Joshua was recommended by a friend and he guided my wife and me through the maze of enrolling for Medicare, Medicare Part B, Dental and Vision programs. Joshua is very knowledgeable, he thoroughly explains the pros and cons of the various programs and then he recommends the best program(s) for us. I was referred to Joshua by a friend. I contacted him and he was very quick to respond. Due to Covid, we did our meetings over the computer - worked great. He was always timely. He gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. He was helpful in getting me signed up. He was easy to work with, very helpful.

This is a horrible and unprofessional business! Nobody returns calls or emails or respects clients time and needs. It took me several attempts to get a first meeting and after they didn't respond to any of my questions or issues with my insurance. I worked with the owner Joshua H. who was short and made suggestive comments that weren't okay but he thought were funny. He didn't help much then referred me to Brittany B. who is another owner I think and she was even worse. No responsiveness, inaccurate information and lots of stories and odd jokes about unrelated topics. I reached out to MNsure after a few weeks and she didn't do any of what she said to get me covered. I needed help with my parents coverage who both turned 65 too but it didn't happen because they made such a mess of my situation I didn't want the same for them. Go somewhere else! I wish I could support this local business but they don't take their work seriously and just want to power through to get paid without actually helping or being professional. I'm still dealing with issues they caused for me. Not worth it!
