My registered credit card (ending 5202) with you was lost 2 months ago and now I use a new credit card to make all payments for my travels. As you know, I am your VIP client, yet I could get no help but robot replies from your Agoda web when I ask to change my credit card, so that payment for many upcoming nights of hotel in Portugal that I booked for my upcoming Xmas 2023 holiday.
Can you send me some help so that I could change my credit card payment details? This is urgent as, some of my booked hotels would already start charging me in early Dec 2023.
And below is one of the hotel which I booked which requires payment by 7 Dec 2023. I expect a reply within 48 hours from you. I also copied this complaint to Agoda CS hoping I could get an earlier feedback, as your robot failed to walk me through how to pay for my hotels which fees are pending urgently.
