I did a free week trial on July 14 and cancelled before the week was up. I forgot about this because it wasn't a monthly bill just a free week trial and was cancelled. They charged me $43.19 on September 10. I didn't authorize this charge and want my money back. There is no number to call on.

I was billed on August 6th for a trial ending August 7th. I cancelled the service on August 7th and on August 8th I saw a charge in my account I emailed customer service to advise that I had cancelled my service and should not have been charged. I received an email telling me that they have received my email but to date I have not been refunded.

They email me back with their "sincerest apologies" and say they will send it up to billing to be fixed. But then 2 days later i get a notice from my card saying they have charged it again.
