Loud truck
We live behind behind a busy street and just recently a gentleman has been parking on the busy at and he's on a bike lane and he's not allowed to park there. That's not the issue since I do not own the street and I never use the bike lane. My problem is he is waking us all up at 5:30 A.M. He gets into the truck and revs his engine and that's a big truck! WE...

Old man long hair and bad attitude. Dangerous, he is out training an Asian man and the poor guy is being treated like dirt and this guy thinks he is tough and knows everything and likes to honk at people in the process of backing into a spot that was completely uncalled for and then came over to my truck antagonistic and almost got himself hurt. Talk to the people he is training... He is a horrid human. Filthy dirty stinks and confrontational. This guy does not need to be any where near a truck let alone training. The trainee looked like he wanted to jump out of the truck and run. If I see him again I will take matters into my own hands to remove this driver. 😤. On his way out of the parking lot after sitting at the fuel island incredibly too long, cut off another driver trying to turn out because he wanted to be first and passed him in the exit lane. I expect a call or to be contacted for more information. This company has no number to call to report emergency danger and driver safety...
Desired outcome: I want to have this supposed trainer to be out of the training program. I want some one from the CRST expedited team to contact me immediately..
Truck safety
Tuesday March 29th at about 5 pm on highway 75 near florence KY exit a truck with the license plate p845509 semi cab "CRST the transportation solution. Inc USDOT53773" GSHH6028 this truck was weaving in and out of lanes and nearly hit me I am a large lifted dodge truck bright white this semi truck with no turn signal on began to merge mid way into my lane during rush hour traffic nearly causing an accident had I not been paying attention to his reckless driving my husband and I would instead be filing a lawsuit against the company. I had tried to call and was unable to leave a voice mail with the safety department as it continued to ring for 5 minutes.
Desired outcome: An adequate response in regards to the situation.
I also just had a run in with this driver. He is very lucky he left my truck when he did. This guy is TRAINING NEW DEIVERS 😳. The trainee is being treated horrible and the guy is super confrontational and rude. This guy gives truck drivers a bad name and needs to be removed from the position he is in.

Rude, disrespectful parking ethics, unprofessional driver
On 12/15/2021, I respectfully approached this CRST driver at his company vehicle and asked him if he could please park correctly. He was improperly parked and taking two parking spots. He told me he purposely parked that way and refused to move. He rolled his window up and refused to speak anymore. He was very rude, inconsiderate and ultimately unprofessional. I reported this incident to the manager but due to lack of security, he could not enforce this guy to move. Therefore, I'm reporting this with his employer because this is how he represents CRST. No parking/driving skills and unprofessionalism in communication with other professionals in this industry.
Desired outcome: Probation of some sort and needs to go through some communication/safety/driving/parking training.
By the way, this happened at the Flying J truck stop in Tulsa, Oklahoma 9:30pm CST.
As a professional truck driver, finding parking is difficult already. Not only did this company driver park incorrectly, he adamantly refuse to correct himself. He intentionally disrespected other professional drivers, and ultimately CRST, with his disregard for professionalism and poor parking/driving ethics.
Hair follicle test
Cocain came back in my test. I have never ever used coke or any other hard substance in my life! If anyone knows of a way I can hold them responsible please let me know! 4 days before graduation I'm told they found drugs in my hair.. witch it impossible.. they lay who took my sample used her bare hands same scissors ✂️ for other people.. this is wrong on so many levels.. o think a class action needs to take place.. how many other people they've done this too?
Desired outcome: Them held accountable
Delivery
I was quoted a delivery time of 9-2... I had to call as they do not call you to update .. I was greeted by a rude guy trying to say it's no big deal that I have waited for 7 hours for shipment... no communication and extremely rude... AVOID AT ALL COST!
Desired outcome: Step your game up.. Use ATS tracking to that you can give your customers real time updates... hire dispatcher that actually cares about the job
Parking in Phoenix
The owner of C.S.McCrossan has asked me to reach out to whom it my concern for help with the parking issue of red curbing and no parking signs. The tolleson code compliance has spoke with them many times still the drivers feel they can park in a red zone even though in the office of the Phoenix location there is a sign that ask drivers to not drop trailer in the street. Please help us correct this issue. thank you.
Bill was forgiven
I attended school at CRST School but not hired as the medical team refused to accept my medical records from my doctors. I received a message from the recruiter that the bill was forgiven but now I am being billed. I am unable to locate my copy of the e-mail message and need assistance to clear the matter.

Truck driver
I have a complaint about one of your drivers, George Henry Curtis Truck #111608 I will be filing a claim fir address fraud. I asked him numerous time to change his address on his license, he refuse to do it my understanding he was in Georgia over the thanksgiving weekend and hasn't made no attempt to change it. I tried calling but he blocked and deleted all devices that connects me with him he's avoiding me because of the situation. I called in a complaint a month ago about him driving while drinking and having woman's in and out of the truck talking on the phone while driving if you were to get in touch with his previous co drivers and they will tell you why they didn't want to ride with him and because of drinking and his behavior If he continues to drive that truck under my address I will be calling my attorney and getting calling the motor carrier compliance Division. And they will find him and the company as well. I don't not want him driving that truck until he changes his address the address on his license is 209 Walkers Court Villa Rica Georgia 30180 If nothing gets done with this matter you will be hearing from my lawyer I called in a complaint a month ago and y'all continue to let this man drives and drinking especially on Fridays and Saturday just get in touch with his ex co drivers if he continues to work for this company he's is going to get y'all plenty of fine I already did a police report and they said if he was to get stopped y'all would get a big fine and he may get arrested for not changing his address. So that's my complaint. No driving that truck until he gets a address changes
Utilizes poor subcontracting shipping services
CRST was responsible for shipping a Tempurpedic mattress to me in Oklahoma. They signed that they received it on 10/15/20 and subcontracted it to Cherokee Moving which never answers the phone, states they don't have a current phone number which was updated immediately and after speaking with them they said this weeks trucks are full and maybe next week. They have done this for 3 weeks now are not reachable. I would not trust CRST for shipping because of using poor subcontracted companies with horrible communication. It has been in a warehouse for about a month and I don't know if and when I will ever receive the product or if it was lost?
New Pilot Contract
I am having a contract dispute with CRST, on Jan 21, 2020 i got into a contract with this company. I feel i was offered an unfair 3 month pilot program much differnent than their regular 21 or 28 day program to become a co-driver. After day 5 of doing most of the driving with my lead driver, and him not holding up his end of this team effort. I decided i...

My Son, Husband and i were traveling in Route 71 from Louisville to Newport KY today around 5pm. The driver of a crst long trailer truck passed us on the right and crossed into our lane before completely clearing our vechicle and ran us off the road. If not for my son's quick response and calmness we would have crashed. He was able to control our car and avoid what we are certain would have been tragic. The driver of the truck was aware of what he did.
He continued driving erratically for several miles. The number of this truck is 310717 with license plate # 8146GN. This driver should be held accountable and at the very least lose his license. The damage he could have and may cause going forward is unacceptable! I hope someone takes this review seriously and acts accordingly.
Mary-Jane Kearney,
Your son is the one that needs to learn how to drive. He more than likely failed to give the truck the right of Way. Maybe this will be a serious learning lesson for all parties involved. If your son was allegedly ran off the road, you would have had serious damages to your car and may not survived to put such garbage post on this site.
drivers
I witnessed one of your drivers and I believe his co driver assault a woman with a baby the cops was called. They were also drinking in CRST cab. The male was very aggressive and tried to choke the lady. This incident occurred on Sunday at the Super 8 in Dover Delaware. I don't know the name of the drivers but it was a Black male and a Female. I only knew he was an employee because he was in the truck drinking. Him and the lady.I hope you address this incident because it's Unacceptable. Sincerely Ada Camacho
business practices
Went to NADTA in Early 2015. Beyond how I didn't get severe frostbite (wouldn't let you go inside while it was snowing sideways) I finished the course and obtained my CDL. Wasn't making enough money to even send home for my 2 small children so I left and now they think I'm gonna pay 5900 for their "school" why don't you just take some of that $14000 you got from the Federal Government for me coming there and that should cover the cost m'kay?
#FUCRST
was employed there
I was employed with this company twice first time I was driving for them 28 days and then I went to work with a owner opp then I had a family matter left for awhile then came back for a little time got into a accident when they hire people that they hire they get sick bur company choose not to dot physical per the fmca why should they be in businesses?
customer service
I am a tractor trailer driver and one of my favorite things to do once I park for the night is enjoy a good meal. A fellow truck driver and I just so happened to be in Oak Creek, Minneapolis and we decided that we would eat at Applebees.
I ordered a meal and a glass of sprite, but to my surprise and bewilderment, I was given a opened can of soda instead. Never have I been so embarrassed and disappointed.
fraudulent service/ absolute rip off
Stay away from Sti or Crst or whatever the [censor] name they go by. This is fraud. these people charge for white gloves service but treat medical equipment like crap. they took 30+ days to deliver equipment from arkansas to Indiana because they pick up the wrong items and try to get me to pay for them to take the wrong item back to where they got it from. when they finally got my tables, they got them to me severely damaged and i have proof from the facility that they didnt remove them like that but refuse to take any responsibility. Absolute crap and this for sure guarantee that i will not use them again. These people lie about everything. They had to reschedule delivery 4 times, 4 consecutive days due to not having drivers available, they didnt have the items at their terminal or whatever excuse that they see fit
contract fraud, theft by stealing wages, bonus', escrow funds, misrepresentation,
My husband and I drove O/O from Feb 01, -June 28, 2016. Recruiter told us both names would be on contract, we would be hired in at 78% of gross freight revenue, 100% of fuel surcharge, a 2014 or newer truck with low miles, payments of $350 wk for 48 months, bumper to bumper warranty provided, was only responsible for bob tail insurance and personal health insurance, no trailer rental fees, company would provide all permits and base plates and they would hold out .03 cents a mile until a balance of $5, 000., to be used as needed for breakdown, tires, oil changes, etc. Went thru orientation, On the last morning, went to lease purchase meeting, the lease/purchase manager highlighted some information of contract but said that, after lunch, she would go over it completely as she would have a one on one final meeting where both parties would sign in front of a witness. Agreement changed to making only 70% of gross freight revenue but by Federal law, every trip would have a copy of the original customers freight agreement before we had to decline or accept. We got 97% of fuel surcharge, the 3% of that would be put away and IFTA paid but we would get a bonus of .06 cents for every gallon purchased, we volunteered .03 cents per mile to be put in a Voluntary Personal Maintenance fund for a vacation or whatever of our choice. They were going to withhold .20 cents per pd mile, to be put in escrow for bumper to bumper, major repairs, that all or any unused portion would be returned to us promptly after terminating lease agreement that did not require any notice but had to be returned to the nearest CRST facility. That's when we was informed we were 100% responsible for all insurance and base plates, $25 weekly trailer rental, $15 weekly charge for qualcomm and found out, payments was to be $449 a week, and at the minute of going to inspect and decide on truck, we were told our truck was in Oklahoma City, OK but if it wasn't to our satisfaction once we arrived, we would return it to Cedar Rapids, IA and pick our another. While they were getting our paperwork, fuel cards and ID badges together, I was informed that ONLY my husbands name was on the contract and I was not employed by CRST but by my husband and he would be responsible for paying wages, taxes and giving me a 1099. Got to OKC, truck had been wrecked, nasty and a smell that wouldn't leave. And it had over 400, 000 miles. I called and told them i was not paying $100, 000 for a wrecked, nasty. We didn't get any paper proof of payroll for over 2 months but was sent an amount. We found the legal binding original lease, signed as it should be, between CRST Lincoln Sales and CRST Expedited and when asking for legal advise from OOIDA, was told in order for us to have legal rights to ownership, a contract would have had to be signed by all three parties, with us being referred to a renter and that CRST Lincoln Sales had the legal right to terminate or revoke at the choice. The lease between the CRST companies, stated that at the time of final payment or termination, all funds in escrow would be turned over to CRST Lincoln Sales. They mailed us a final pay sheet that read, the truck had earned $97, 000 but only $21, 000 was paid to driver, which left CRST making $76, 000+ profit . Have asked for copies of proof of revenue for a year now, still nothing. THEY NEED TO ANSWER FOR ALL THEY HAVE CHEATED INNOCENT PEOPLE JUST WANTING TO LEARN A MEANS OF MAKING A LIVING, WHILE AT THE SAME TIME, CHEATING THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OUT OF FUNDS THEY CHARGE FOR HELPING THESE PEOPLE. By their own admission on their website, www.crst.com, they have revenues exceeding $1 billion dollars a year. They have ZERO debt. They own over 4500 semis, that were paid off 3 times their by company drivers and then charged $100, 000 to buy it from them. They shouldn't be allowed to continue to cheat the public while at the same time stealing and committing fraud against the Government. They receive Government funding for a school that turns out drivers behind an 80, 000 pound death machine because they are not given the knowledge or properly taught how to drive or control the truck. The accidents that we have seen by their neglect to properly teach the driver, has been horrific. We met the caliber of professional trainer while we were there, this young man, had ONLY 8 months total experience and had been given this position, 4 1/2 months into his time, he had graduated from the truck driving school owned by CRST. This company should held ACCOUNTABLE and forced to pay for the devastation their GREED has caused.
Fully agree!
scammers/business practices/eoe
I'm the fiancé of a recent crst cdl graduate. He was sent to crst under false pretenses from a company that was going to sponser his tuition. I'm going to leave this company out of the equation because this company was scammed by crst as well. After my fiancé earned his cdl permit, crst sat him down and stated that the company that was to sponsor him wasn't going to pay now. Crst had quoted the company $3500. After the 2 weeks, they wanted $6500. If there is an agreement, why did they change their mind? The company couldn't pay that much and my fiancé was stuck. His dream of obtaining his cdl was to drive locally to he home with his family every night while earning a living to support us. Now what? I've read enough complaints, court cases, etc. Against crst... It's time to do something about this.. We all need to stick together in order to prove wrongdoing! Message me and let's see what we can do about this scamming company. By the way, no trucking company will ever hire anyone from crst!
I went thru almost the same deal. Bet you didn't know they get money from the Government m entire for each person who comes there? Then turn around and nail you on top of that!
payment not received!, unethical behavior, big business takes advantage of small businesses
My name is Antonio PerDue, I am the president of Economy Moving & Storage, LLC out of Cincinnati, OH. Father of 2, and former veteran. I don't write reviews for the fun of it, I have plenty of other things to do. When a company owes you tens of thousands of dollars and avoids your calls and emails, it tends to bother a person. My company was hired by CRST...
