Terrible follow through. Did not complete work. They did a new roof for us. Left holes in our garage roof. Did not pick up one nails. We picked up a coffee can full of nails. They left their lunch trash in our front yard. We have a balance due of under $400 and they are all over that. They offered a pre-stamped envelop to pay the balance. Where was that kind of service during the whole project? Which took over 6 months just to get started. We made several calls to ask about the delay.

Tried to get this business to look at my house for roof repairs. Talked with Robert once. He told me he would email forms for me to fill out. Never got them tried for over a week. Left voice mails and text messages. Never got a return call or text. I then talked with the office. They were apologetic to me and assured me that I would get a call to schedule an inspection. I waited 3 days no call. I tried one more time to get a call talking to the office again. Never got a call back. Wasted a week and a half. Run away fast!

After our hail damage claim was denied by our insurance company, we reached out to Teddy Blanco at Midwestern Adjusters. He came highly recommended by several friends. Teddy is energetic, and strongly advocates on behalf of his clients. Along with Ben, they assisted us in navigating around the road blocks that we encountered with our insurer. We chose Midwestern Adjusters last summer after our home was damaged by the Memorial Day hail storm. Teddy *** did a great job of walking us through the process. Their inspectors worked very well with our insurance company in the assessment of the damages brought on by the storm. We were pleased with the quality of the materials and workmanship. It was an unusually busy time and was sometimes difficult to get a timely call back from the office on scheduling as the entire process took four months. However, Teddy was always available to speed up the scheduling until we were completely satisfied.

I reached out to Midwestern Adjusters after seeing that they were doing some work in our neighborhood. I talked to those neighbors and they had great things to say. I contacted Teddy, he was so helpful and explained how the process worked. He confirmed that I had a legitimate claim. He contacted my insurance and both his adjuster and my ins adjuster were here together to review my roof damage and push the claim through. Because of Midwestern's involvement, my insurance approval came in less than a week. I referred Ted to various neighbors and the work continues in my neighborhood. I would say that my experience was great and would highly recommend Midwestern Adjusters.

We recently used Midwestern Adjusters for a roof damage claim with our existing insurers. Originally I was hesitant as I had never worked with insurance adjusters before. But I have to say Midwestern Adjusters was pretty good and professional in their handling of discussions with the insurance company. They managed to negotiate the cost of a full replacement on the roof with the insurers and within 3 months we had the roof works completed further. I would recommend using Adjusters such as Midwestern for any insurance claim purposes as they do add value to the negotiation process with the insurers. After a recent storm in the area I had a few shingles ripped off my roof. I wasn't really sure if it was enough damage to try to go through insurance but decided to contact Midwestern Adjusters anyway after a friend of mine recommended them. Paul came out to inspect the damage and walked me through the whole process. He definitely knew his stuff and found more damage than there seemed to be at first. Afterwards, the insurance claim was filed with Travelers and Midwestern Adjusters managed to get Travelers to cover the roof and the gutters which is more than I expected. Really happy with the outcome and I would recommend them to anyone, even if you're not sure that there's enough wind or hail damage for insurance claim.

Midwestern Adjusters was highly recommended to me by my neighbors and I couldn't have made a better choice. From the beginning of the process to the very end, every individual has made this process seamless. Being that I'm a first-time homeowner, I had very limited knowledge of where and how to begin. Thanks to Stacy, she was very professional and extremely patient with me while explaining the entire process and how my insurance will help cover the majority, if not, all the costs. Once I gave them the green light, I was able to work with both Scott and Brad who were INCREDIBLE. They were very honest and professional, which led me to trust them to do the job. Once everything was done, they left my house looking good as new - it's GORGEOUS. The quality of their work is TOP notch and I couldn't have been more thankful for every single person involved. I HIGHLY recommend them!

#1) We hired Midwestern Adjusters in 2020 following wind/hail damage in 2019 and a deal gone bad with a less than honorable contractor that same year. MA went to bat for us in our negotiations with our insurance company and they were able to get our house siding fully covered vs. the initial coverage of only damaged siding. This came after more than a year had passed since our claim was first opened. We're very appreciative of their efforts to have the siding fully covered. #2) We also had their in-house company, Elite Restoration, perform the work to reside our house and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. They provided outstanding work and cleanup was very good as well. The house looks great! We definitely recommend Midwestern Adjusters for your Public Adjuster needs. They understand angles to the job that the typical homeowner may not and, because of this, they are more fully able to negotiate with your insurance company.

Professional, Reliable, ExperiencedWhen I called Midwestern Adjusters last August , we were thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Our insurance company was not willing to give us fair compensation to replace our damaged roof after a major hailstorm in April . We felt we needed an advocate. *** Domete from Midwestern Adjusters the right one. When *** came into the picture, everything shifted in a very positive direction. He evaluated the impact of the storm to our homes exterior, noted damage to gutters and downspouts as well, and assured us that he would help to build our case. Even with detailed documentation from ***, our insurance company wouldn't budge. So we decided to go through arbitration in which *** continued to handle all communication with the insurance company. In the end, we were able to get the necessary funds to reroof our house and garage and install new gutters and downspouts. *** has a big heart and knows how homeowners feel. I highly recommend Midwestern Adjusters if you are looking for a Licensed insurance advocate."

Several years ago, I made a swing at filing a claim for damage to our roof - both wind and hail. The insurance company rejected it both times and the adjuster I worked with just shrugged his shoulders and moved on. When Midwest approached me, I was skeptical, but they insisted that believed I had a valid claim and that they had the expertise to get a settlement. They filed one claim which was rejected. They then filed an appeal and brought in another adjuster for a second inspection. The appeal was granted and I now have a new roof. I paid a total of $300 and that was only because the roof on my shed wasn't covered so I paid that myself. I had given up hope but Midwest really came through. They were professional throughout the process. Unlike the other adjuster, Midwest seems to really understand the ins and outs of this business and understand the mentality and techniques of insurance companies and how to work around that for a successful outcome. Finally, I referred to a friend down the street to Midwest. He got his new roof installed a couple weeks ago with $zero out of pocket.

After strong storms in summer of 2020, we reached out to Midwestern Adjusters after seeing that they were doing some work in our neighborhood. I talked to those neighbors and they had great things to say. I had previously attempted to work directly with my insurance company and got nowhere. Teddy showed up and began a process that has been nothing short of amazing. He was so helpful and explained how the process worked. He also informed me that my insurance carrier (State Farm) was notoriously difficult to work with and that it may take some time for them to get everything approved. BUT, he confirmed that I had a clearly legitimate claim and they would advocate on my behalf no matter what State Farm threw at them. I was so relieved. Fast forward: the process was able to move more quickly than I expected it would or could. Because of Midwestern's involvement, our insurance approval came in less than a week or so. The project moved along at a perfect pace. Every single person with whom we've interacted has been equally as friendly and helpful as Teddy was on that very first day. They have always been attentive to our needs or concerns. I cannot recommend Midwestern Enough (and actually have referred them to two of our neighbors who've followed through to have them work on their own claims/issues). All in all, to say that our experience was great would be an understatement. Highly recommend these folks, especially if you've gotten the runaround from your own attempts to work with your insurance company.
