Lee County, Alabama DHR has destroyed our family with the help of Judge Mike Fellows and a network of biased professionals. We were accused of abuse with no real evidence — just hearsay and personal judgment. Judge Fellows even said in court, “the abuse might not have happened, but my husband fits the profile of a child abuser,” and “if he hasn’t abused them yet eventually he will.” That was the justification for ripping our children away.

DHR lawyers Kris Patton and Lenae Simpson, along with Guardian ad Litem Mallory Harper, pushed false claims and never even met with us or our children. We were denied due process from the beginning. We’ve filed multiple motions with supporting evidence — not one has been acknowledged by the court.Along with knowing allowed DHR social workers to commit perjury.

We were also subjected to excessive police involvement with no cause — threats, and surveillance as intimidation. Meanwhile, we’ve done everything DHR demanded, even when the orders were unlawful or made no sense, just to protect our kids from further retaliation.

A local doctor confided to us that DHR works with select counselors who are “in their pocket” — used to write harmful reports and delay reunification, not help families heal.

To make it worse, DHR disclosed our confidential location to a man we were in witness protection from and allowed him unsupervised access to our daughters, even though his rights were terminated over a decade ago. That’s not just a mistake — it’s reckless, cruel, and illegal.

This system isn’t protecting children — it’s targeting families and retaliating against parents who speak up. Judge Fellows and Lee County DHR should be held accountable.

am a mother of 7 I have fought and fought against DHR since 2019 for false allegations wrongful removal of my children I have always proved my innocence and last year my ex husband broke into my home and almost killed me the police refused to arrest him cause they said it didn't happen the day I got free and called them. My non biological fathers wife called DHR and my kids were out on a safety plan I had to be supervised with my kids even though I was the victim in April I agreed to sign temp custody of my kids so I could get my 12 year old out of foster care and my non bio dad said after I got him out that he'd let me have the other kids back they refuse visitation they keep contact they make my children sleep on the floor while they and their roommates have beds his wife has an addiction to loratabs and he has a mistress who lives with them I can prove with paper work that this is corruption please help me bring my babies home

Lawrence County DHR took my daughter's kids in December of 2022 and had lied about her and had not even given her any chance to get my 3 grandkids back.

They took them over a little bit of weed that she used only at night after her kids were fed and bathed and in bed. That was her only way to show her to sleep.

She never smoked in the house at all and would go outside to smoke.

The worker had my daughter to complete parenting class and drug assessment classes. Which she did. But she also has got in front of the judge saying that she was never able to get in touch with my daughter and saying she never was given any phone numbers, addresses or email in which she could get in touch with anybody.

The worker was given my daughter's number and my phone number on the day they were taken. The worker also got everyone's phone numbers again in each ISP meeting.

My daughter has text messages and emails between her and the worker on several occasions where the worker did reply and acknowledged her messages. My daughter has proof that the worker did in fact have ways to contact my daughter.

But again, she got in front of a judge and said she had no way to get in touch with my daughter.

The worker also will not place the kids with me for unknown reasons. The judge told me to file a petition for custody but then after I filed, now the judge says to go to the worker and work with them to get the kids but she has already told the kids that they will not be placed with me.

What can be done?

In October of 2022 my daughters father was pulled over for a suspended license, we both smoked weed bjt while I was pregnant I stopped. I picked it back up a month after giving birth due to stress, postpartum depression, struggling to eat and sleep and while breastfeeding this is all bad. So the car was searched and they phone 3 grams of weed he had hidden that I wasn’t aware of. One police officer believed me as I swore I didn’t know and begged them not to take my child as she was barely 6 months old. The other cop was horrible and made the call. When the case started it was fine and they were about to drop it. Later on another call was made out of poor judgment which resulted in my daughter being taken. Ever since then Houston County DHR has been assisting the people (who I trusted to care for daughter so she wouldn’t go into the system) in taking her from me completely. Dorneisha Thomas has been enabling and assisting these people. She’s helped them isolate me and my family from my daughter. She put two witnesses on the stand the I was tricked into giving up my daughter, these witnesses included the foster parent and the mother of my abusive baby father. I have completed every service, every order, every recommendation and they have still stolen my daughter. I had her when I was 18, I’m 20 now and I haven’t spent the night snuggled and squeezed with my daughter since Jan 25/2023. I have been fighting tooth and nail for my daughter and even after this long they won’t even let me have a unsupervised visits or allow me to even sit on the porch on a nice day with her. The whole system and everyone involved is crooked, evil and sneaky. They took advantage of where my relationship with her father stood, my mental health, my job, my education, my home, my motherhood, then tried and succeeded in weaponizing those factors into stealing my child from me. Dusty is the lawyer for daughter who said that I was “just checking off the boxes” when referring to the services orders etc that was asked of me to complete. Dorneisha had no children, no husband and no relationship and yet she somehow is still able to judge me off one interaction. All these people involved are supposed to prove Abuse/Neglect which is only a accusation because they know I breastfed and are trying to say that I put my daughter in danger. They have yet to prove this, no one has shown proof to the court that there is anything wrong with me or my parenting. They’re after money, my child and triumph but really they’re saving that hot seat in hell. I’ve appealed the decision the judge made to keep my daughter and my family from her but it’s could take years. I remember being abused and molested while DHR told me as long as I had a roof over my head and running water I was safe, but they have kidnapped and lied their way into my life and taken my child because of some plant that grows out of the ground. I hope whoever sat through this and read it heeds what I say. If you know these people run from them. And I cannot wait for this lawsuit, I will get my daughter back and she will never see these people again.

These people, especially Gabrielle, support and encourage abusive parents having full contact with the kids they abuse. They will actively fight against the child legally to make sure the child maintains their subservient abusive roles in the domestic violence system at home. Shameful. DHE here ignores complaints of domestic violence from the child and those who have knowledge of it. The judges will defer to whatever DHR recommends. Whatever you do, do not call DHR to protect kids, that’s not what they do. They actively work to put kids back with their abuser as fast as possible. If you are a child abuser, move to Enterprise, Alabama, where the system protects you and will help you destroy your kids.

I also want to see my children and I'm not allowed to.But they get dropped off with there father every weekend.And they are living with the father's brother who has a criminal back ground and I don't think that's fair to let them live with someone who has such.Im their mother who loves them with all her heart and soul and I can't even see them.Please contact me and tell me what I can do.What steps to take so I can get my kids back in my arms please thank you and God bless

This child was removed from my custody because of Amanda's lies and it is not right. My brother can not even see him. I do intend to reach out to anyone that will listen regarding this issue. NO ONE was there when he was born but me.

On August 29th Amanda came out to my house on complaints of child abuse and neglect. She then asked for a drug test. Which I told her no bc it's my right not to per amendment 4. I then told her i had to leave to get my kids from school.she followed me to the school and proceeded to have the school lock my children in a room and refused to release them to me. For no reason.i got a lawyer on the phone who told her she could not illegally hold my children like that. The lawyer proceed to tell her I would summit to a drug test even tho I specifically said no. When she releases my kids I told her the lawyer doesn't speak for me on taking a drug test and that I was not doing it. I left with my kids.2 days later while my kids are at the grandmother's Amanda shows back up with a court order to pick up my kids for the reason I won't comply with Dhr. It's suppose to be voulintary right? So how is that grounds to pick my kids up she lied on her report. Then in her petition stated the reason for wanting a pick up order was on the assessment of drug use (but the allegations are abuse and neglect) but then the next sentence states that dhr has not assessed any drug use at the time so again how is that grounds to take my kids she then went to my mother's house and removed them from her at witch she failed to put in her report and she claimed they were removed from me.since then she has lied on many occasions.she won't return my calls.wont let me see my kids.ecrb told my 8 year old son that he wouldn't see his parents until he was 16 years old.this is ridiculous.my kids should be home. Not separated.ones in Decatur the other ohatchee.our trail starts Monday bc I refuse to give Dhr custody.the court is already taking dhrs side.im sure they will continue.

Mobile county DHR worker Alexis Brinkley removed my sons on 9/14/2021 we did not live in Mobile county therefore Mobile county did not have jurisdiction over us we were just in the county visiting. This worker did not even properly buckle my younger son, who was 5mo at the time, and she

and MCSO refused to let me fix it and was after dark and raining. I have video of

this incident. This worker did not give me her name(I got it from MCSO) and did not make it clear why she was taking my two sons. She had no court orders to remove them from me. She petitioned the courts 9/15/2021 with unproven allegations and false information and signed this petition as a social worker. Per the state website that lists licensed social workers Alexis is NOT a licensed social worker

In 2011 I had a child and I needed help with opiate addiction. Dhr took him at birth and gave us a bunch of hoop to just thru, however refused to pay for anybody them. Our worker was LaCorie Jones. When I found out I was pregnant again before the case closed she told me to go to alethia house and I could keep by babybdown there. A week later she had completely taken my first child. She then started in on the child that wasn't even born yet. She called alethia house a week before the birth and said "I never told you that " despite the witnesses to her telling me that. So I left, afraid he would be taken by another county while I was sent home.because I was almost done with the program. She made sure when my 2nd son was born that the foster parents she had picked got to see hold rock feed...everything with my aon first. Even told me THEY are the ones who need to know. They kept him in NICU until the day the foster liscence cleared. Then they kept him for 3 years...yes DHR KEPT MY SON IN FOSTER XARE FOR 3 YEARS AND ABSOLUTELY NOT A THING CHANGED FROM DAY ONE UNTIL HE WAS RETURNED OTHER THAN US HAVING TO HAVE PUR DOG KILLED TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. Do you hear me, we had to sacrifice an animal to get our son home. Lacorie jones was pulled from the case by the way...even the judge could see she was vindictive. Then years go by no issues until I laid my daughter... the first baby I got to bring home and nurse and cloth diaper and bond with...in a fisher Price rock n play and she became one of the last victims of that product before the recall 4 months later...but dhr came in removed my son signed a safety plan for him to go with the same foster parents from before DESPITE there being 8 family options all of which have pristine backgrounds and homes. LACORIE JONES GOT INVOLVED. They made us leave first then when my child walked out with the foster parents they swooped up in a van and they put him in. The foster mom jumped in as well and called us while the investigators screamed at her not to. They forced him into stranger foster care that night after interrogating him without any adult present and according to him they kept telling him I must have done something to hurt her despite him protesting...because he was there. It was the most traumatic scene and scenario I've ever experienced and left me a shell with ptsd and he was there with me the entire time so he was just as traumatized...and thats what they did to him. Then when we were in court the day after my daughter died they forced one of the investigators to get on the stand, asked the woman who she was about to commit perjury by claiming she told her she saw us high the night before (despite her being a mandated reporter and never saying that)...yeah theyvmade her leave the court room.before someone got on the stand to lie about her. She was livid and an investigation found that she had never said anything like that and dhr did perjure themselves just to take my child away from their own foster parents once they realized the foster parents would just blindly follow along with whatever they said...plus we had been at a family dinner the night before...there were 30 witnesses to how we were behaving and none of them thought we were impaired in any way. He was returned after 4 months of 1x 1hr per week supervised visits. The guardian ad lietm came to our home apologisongnand crying because he had hired a paralegal who was sabatoging our files. I finally had a daughter in 2019 and had 3 yrs and 10 months with her...no issues no complaints she is a happy precocious bubbly smart little girl and she had never been away from me until I put her into LITTLE MADISON ACADEMY. She made some comments that suggested we were not a Christian household because we are not, and have the absolute freedom and right not to be. Suddenly a call comes in from the school claiming my husband was drunk when he dropped my daughter off..mmbut see I was in the car...his 10 yr old son confirmed his dad was not drinking AS DID HIS BOSS WHO WORKED WITH HIM ALL DAY

They forced us to either take a drug screen or they'd immediately remove our kids...so we did. They claimed I failed for EVERYTHING. So I went and had the hair test done and it proved their own urine screen wrong. Turns out I only failed for my prescriptions and thc

ONLY I HAVENT SMOKED POT, I USED OVER THE COUNTER SOLD AT EVER STORE IN THE COUNTY MADE LEGAL BU THE FARM BILL DELTA 8 GUMMIES TO SLEEP. It caused me to fail for thc. The vox even said it will cause a positive drug screen. So my last child who hadn't experienced this trauma was taken

9 DAYS LATER. APPARENTLY IT WAS SAFE FOR MY KIDS FOR 9 DAYS BUT NOW WE CAN ONLY SEE THEM 1HR 1 DAY A WEEK SUPERVISED AT DHR BEHIND A 2 WAY MIRROR. MY OWN DAUGHTER ON HER 4TH BIRTHDAY THAT WE ONLY GOT TO SEE HER FOR A FEW HOURS FOR STARTED TELLING ME ME AND HER FATHER DIDNT MAKE HER AND SHE DIDNT COME FROM MY BELLY...JESUS MADE HER. HUH? THATS FUNNY. SEEMS LIKE THEY WERE TAKEN BECAUSE OF RELIGION AND A LEGAL PRODUCT NEVER USED IN FRONT OF OR AROUND OUR CHILDREN. IF THATS THE DHR LOGIC TAKE EVERY CHILD FROM ANYONE WHO SIPS ALCOHOL AROUND THEIR KIDS OR AFTER THEYVE PUT TO BED.

Their official reason is that we had thc in our systems. So to recount they took my first son and we pulled it together before the birth of our second where they tried everything to make us relapse (admitted to by one of the 4 caseworker we had)...in fact the secind worker who had a stroke actually said she had no idea why this case was still open. Dhr policy is to only keep foster cases open 12 to 18 months...they tried to make us relapse by lying and manipulating. They made us kill our dog "because our son is allergic to dogs" something they gotna doctor to say by telling him that he sneezes around dogs. We had a huge backyard...said we would put her outside and never let her in. THAT wasn't good enough...they told us him or the dog and forced us to put down an 11 yr old dog we had adopted before we got married. By the way that same little boy loves sleeping with his dog and is sitting in foster care right now begging to come home and begs us to bring her to every visit. He wasn't allergic AT ALL. Pur attorneys told us we have been TARGETED by dhr. Both well respected attorneys appointed by Judge Hundley. We were trying before this false allegation was thrown out there. Dhr has been shut down every time except for the 1st time after tricking me into not being at court and claiming they didn't know where i was to the judge. Had I been there to fight they wouldn't have gotten away with that. He was placed with family. After 3 years, shut down. After my daughter death and subsequent state sanctioned kidnapp of my son, they were shut down. Now they are back for round 4 and I need help. This has gotten ridiculous and I'm about to contact every national media outlet in the country to inform them about Madison County and the fact that they are UNDER INVESTIGATION for their what's the exact number

..8...9% rate of reunification. They are being incentivised to do this weather it's monetary or they just have a sadistic joy in removing children from their rightful parents and choosing children's families themselves. Reign in MADISON COUNTY DHR.

Even your own investigators on my daughters case told me exactly who had called in one allegation and they said there was something very strange about the other calls they'd recieved. Almost as if the person calling knew the exact things to say. Even your own foster parents think you are doing this to come in and check on my son because he was born on subutex and you always have him completely evaluated. My family isn't here to be your test subjects, we weren't here for you to try to set precident over subutex either but you did and lost. SO LEAVE US ALONE. The only trauma inflicted in my family has been done BY ALABAMA DHR.

Also lacorie jones said with witnesses that I should be careful because I make pretty white babies and people want to adopt pretty little white babies...then made sure she hand picked foster parents for him AND made sure they laid eyes on hin before his own mother could.

They even stood in my home and told me that they absolutely would not remove my children over thc. My daughter, my baby girl who has never been away from us not even one night BEGS me to take her home. Now she has started thinking I don't want her home. How in the world is that help and nor trauma. Happy children don't beg to come home. My son tackles me when he sees me

Those are not the reactions of abuses and neglected kids. Not that ANY DHR WORKER WOULD KNOW AS THEY HAVE ONCE SEEN US WITH OUR KIDS.

I will not go thru this again without bringing the entire system down.

Also jordin Bailey is the least qualified social worker or investigator I've ever seen. She doesn't even know hownto read a drug screen. OUT OF 10 WORKERS I have NEVER had one who had a voice-mail box or answered the phone. Not a single one had been there long enough that they could even work the case without running every single decision thru their supervisors because most of them, I was their first case. Multiple workers have quit following our cases simply because they couldn't do what they realized had been done to us. Also lacorie jones interfered in the case after my daughter died after being removed from one of our cases before for showing animosity towards us...and saying I make pretty white babies so I should be careful...but thebladt straw with the judge was he claiming I had mishandled my infant son AT DHR WHILE SHE WATCHED YET SHE HAD NO IDEA THE DATE, DIDNT HAVE THE RECORDING(ALL VISITS IN THAT ROOM WERE RECORDED), AND COULDNT EVEN FIND THE INCIDENT IN HER FILES...NOT TO MEANTION NEVER SAID OR STOPPED THIS "MISHANDLING" OF AN INFANT. Why is it that your caseworker lie with impunity on the stand and you do nothing, in fact the 2nd one to perjure herself on the stand was seen by everyone crying right before she took the stand while the dhr supervisor was telling her what to do. It was in the hallway at the courthouse. Again one of your witnesses to that is a DHR FOSTER PARENT.

I applied for food stamps and when I email or call my worker she never calls me back.When I go in and talk to her she talks to me with others workers and people in lobby can hear my business.When I ask her a question she never know a direct answer but closes my case saying I’m over the limited but I’m not even near over since the increase.Her name is Kelli Smith with the Butler County DHR she didn’t even ask me did I pay any daycare are a goal you wonted to know was how much income I had coming in.When I stated to her on the phone interview about my light bill she said yea they gave y’all a little credit so it will help.

On July 21, 2023, my wife and I had an altercation at our home and a neighbor called the police. I was arrested and taken to jail. DHR was also called by the police and they interviewed my wife and my three children ages 17, 10 and 6. They coerced my wife by a threat of taking our kids and she felt pressured to sign a safety plan whereby I would not be able to see them. DHR interviewed me also in jail that day, and tried to pressure and force me into signing the safety plan, but I refused. In addition, DHR wanted my wife to file a protective order against me, but she did not. They completed their investigation and I appealed the results and requested an Administrative Record Review. The results were that they found their evidence to be credible and would enter their report into their central registry on child abuse and neglect as an "indicated" incident. DHR flat out lied! I have NEVER abused or neglected my children! While they were at home during the altercation, they were not involved in it and were not harmed. I told this to DHR, but they made a final decision without including these facts and has labeled me as a child abuser and neglecter. Although I was arrested that day, I am innocent until proven guilty. My domestic violence case, which does not involve our children, has not even been resolved. In fact, prior to the final investigation, my wife signed documentation at my attorney's office that she does not want to pursue prosecuting me. She further stated to DHR and to my attorney that I

am a good father and that she wants me to see our children and they want to see me.

DHR was called on me by the cousin of the man who molested my 2 year old son. I failed a drug test for marijuana in 2015. That's the only reason. No charge of abuse or neglect. My case has been reopened since 2020. Now they're talking of terminating my rights. There's no evidence that I did anything to my children. DHR has lied and falsified paperwork. They've lied about everything. And have not made every effort to reunite my family

My children were taken from me due to an argument between my 14 yr old and I. She decided to climb out the window in the middle of the night and take her 7 yr old sister with her. Her stepmother called dhr and made up this horrific story that my fiance (now husband) were beating each other up. We were in the bed asleep. Dhr called 24 hrs later and told me I had to take my youngest child back to where her sister was. Now 6 months later my husband and I have completed everything dhr has asked of us and because my kids dad decided to file for custody when my youngest daughter belongs to my husband my case worker is taking his side and encouraging him to file petitions against me. They have now filed an ex parte custody order against my husband a.d he can't have any contact with my children including his own child. They did this on a Friday evening at 5 pm so I had no time to fight back until Monday. It's also my son's birthday weekend and had made plans to do something with him and because of this we can't.

The defendant john sasser has filed multiple court cases against his ex-wife carrie mcgough (plaintiff) with judge smithart of bullock county. The plaintiff and her family are well regarded within the county and with clear and 100% truth documents filed the defendant is always denied. Carrie mcgough is a millionaire and has never kept a job in over 17 years. Attorney clay teague larry sasser and carrie mcgough mailed private documents to a mutual friend of the defendant., clear violation. Orders made by judge smithart with preup and divorce papers agreements are not upheld and dhr of elmore county refuses to meet with the defendant john sasser. The plaintiff carrie mcgough owes over $79,000 in health insurance coverage to the defendant.

Complaint Regarding Violation of Rights and Unjust Custody Situation

I am writing to formally register a complaint against the actions of Lee County Alabama Department of Human Resources as well as Law enforcement/investigation team, and the unjust custody situation that has resulted from the events that transpired on March 3, 2023. I firmly believe that my rights as a parent and an individual were grossly violated during this incident, and I request a thorough investigation into this matter.

On March 3, 2023, without any prior warning or justification, a team from Lee County Investigations forcefully entered the residence of my child's father and subsequently arrested both of us. During this distressing ordeal, my child was taken from our custody and handed over to my mother, who made false accusations against me, claiming that I was involved in drug-related activities. It is important to note that I have never been involved in any form of drug abuse or criminal activity. Conversely, my mother has a documented criminal history and a prolonged association with rehabilitation facilities.

To refute these baseless allegations and to prove my innocence, I willingly consented to a comprehensive hair follicle test, which yielded negative results for any drug usage. Despite presenting this compelling evidence that clearly exonerates me from the fabricated charges, Lee county Alabama Department of Human Resources and the Law Enforcement Investigations team has failed to take any action to rectify the situation and return my child to my custody.

The circumstances surrounding the incident have left me deeply traumatized and gravely concerned about the well-being and safety of my child. It is disheartening that my child was taken from us at gunpoint, further compounding the distress and psychological impact of the incident. The actions of Lee County Alabama Department of Human Resources, and the Law Enforcement Investigations team, not only violated my rights but have also undermined the bond between my child and me, causing significant emotional harm.

I implore you to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter, reviewing all the evidence, including the hair follicle test results, to ensure that justice is served. I request the immediate return of my child to my custody, as it is evident that the accusations made against me were baseless and fabricated. I also urge Lee County Department of Human Resources, and the Law Enforcement Investigations team to review its policies and procedures regarding child custody cases to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future and to safeguard the rights of innocent individuals and families.

I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I kindly request a prompt response detailing the actions being taken to address my concerns and rectify this distressing situation. I am prepared to take further legal action if necessary to protect my rights as a parent and to ensure the well-being of my child.

SC DHR, Cherri Pilkington, in consenting to the wrongful adoption of in Christian Jerald White, who was not eligible for adoption, ADHR did not even check to see if ASFA even applied or if my son was even in care long enough for ASFA to apply, Christian was not! He had only been in care 3.5 months when St. Clair Counsel DHR filed for Termination of Parental Rights, and at the end of the dispositional trial Christian White had not even been in custody yet 12 months December.

SC DHR did not provide my requested reasonable accommodation for my disabilities Epadermalysis Bulosa Simplex, causing large blistering and tares to the skin, apparently indicative of illicit drug use, my anxiety and ADHD and by not providing adequate drug screening with the special d, l isomer confirmation test is available to determine the difference between prescription an elicit Methamphetamines.

The samples where held for up to 19 days before being received by the labs, where they and who had access to them is unknown as there are not chains of custody that provide the proper foundation for these drug screens to be admitted as evidence or connect parent to sample. This is an irreparable harm that came to me and still come to other parents to this day, who are made to be given these non federally regulated drug screens by the SC DHR.

Minor Family Drug Court and St. Clair County Juvenile Court and St. Clair County DHR both use these substandard drug screens as ways to hurt innocent children and their parents like what happens to my son and me where I was jailed 89 days for a drug screen that was positive for my prescription medication and where my drug screen for conformation was simply just pours off into another and then ran through a machine to test for amphetamines, my Dextroamphetamine prescription, and during these 89 days I was wells called to court to have my skin inspected by Judge Minor to determine if I had my skin disability or if I was instead using drugs which he made clear he thought was the case due to my skin clearing up which happens when I don’t have a lot of movement so when I got out I had to suffer though my skin again getting use normal everyday walking and moving about though the friction and including the normal clothing I regularly wear also having to toughen up or get use to the friction that so occurs from the rubbing on the skin.

This state created or county created danger is or should have been known to have been occurring as Minor or SC DHR do not afford any rights to parents the mother alleges this is still occurring now, and is still being used to wrongfully separate parent from and child, leading to wrongful adoption or wrongful civil death which should be a new state cause of action

Drug Screening in St. Clair County cannot meet strict scrutiny provided for my the First Amendment of the Alabama and United States Constitutions

I Kayla south and for those innocent parents similarly situated ask for help fighting back and for saving my son Christian Gerald White and those innocent similarly situated children. Please save us from these grave injustices and draconian looses of Life and Liberty absent all due process of law and other Constitutional Rights were are so being denied in this county of St. Clair. This is unacceptable please help or save us

I have been trying for days to get through to report an incident. It shouldn’t be so hard to report serious situations. I think there should be someone that is available to answer the phones. It really seems that it could deter people from wanting to speak up about tricky situations because there’s no one to turn to at dhr. It’s serious and important when someone is trying to speak up. We should not be discouraged by this.

Incident occurred December 28th my kids were signed off in a safety plan I had no idea that the safety plan was going to then turn and say I was the danger it was to keep him safe from my ex-boyfriend who was no longer living in my home and I agreed upon that after agreeing they changed everything around and made me the bad person they have deformated my character in a court date that they were not even supposed to be at Miss Valdez and the DHR attorney and several other DHR case workers showed up to a county Court not Strickland youth center and made false statements about allegations that never happened and said it was a pending abuse charge that I have not even been convicted of because it did not happen I've been to court twice now and both times we have gotten reset still no real answers my daughter got put in foster care first she was placed with my ex-husband for some reason no relation she has called the police on him before for beating me. So please tell me why my poor child who loves School cannot go to school and why she's in the foster care system I am not a bad parent y'all have abused us because you're more powerful and have decided y'all didn't like that I did not want to cooperate to the full extent with y'all my rights as an American citizen I do not have to you are abusing your power and you ought to be ashamed of yourself I hope you're reading this you all really deserve to lose your jobs I am highly dissatisfied and I really do think somebody needs to investigate what is going on with my situation and I think it needs to be heard by somebody other than a local judge perhaps maybe Birmingham

I love my kids and I've been a mom for nine and a half years I was trying to do better y'all were misinformed swatted me for 3 and 1/2 hours in the cold and took my children on a safety plan that I don't even have a court order for because y'all can't take me to court because I didn't do anything wrong I want my kids back or I want y'all to lose your jobs like I lost my kids. You are so happy Miss Valdez to just sabotage me and deform my character you really ought to pay for what you did because I can't even see my kids because of you not because of me because I didn't have an abuse charge you are full of crap. I really hope that somebody higher up than you read this and maybe looks into this file because you oughta lose your job or be demoted or put on suspension you are a crazy lady and I am not going to bend over backwards too make y'all happy I'm sorry y'all have completely lost me I will go about getting my kids in a different manner but y'all are done as far as I'm considered I will find a way to have my story heard by somebody higher up because I shouldn't have to explain myself to you it should have been seen he was not here and it should have been investigated by the FBI and further taking care of instead y'all are just hounding me for no reason because I was scared to call the police in the first place that's why y'all took my kids
