United Cargo Insurance fees they asked me to pay $600 and it will be refunded when I get my parcel I thought all that was included in the shipment

I was called this morning asking for an additional $500 for the safety of my Parcel $500 insurance on my parcel which will be paid back into my account on delivery

United Cargo united cargo service holding freight to charge storage fee

My name is Nancy!
I am a United cargo customer for a few years, I'm not pleased with the customer service from Houston cargo how they handle the problem. I had a freight arrived on Thursday 10-31-19 from SAP Honduras to Houston TX via United Cargo, air way bill number [protected]. An associate by the name of Tony left me a message on Friday 11/01/2019 at 1:36 pm to let me know there is a shipment for me and that Saturday would be the last free day. I called cargo back the same day around 4 pm., where i was informed that the shipment was ready to be picked up. I arrived at 3230 Pallet Dr Houston TX 77032 Saturday around 3:30 pm ready to pick up the freight, just to be informed by Customer Service that the freight was place on hold, so I asked to speak to a supervisor by the name of Dan Feinman(v703377), who informed my husband and I that the freight was been placed on hold by Agriculture and he provided us with their contact number, and also advised us to call on Monday since they are closed on Saturdays.
I contacted Agriculture on Monday 11/4/2019, I spoke with the Supervisor by the name of Mr. Hubler, he then informed me that they had made two different trips to the warehouse on 3230 pallet rd trying to inspect the freight since Friday. Mr. Hubler, also informed me that they where unable to inspected the freight because, it was not where it should have been and the only reason it was placed on hold because they couldn't find it in the warehouse. I asked Mr. Hubler what I need to do to get the freight inspected, since i was back at the warehouse trying to get the freight and avoid storage fee, he then asked me to informed customer services to send him an email of the exact location of the freight., so he could come by or send someone to inspect it right away, I waited for Mr. Hubler from 1:33 pm. until 4:07 pm. for him to come but he showed up after i left. On 11/05/2019 at 8:36 am. I received a Email from the broker that the freight was ready to be picked up. when my husband and i arrived at the warehouse again, we were informed about the warehouse fees, which United Cargo Supervisors refused to waived and stated that storage fee would keep recurring until I pay the fees or my freight will be trash. A this point i shouldn't have to paid the storage fee because of someone else mistake or miss communication between United Cargo and U.S Custom Agriculture.

United Cargo ridiculous refund process

My puppy was supposed to be shipped from Texas to Canada arriving on the 13th of october, 2017. They said he was too aggressive. Fine. I was told I would receive my refund in the next 2-5 business days. 5 days later, I call back and am told to check in 10 days. I call again and am told to e-mail. Then I get an automated email telling me to call then email again. it has been almost a month and No still going in circles with automated emails saying there will be a response within 14 business days and telling me to call the customer service desk where no one responds again.

United Cargo Package hold

I am expecting a package from Scott Mark from the united state of America and he sent it through the company name UNITED DELIVERY CARGO COMPANY and the company send me an email information that my package is in already in Cebu Philippines but i have to pay 12, 000.00php amount of money to claim my delivery.

Now, i just want to know if their is really a delivery for me and if the mentioned company is a legal company.Kindly send me some info about my complain.Thank you

Hi I am Daylinda I am expecting a package from Howord Cameron, came all the way from U.S.A. to Philippines.Just this recently 9:15AM Philippines time, I received emails in yahoo, afterwards a call from United Delivery Service in Manila.I can't clearly hear his name stating, that my package was already arrived here in Manila.The company shipment on hold it, for there was awaiting clearance payment for the delivery worth 12, 000 Php. Why, should I send, it was already paid off everything by the sender. I just want to know if there is really package for me or nothing. If this is a Scam or whatever tricks to earned money, then, I beg your pardon but were not damn fool to send it out. I am very vigilant about this matter, simply because, I already read all information about this site.I found out the same thing happen to the recipient when claiming there cargoes all the way from whereabouts.

This is really a scam ladies, that person is a scammer. The United Delivery Cargo sent me an email that I have to pay the amount of 12, 000 pesos before they deliver the package to my address. From the beginning I am suspecting that there's something isn't right, from the time I read the email of those expensive things he wanted to send me plus I come to this site before I write this comment and found out other complaints posted with the same form and contents of the email as mine . And few days after, I received an email from United Delivery Cargo about the payment amounting 12, 000.00.
We have to be vigilant ladies this is an alarm..

This is really a scam ladies, that person is a scammer. The United Delivery Cargo sent me an email that I have to pay the amount of 12, 000 pesos before they deliver the package to my address. From the beginning I am suspecting that there's something isn't right, from the time I read the email of those expensive things he wanted to send me plus I come to this site before I write this comment and found out other complaints posted with the same form and contents of the email as mine . I am expecting a package from daniel eric from the united state of

Sorry - there is no package. This is a common scam. If you did send the money by Western Union, the scammer would have it in a few minutes, and you would still have nothing. Tell Scott Mark that he needs to pay for that shipping charge. That's not his real name and he is tricking you. Don't trust anybody on internet, check everything.

it's a conspiracy... a fraudulent group taking money...I was a victim (it was a long story I won't go in more details )but they have taken from me a total money of 2, 10AED for a maltese dog that is not true... pretending to be so kind and respectful and so concern but once they got the money they will just say they are sorry... that they are really from Africa and their life was so difficult there no food and water that is why they are doing this kind of dirty job...(no food and water but have internet and money to call you ) do not send money to them by western union... just don't deal with them... they are heartless and no conscience and even mentioning God and swearing to God that they are good people...

my fault I already have doubts and read some complaints but due to my strong want to have a puppy still I was taken by their good words.

these people posting their adds in UAE classified adds online..and may be in other sites as well...or it can be one person only who is behind all this...

kindly spread the news and be cautious be cautious so that one will not be a victim of it...

Thank you so much for your review Salama and Ariane, I almost fell for this but it felt too good to be true to be able to buy a puppy AND ship it to the UAE for only 1500AED. I searched online for reviews and I only found yours! People should be spreading the word about this and I surely will! thank you so much!

After a while I saw the same Ragdoll kitten for sale in other ads from 3 & 4 years ago.
I wish there was somebody to warn me before I made that wrong decision.

My name is Salama from UAE, thank you for your telling the truth so other people will avoid falling on those scammers.
Unfortunately, I bought from this scammers Natalia pet shop a RagDoll cat on 13th of May 2014 with 1500Dhs by western union, before they told me this is the only money I will pay. Immediately after I paid them they told me they are sorry because they forget to tell me I have to pay more 3000Dhs for legal documents which they will give me back when I will receive the cat, after that I realized that I have been fooled so I told them to cancel the purchase so they said they don't have any problem with that, later on they said they already paid it to the cargo the full money, and they tried to convince me to send them more money & I refused. Later I asked for law justification & they said I already signed the contract so they don't care.
My last message to them was " I really feel petty on people like you, maybe you will fool people one time or maybe ten times, but not forever".

And after that they send me ok, we will send you the cat just pay 1000Dhs we reduce it for you. Hahaha this really makes me laugh, they really dying to steel our money that we worked for it, but one day they will be punished for this in this world & after death world.

Really really thank you for posting your experience.

United Cargo Fraudulent

Chow Chow Puppy advertised for sale on Yakaz for £200.00 Showed interest and had loads of e mails from Lisa Brown the seller. Puppy was supposed to be in Leeds, then when I said I would go and collect him she messaged me to say she had a job in the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce & Industry and had already re - located to Scotland so the puppy was there. If it was too far for me to collect she would arrange for it to be couriered to me. She then added another £50.00 to the price, I assumed this was to cover the dog being transported to Chester. She then messaged me to say that this morning I would get a call from the agency to give me details about the delivery and how they wanted paying. I found this odd so told them I would pay cash to the courier when they delivered the puppy. I was then sent an e - mail telling me to send the money via Western Union Money Transfer. I then looked into it further after they said there main accounting system was being audited and so had to send the money elsewhere ? Kiev in the Ukraine. The breeder is supposed to be in Scotland. I have e - mailed her today and told her to forget the delivery and I will go to Scotland tomorrow to collect in the puppy in person and so would she send me her address . She has not been in touch with me since then, .. I now believe I had a lucky escape but that does not excuse these people using pet lovers to make a fast buck. I believe them both to be of ethnic origin the Lisa Brown and the man in the supposed cargo office that I spoke to. The name on the details to send the money to Abunar Agbor Henry, Kiev, Ukraine, Post code 0038 Please do not get caught out by these despicable people.

Lies and lies that this package is otw. No one has hundred of dollars to recieve a shipment that’s worth not even a fraction of the cost. I just feel so stupid and taken advantage of a single mother and her child so thanks.

Hi, I have just replied to an advert from Lisa Brown about Chow Chow puppies for sale. She has now sent me an e-mail stating the same as above that she has relocated to Glasgow. I thought it was a scam when I read the e-mail. I'm also going to reply saying I will pick up the puppy in Glasgow & wait for a response that I doubt will ever come. The problem with these despicable people is that they will con some people into forwarding money into their bank account. I wish the police could trace them & stop this happening again.
