Housing
Housing with this company was a nightmare. I had multiple compalints about there housing coordinator and made this known to my recruiter nad her supervisor. My recruiter told me one time that this housing person(I won't mention her name) is the only one I work with. Ina assignment I had in Dallas, Texas my monthly housing apartment rent was over hte housing budget so therefore this 13 week assignment was a bust. For a few weeks I didn't hear from my recruiter and I complained about this then she started to call me. If you have a workmens comp. claim you better plan on doing this yourself. I had one and it was a disaster. Felt like I was left to take care of this on my own. I did get some good assignments and had a few where it was hell. They did stick up for me and that was greatly appreciated. But when your contract says "one shift", you resign and you go back and the hospital breaks that contract and has you scheudled for three different shifts in a week, and I got NO support, that is plain and simple NOT FAIR. I was left to handle this on my own, no help from them. My first day back(I wnet home between contracts I went home) they pulled me into there office and told me that I needed to be flexible, flexible hell. They abused me. Per contract I was suppose to be days, well do you really think I would of resigned if I would of known that that they would screw with my schedule, have me work all different shifts, nights two different mid shifts, etc. Heck no. Would not recommend them.

Retalliation and Unprofessionalism
I wanted to inform any potential/current employees of this nurse traveling company. I recently applied for and accepted a travel position with them for an undisclosed hospital in Arizona. There was a background check done by the hospital and by the company on me. They called me 2 days prior to me leaving for this assignment to tell me the hospital found warrants under my name and when I tried to explain to them that what they found was incorrect I was yelled at, and treated like a hardcore criminal over the phone! They also said that I dishonestly answered no on the background check to the question have you or will you have any misdemeanors or felonies that will show on my record. But I wasn't dishonest because when I did answer this question, I did not have any. I was also threatened by them stating they would turn my name in to the National do no travel list because I "looked" dishonest to them and to the hospital. I never got the chance to explain my situation to them and that those warrants were old warrants from traffic tickets that were recently resolved. I tried to ask for respect from the staff member and not to be yelled at and that is when I was threatened. I went directly to the court where these so called "active" warrants were supposed to be filed. I was again told there were NO warrants under my name. Bottom line this company is very unprofessional and underhanded in their practices. I am consulting a lawyer about this situation.

duplicity/contract issue
This is the worst travel nurse agency EVER! They are duplicitous in what they say and how the write up the contracts so you are left paying everying. It's like your working for them for free. I told one of the managers that they were running a scam and she acted as though she was offended, but I could careless, I'm forward to something going wrong on their part so I can end my dealings with them. I'm consulting a lawyer and considering filling out a complaint with the BBB. They are shady and incompetent, the day I'm no longer dealing with them cannot come soon enough. I'm out the wazoo for housing that their housing department found in an undesireable area. UGH! They've stressed me out so bad, I'm hoping they'll screw up my pay so I can break this contract.
