This voucher was purchased back in March by my Partner for my birthday. It was the 2nd voucher for this company as the first one was faulty and couldnt be registered.
I booked the date for 16th April. This was cancelled the night before due to bad weather. The day of the flight was glorious sunshine.
I rebooked for 27th August. It was cancelled again the night before. Due to Operational Limitations. The next available date is 7th April 2024! Some 13 months after the voucher was originally purchased. I've contacted the company via email and I have been told that unless it's cancelled for a 3rd time, I can't have a refund. But can transfer my voucher over to someone else if I wish.
When booking the 2nd date (27th August) I had to pay an extra £15 as there was only 2 seats. One next to the pilot. Which had to be paid for upfront.
So far it's cost well over £200.
By the time the next date of 7th April comes around, my next birthday will of been and gone.
This company is unprofessional, shoddy, and a total waste of time to deal with.
They have no intention of helping and just fob people off with weak excuses.
Avoid at all costs.
I'm now stuck in limbo until 6rh April to see if the flight will go ahead.
Desired outcome: Refund
