. I assured her it was just a rodding out of a fire station sink drain due to the slow draining. I was impressed that the owners are involved with the customer service side and work beside their employees. We in the fire service at times do this with our firefighters on large-scale incidents, that's called teamwork! The technician arrived and handle my issue promptly and professionally. Thanks again and now being used as a vendor for my organization!"

I had a major Kitchen Drain issue recently in my apartment building. Of the 3 Plumbing companies that came, assessed and provided estimates, Advantage plumbing amount was not only reasonable, but, they were clear on their approach, plus, answered several of my questions. Moreover, initially I only paid them for analysis, and, their estimate for analysis was 'way less' than one of the other companies who charged be a whopping $ 189 for nothing and, their approach with associated cost increase was like shooting in the dark. So, I went back with Advantage Plumbing who did a quality job, in extremely tough conditions. They not only kept me updated all along, but, followed up with actual pictures. In the end, they provided a 'permanent' solution for my apartment building, and, also included a clean out (to help in future, if needed). Overall, they are a great company to work with and you will get your money's worth.

Great company to work with! They sent a guy out at no cost to me to look at my condo and actually see what needed to be done before giving me a quote or any pricing options. Went over all options for replacing or repairing a drain, 2 faucets, and the water heater I needed work on. I truly felt like I was being presented with tailored solutions to my plumbing issues, instead of cookie cutter quotes I was getting over the phone from other plumbing companies.They are reasonably priced, quick in their response time, and got someone out to me right away. Then offered next day options for times once I decided what work I wanted done. The plumber from Advantage Plumbing & Sewer is the absolute best! He did my initial assessment and all work I had done. Extremely knowledgeable, very professional and friendly, he took his time explaining and going over everything with me. All around great guy.I will definitely use Advantage Plumbing & Sewer again for all my future plumbing work, and will definitely ask for the same plumber to be the guy that does it.

We had a water supply pipe simply break off in our hands during a simple change of compression stop valve in our kitchen. Had to shut the water off to the entire house for the rest of the night (it was late). I found Advantage Plumbing & Sewer right here on the ComplaintsBoard.com website and called the next morning. Jane, the customer service representative, was so patient and kind on the phone, she put us on the schedule for that very day. John, our Advantage plumber, even arrived early! He was able to resolve our problem and re-pipe both hot and cold water supply lines to our kitchen within a couple of hours. He was also very kind, very patient, completely professional, and his work is absolutely beautiful - true craftsmanship is a thing of art! I am so very grateful to Advantage Plumbing & Sewer for saving our bacon today. The price for the work done, and for the prompt response to our needs, was a total bargain. I don't know if John needs an old white-haired grandmama for a new best friend, but he has one anyway, lol. We will call Advantage Plumbing & Sewer from now on for EVERY plumbing fitting job! Highly recommend!
