This is by far the worst cargo experience I've had. Shipped cargo from Sharjah on 5th June, arrival date was given as 27th June, and I've not received my cargo till now. They are giving the excuse of GST ( started in India on July 1st). The contact in Delhi isn't even picking up the call, and the agents are not giving a proper answer, they just keep telling stories and giving excuses. I have a wedding and trusted this company to ship my cargo to me on time, and they have disappointed us. Be wary and do not use this company to cargo your things to India. I am not sure if I'll ever receive my shipment at all. Horrible people, horrible company, horrible service.
Delayed Cargo Since 3 Months
My husband sent 3 boxes through Al Badr Cargo in October 2012 from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai. Till today I have not received the boxes. Each time my husband visits their office or calls them, they give silly excuses about customs new rules & regulations etc and give him a new date of delivery. I have the mobile no. of one person in India but he is not answering...
