This company is unreliable and rude! They called me to tell me that they were not coming 3 hours after they were supposed to be here. I took off work and waited and waited...moved my furniture around etc. Then I get a call saying there not coming and now I have to take off work yet another day! I am never buying anything from this company again!

Zero stars - these people are the worst of the worst
Zero stars - these people are the worst of the worst. Can't commit to a timeframe, hold your merchandise hostage because these [protected]@tarks can't figure out to schedule. Require you to adjust your schedule for them not to show up on time, over 4 hours late and no apologizes. ZEROOO stars but because of your system - i had to give them rating and my rating is zero stars - zero effort, zero intelligence.

Terrible service, damage done to my property
Terrible service, damage done to my property. Back and forth for weeks. We provided pictures, invoice, even had a witness, etc. to prove damage. And even then they refused to pay the $225 we had spent to clean up the mess. It is our opinion that the Fidelitone representatives were dishonest. I even contacted *** whose mattress they had delivered to us and *** assured us that Fidelitone would contact us. They have not done so.

Very Poor Communication
Very Poor Communication. They have a computer that generates a time window for my shipping that was *** PM. Later after missing my delivery, I found out they only ship between 8 am to 5 pm. They didn't call me 30 minutes before arrival, per their protocol. And didn't leave a voice message either. When customer service was contacted, they kept saying I will be updated with a new shipment date and window by THEIR computer, generated! Terrible. Terrible shipping company.

Bought the most expensive mattress from Tempurpedic. Waited a few weeks for delivery which is totally understandable. After getting the delivery scheduled, communication was excellent. Delivery day and time was e-mailed and texted. They even sent reminders the day before. My wife took the day off work for our noon to 3PM appointment. When the delivery had not shown up by 4:30, I called. They informed me that the mattress did not get loaded on the truck and that now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for the next delivery slot. They did not call. They did not text. They totally blew us off and made us call them to find out what happened. Not what I would expect out of a company like this at all.

I had a mattress shipped out 5 weeks ago. It left its destination just over 5 weeks ago and yesterday was the soonest they said they could deliver it which had a window of 10 a.m to 1 p.m. I got off work at 10 a.m so I stayed up to make sure I received my mattress as I have been sleeping on an air mattress until it was delivered. I waited all day and nobody even arrived at my building or contacted me to let me know I was not getting it delivered so I could get some sleep before leaving for work again at 10 p.m so now I got no sleep and no mattress. I contacted them to find out why it was not delivered and was told that they decided to remove me from their schedule and have no idea where my mattress is. I paid $270 for their shipping and after 5 weeks and counting I have absolutely nothing to show for it except a massive amount of pain from sleeping on an air mattress with a twisted pelvis and lower 5 vertebrae from my tour of duty. I have never gotten such poor customer service in my entire life and the worst thing is they cant even tell me how much longer they expect me to keep sleeping on an air mattress before providing that $270 delivery service I paid for. Im starting to get the picture that this company is nothing but scam artists. Dont ever use this company. They show absolutely no indication that they have the intention to do the right thing.

I purchased a mattress and base from Tempur-Pedic in June. Scheduled a delivery with Fidelitone for July 28. I was called on July 27 at 4:30 pm and told they didnt have it and would take 3-5 business days to confirm they didnt have it then scheduled a new delivery date of August 11. On August 11 I received the email it was on its way to be delivered with a time window of *** to *** and to have someone home and all things cleared. At 4:30 I called because nobody had showed up and was told dispatch would contact me soon. Nobody called or showed up and was told It was a driver issue the next day. So I asked if I could just go pick up my order myself because I felt I had wasted enough time on a delivery that wouldnt or even have the decency to call and say it wasnt coming. After asking if I could just pick it they said they actually received my order damaged and had to order it for the 3rd time. At this point I am told it will likely be sometime in September before I get my order if its not messed up again. Nobody tries to help the situation or even apologize or act like it matters. I have to call to get any information and even then its probably not correct and takes 3-5 business days. I cant believe I spent that kind of money to be treated like It dont matter and 2 months after scheduling my first delivery I still have no idea when Im really going to get it. This delivery company is both unethical and dangerous
This delivery company is both unethical and dangerous. They are the contracted delivery company for tempurpedic. I had my scheduled delivery on Tuesday, 6/29 with a delivery window from 7:30 *** - 9:30 *** and had received three-four texts/emailed that said I would receive a call a half hour before arriving to let me know they were on their way. As such, I planned to get up at 7:00, to be ready for their earliest arrival at 7:30. Received a phone call at 6:58 , which I assumed was the "we're on our way call", only to find out that they are currently outside my condo. I had to rush to throw clothes on to let them up. Delivery men were unwilling to install the power frame and the mattress correctly. My bed has removable slats (seriously you just lift them off, they remove in 15 seconds) and the delivery men told me that they were going to put the base on the slats even though it would not withstand the weight of the power frame and bed and that I shouldn't *** on it because it would break my bed. I let them know I had a long conversation without tempurpedic about my specific bed prior to spending 5K on all this and they explained that we'd need to remove the slats, *** on the feet and set it up that way. The delivery people said that "I could do that later if I wanted", but that they were going to just pop it on the slats, but reiterated that the slats aren't strong enough to hold the weight of the power frame and mattress and that it would break my bed. They suggested that I either install the feet myself (which includes 5 minutes of *** on the feet, but requires that you can lift 150 mattress and 150 power frame yourself) or that I go to home depot and buy sheets of plywood and put those under the power frame/mattress instead of the slats. I explained to them that I live alone and was physically incapable of doing that, since I can't lift the mattress and power frame myself, which is why I needed them to do it and why I had done the research with tempurpedic before committing as to how it needed to be set up. They, however, were in a huge hurry to get to their next appointment and said they didn't have time. Having two men in my condo who were completely unwilling to help me or listen to me made me feel extremely unsafe in my own home. They forced this delivery on me, even though it is set up in a way that they ensured would break my bed and was unusable. They then forced me to sign a paper explaining that nothing was damaged, with the caveat that it meant "nothing is damaged now/yet". I have spent the last two days on the phone with tempurpedic and fidelitone trying to get someone out here to correctly assemble what they were supposed to do with the initial delivery. After two days of back and forth phone calls and escalations, they are telling me the earliest they can have someone come out is a week from today. Meanwhile, I am sleeping on the literal floor of my new condo since I can't sleep on my 5 thousand dollar mattress without damaging my bed. This entire situation has been both dangerous and completely unethical. It should not take over a week to get the basic service of setting up the mattress properly that was promised at delivery. This would take literally 15 minutes to complete if I had the man power/muscle to do it. I was completely taken advantage of and the "resolution", should it ever come, is entirely unacceptable. I would honestly never do business with tempurpedic again if they choose to continue using this delivery company.

On March 10, I was scheduled to receive a delivery from Fidelitone with a window of 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. I received a call at 3:39 PM from a male that said he was in route to my home and was 45 Minutes away although the customer service said they would call when they were 30 Minutes away and when they arrived. My doorbell rang and a guy was at my door saying he was there to deliver a mattress but I saw a yellow Penske truck and another guy was inside the back of the truck. He said he needed to come in and see where the mattress was going. I let him in and showed him where he would be putting the mattress and showed him the old mattress that would need to be removed per the service that I paid for included removal of old mattress and setup of new mattress. He said he might now be able to take the old mattress and I told him that was included in what I paid for. He then went back to the truck and came back to my door saying he couldn't take the old mattress. I told him to bring in the new mattress set I paid for. He brought in one box spring by himself without the helper that was with him. The helper never entered my home or assisted the guy who entered my home. When he brought up the box spring, I noticed visible rips and damage that I pointed out to him. He then took it back to the truck. I requested for him to bring in the other box spring and mattress so that I inspect it as well. He motioned to his helper to put it back into the truck. He refused to bring in the other box spring and mattress so that I could inspect it. He said that someone else would have to do the delivery and closed the door to the truck in the back. I told him that I paid for those items. He got into the truck and drove off. I called fidelitone customer service @ 3:27 PM while he was at my home the whole time and advised them what was going on. When he drove off, the rep was still on the phone and I explained what happened to her.
