AlliedShirts Review: Terrible Customer Service & Incompetent Staff, Save Your Money & Time
So, I don't usually write reviews but I felt the need to share my experience with AlliedShirts. Let me just say, don't waste your time or money with these guys. I ordered 4 shirts back in July, each with a different name on them in a fancy graphic design. They charged my account right away but a month later, still no shirts. I gave them a call and they tried to tell me that my order was only placed 4 days before I called. Uh, nope. I had the confirmation email and a screenshot of my PayPal showing that they took my money a month ago. After a frustrating back and forth with their customer support team, I finally got the shirts. And guess what? They got 3 out of 4 shirts with the SAME name and design on them. Come on, how hard is it to get it right?
I called them back and was beyond angry. I had to reschedule a major event because of their incompetence. I told them that if they didn't fix it, I was going to produce a podcast episode about my terrible experience with AlliedShirts. Of course, they didn't fix it. Instead, they kept spouting their BS policy like a broken record.
Let's talk about some of the people I dealt with. Chevis S promised me the moon but delivered nothing. Iesha H was a special kind of idiot who couldn't even read the name on the shirt correctly. Tara was the only one who actually called me back but only because I "requested" it. Please, I DEMANDED it. And her solution? You guessed it, telling me the policy AGAIN.
Overall, stay away from these [censored]s. They don't care about doing a good job or making customers happy. Don't waste your time or money.
Avoid Allied Shirts - Crooked printing & poor customer service
So, I saw some other reviews about AlliedShirts and I gotta say, they were mostly BAD. But let me tell you about my recent experience. I've been a fan of Allied Shirts for almost 15 years, but I don't know what's been going on with them lately. I made a BIG order in late June 2019 and when I got the t-shirts, the printing was so CROOKED. Like, I swear you would need to tilt your head to the right just to read it straight. I contacted customer service and they said they could reprint it but couldn't guarantee it wouldn't be crooked again. I didn't want that gamble so close to my event, so I asked for a refund. The customer rep said they could only refund me 70% of what I spent, which didn't make sense to me. Why should I be penalized for their mistake? I talked to John, the supervisor, and even explained that I've been a loyal customer for 15 years. But he wasn't willing to work with me and said the crooked print was "within their margins of error". Seriously? I had nothing to do with their mistake and I shouldn't have to pay for it. So, I disputed the ENTIRE amount with my credit card and after waiting 2 whole months, got the entire cost refunded. It was a hassle and a frustration, and if you don't want to go through that, I suggest avoiding Allied Shirts. There are other companies out there that offer the same service and aren't as expensive. Do yourself a favor and AVOID ALLIED SHIRTS.
AlliedShirts Review: Top-Notch Customer Support, Quality, and Price!
Alright, let me tell ya about AlliedShirts! I stumbled upon their website in September 2018 and lemme tell ya, I am impressed. First off, their customer support is unreal. They sent me not one, not two, but THREE emails reminding me that my design wasn't up to the best quality and they gave me some pretty sweet suggestions. I sent them back my revisions and the rep sent me TWO more emails to confirm my new design and let me know that it was in the works. When it came time to ship my order, I got THREE more emails updating me on the shipping information. Talk about being on top of things!
The best part? I had my new t-shirts in less than a week and they are absolutely GORGEOUS. I cannot stress enough how awesome their product quality is. The fabric feels super soft and 100% cotton like they said it would. Not to mention they offer options for both men and WOMEN. Yes, ladies, we're included too.
And the price? WELL, let me tell you. I did some snooping around and they are easily the fairest price online. Go ahead, I challenge you to check it out for yourself.
Needless to say, I have no cons to report. These guys truly knocked it out of the park for me. If you're wanting to get the best bang for your buck, AlliedShirts is DEFINITELY the place to go. Don't sleep on 'em!
AlliedShirts: The WORST t-shirt company - A review of my disappointing experience
So, I had this super important event coming up and I wanted to customize some t-shirts for the occasion. I heard good things about AlliedShirts, so I placed an order for 20 of them and decided to pay extra for rush shipping. Everything seemed to be going smoothly at first - I got an email that said my order had shipped and I was feeling pretty confident that the shirts would arrive on time.
But then the day came when the shirts were supposed to show up, and they didn't. No biggie, right? The FedEx tracking number said they would be there the next day. Well, wouldn't you know it, the next day came and went and STILL no shirts. I was starting to panic a little bit, so I decided to give AlliedShirts a call to see what the heck was going on.
They told me that the shipment was in "label created" state, which apparently meant that FedEx had lost the package. Huh? That didn't sound right to me - I mean, I've used FedEx before and I've never heard of a package being lost in "label created" status. So I decided to call up FedEx to get their side of the story.
Color me surprised, but it turns out that AlliedShirts had actually created a shipping label but never actually delivered the package to FedEx for shipment. What the heck, right?! So basically, they lied to me and wouldn't admit it. I'm pretty sure they never even made the shirts in the first place, and were just trying to weasel their way out of the situation.
Long story short, I was out of luck and had no t-shirts for my event because I couldn't find anyone else who could make them in such a short amount of time. It was a total bummer and I was super disappointed. So, needless to say, I would never recommend AlliedShirts to anyone. They're the WORST.
AlliedShirts Review: A Nightmare Experience - Don't Waste Your Time or Money!
Yo, I gotta be real with y'all and say it's been a hot mess dealing with AlliedShirts. We were trynna get some sweet tees printed up with black ink, but when they arrived they were gray, even though we talked to a rep on the phone to change the color. And to top it off, the dang picture wasn't even centered properly. We only got three out of the eight shirts we ordered so far, and we're praying that the rest will come out right.
When we placed our order online, we picked different sizes but then got an email saying they couldn't fulfill the color we wanted in all the sizes we picked. Like okay, that's helpful, but which sizes are we missing out on? And how many shirts are they not sending us? Their communication game was weak, man. They should've called us or given us more deets in the email. Instead, we had to go back online and redo the whole order. Now they're asking for pics of the three shirts that came in so they can see where they messed up. Like come on, we've already wasted enough time on your mistake, Allied.
To be real, we ain't ever gonna order from them again. We talked to some other non-profits who had the same nightmare experience we did. So just gonna throw it out there, DO NOT mess with AlliedShirts. Straight up.
Disappointing Experience Ordering Custom Team Shirts from AlliedShirts: A Review
So, I was pretty excited to order a bunch of custom shirts for my team event from AlliedShirts. I mean, who wouldn't be excited to deck out their squad in matching gear, am I right? I paid extra for rushed shipping and was promised a delivery date of 11/26. But then, just two days later, I got an email saying that some of my order couldn't be fulfilled. Uh, what? This was for a whole team, and I wasn't even given the option to cancel! I talked to a customer service rep who told me that one of the sizes I ordered was out of stock at the time, but now they were back in stock. Okay, fair enough. But I was told I had to place a whole new order for the missing shirts and was charged taxes again. Not cool.
Anyway, I was promised once again that my order would be delivered by the guaranteed date, so I was feeling cautiously optimistic. But then, when the second order of 4 shirts arrived a few days later...oh man. They didn't look anything like the picture on the website! The design was all washed out and faded, like someone had already worn and washed them 50 times. I was so bummed. Still, I called on 11/26 to see what was up with the rest of my order, and I was told I should get it by either 11/27 or 11/28 at the latest.
Well, it's now past that date and I'm still waiting for my big order to arrive. And honestly, I'm pretty disappointed overall. I was hoping for better quality and customer service from AlliedShirts, and I was let down. Here's hoping they can step it up and make some improvements going forward.
Disappointing Experience with Allied Shirts: Poor Printing, Delayed Delivery, and Inventory Shortages
Our experience with Allied Shirts was not the best. We were looking to get some new uniforms for our business and decided to give Allied Shirts a try. Unfortunately, the shirt printing was not up to par as it started to come off and shed white specks everywhere. We were really disappointed, especially since we had ordered and paid for these shirts to be our new uniform. We even have pictures to show how bad it was but we couldn't upload them here.
To make matters worse, we didn't even receive all the shirts we had ordered for our team even though we had paid for all of them. We had three important events coming up which we wanted/needed to wear these shirts to but we couldn't as there weren't enough shirts for everyone. And it wasn't just a delay issue, the website had promised FREE two-week delivery but we didn't get our shirts until a month later. This was unacceptable!
We also didn't see ANYWHERE during the design and ordering process that Allied Shirts had inventory shortages. This is a big thing that customers, especially professional customers, need to know upfront so that they can make informed decisions about their orders.
To add insult to injury, one of our team members showed up to an important event wearing one of the shirts and it looked HORRENDOUS. It was embarrassing for us as a business and made us look unprofessional in front of our peers and customers. We had to scramble to get another shirt, but unfortunately, there were only a few left due to the limited supply. It was really frustrating for us to deal with all of this and it reflects poorly on our business as well as on Allied Shirts.
In conclusion, Allied Shirts may have been a disappointment for us, but we hope they take our feedback into consideration and improve their product and customer service. We would advise others to think twice before ordering from them and to do their due diligence beforehand.
Unhappy Customer Experience: My Review of AlliedShirts
Okay, so let me tell you about my experience with AlliedShirts. First of all, I gotta say that this is not a happy review, so buckle up folks.
Me and my kids were excited to order some shirts from this website for a special event. We ordered with plenty of time in advance, but things started to go downhill pretty fast.
First of all, we didn't receive our packages on the promised date. We sent an email asking for tracking information and nobody ever got back to us. Not a great start, right?
But wait, it gets worse.
Turns out that part of our order was cancelled without us even knowing. Apparently, an email was sent, but we couldn't find it anywhere. So now we have to explain to our kids why they're not getting the shirts they were looking forward to. Not cool.
When we called customer service hoping to clear things up, we were told that they have to "review all of our complaints" before they can even think about fixing anything. Excuse me, what? Shouldn't the company be proactive in addressing customer issues?
To add insult to injury, when we finally received our shirts, the red color was all faded and stripy. I mean, it looks like my printer is running out of ink. Did they check the quality before sending them out? Apparently not.
Oh, and did I mention that we paid for expedited shipping? Yeah, that was two days late. And we only got one of two packages.
So, needless to say, we're really disappointed with the service and printing we received from AlliedShirts. It's a shame because we were really excited about this order, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. Guess we'll have to look elsewhere for our next shirt order.
AlliedShirts Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Product Inconsistencies
Okay, so I ordered a ton of shirts - like, almost 200 - from AlliedShirts a couple weeks back, and I forked over extra money for faster delivery that would get everything to me by a specific date. So when I got not one, but TWO emails from AlliedShirts four days before my expected delivery date, I was pretty miffed. The first email was telling me that they'd cancelled part of my order, and the second one was telling me that my order was "unexpectedly delayed." Uh, what?
After calling them up to complain/check on what the hell was up, I learned that they'd cancelled part of my order because they didn't have the right size. I'd been waiting around for more than a week and a half at this point, and they were just now letting me know? And on top of that, they just refunded me like it was no big deal? That was 20% of my team without shirts - so not cool.
I told them to just give me the next size up instead, but no dice. Apparently, they couldn't just switch out sizes for me - I had to place a whole new order. We went back and forth a bunch of times, and even they were confused about their own website and policies. Definitely not confidence-inspiring.
When I finally did get around to placing a new order, they didn't even have the NEXT size up in stock. Like, come on. You think they would have told me that when they initially cancelled part of my order. So now, I've got people who ordered L shirts who are stuck choosing between M and XXL. Not exactly ideal. Plus, to add insult to injury, the two deliveries I got (which were from the SAME order, mind you) had suuuuper different colors. The second batch had the right color, but the first batch... yikes.
On the plus side, I will say that the second batch of shirts did look pretty decent, and my team liked them. But they have no idea how much I had to wrangle with AlliedShirts to get those shirts. All in all, I wouldn't recommend AlliedShirts to anyone.
AlliedShirts: Poor Quality and Customer Service for Fundraiser Shirts
I gotta say, last week wasn't a good one for me and my crew. We got the wrong order from AlliedShirts and it really messed things up for our fundraiser. We were trying to spread awareness about suicide prevention and the tragedy that just occurred in our town. A whole family was wiped out because of it and we wanted to do something to help.
I thought I had given AlliedShirts all the info they needed to make the right shirts, but they still screwed it up. And when I called to confirm that they were gonna be here in time, they told me it was gonna go into production and not arrive in time. That's five days after we placed the order, mind you. What are they doing over there?
I was mad and I let them know it. I even told them about the other shirts I had ordered from them for my company, they were terrible quality and now I gotta sell them at half the price just to get rid of them. And then the guy hung up on me! That's some poor customer service right there.
Another thing that really grinds my gears is that they don't give you a paper with your order numbers or let you see the final draft before it goes into production. They're supposed to fix it if something's wrong, but how can they know if no one double-checks it? We wouldn't have had this problem if they let me see that they weren't gonna print both companies' logos on the shirts.
I'm not one to mince words, but I didn't mess up the order and it was important for our community. AlliedShirts might be cheap, but they're not worth the poor work and service you get from them. I don't think I'll be using them again.
Check out the photo and you can see that all the shirts were printed with just one of the companies' logos, not the two like I ordered. I had to send them this to prove it was their mistake. So, be careful and watch out for themselves, folks!

Avoid Allied Shirts for Custom Tees: Disaster of a Design & Frustrating Refund Process
Whoa, if you're on the hunt for someone to make custom t-shirts for your group, I'd steer clear of Allied Shirts. I made the mistake of using them for 40 shirts with a design on both the front and back, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The shirts came back with the design all wonky and lopsided, plus they even left out a whole freakin' line in the logo!
Now, here's where things get really frustrating. I've been in touch with Allied Shirts almost every day since March 17th (I know, I know, it's been a long and painful process), and they keep changing what they want me to do in order to get a refund. First, they wanted me to send them a front/back picture of just one of the shirts. Okay, fine. Then they wanted a couple pictures of different shirts side by side. Okay, still fine. But now, get this, they want ALL 40 shirts to be photographed together. Like, what the hell? Do they think I'm some kind of contortionist who can balance a stack of shirts on top of my head while simultaneously snapping a photo?
It's clear as day that they messed up the design and messed up the printing. I've even uploaded pictures to show them just how bad it is, but apparently that's not enough. Honestly, I can't be bothered to go through the hassle of climbing up a ladder to snap a photo of 40 shirts just to get my money back. It's their mistake, not mine. Sheesh.
Disappointed with AlliedShirts: Poor customer service and cancelled order with no explanation or compensation
I must say, I had a really bad experience with AlliedShirts. I was so excited to order some shirts from them for a special event, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and everything seemed to be going well until a couple of days ago when I received an email stating that there will be a slight delay. It's understandable to have a delay, but they didn't specify how long it would be or why there was a delay in the first place.
Feeling unsure about what's going on, I decided to call their customer service to ask about the delay and how much longer I'll have to wait for my shirts. Unfortunately, I wasn't having any luck as it took over 30 minutes for someone to finally answer my call - and they didn't even have the answers I was looking for. So frustrating!
It's safe to say that my patience was wearing thin, and I was starting to feel anxious about my order. To make matters worse, today I checked my bank statement and seeing that I was refunded by AlliedShirts! I was not happy about this, especially since I had no idea why they cancelled my order. I decided to call them up yet again to get an explanation and speak to the manager about getting some sort of compensation.
What's really irritating is that the manager just didn't seem to care at all. They didn't even offer me a discount or anything to make up for all the inconvenience and trouble I had gone through. All they could say was sorry and that they will look into why I didn't receive any notification that my order had been cancelled. It wasn't until my bank sent me an alert informing me of the cancellation that I found out, which is unacceptable!
All in all, I would strongly advise you not to buy from AlliedShirts. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated, and I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through the same thing I did.
Bad experience with AlliedShirts: Faded prints, late order, missing website, and frustrating customer service
AlliedShirts? More like not so friendly shirts, am I right?! I gotta say, I was pretty bummed with my experience. I ordered 200 shirts and was super excited to see the final product. But boy was I let down. First of all, the print on the shirts was way too faded. Like, I had to squint to even see what it said. And to make matters worse, my order was late. Like, hello? I have a schedule to keep here!
But wait, it gets even better. They didn't even include my website on the shirts! Like, excuse me, but that was part of the image I gave you guys! Come on now. So I called up the customer rep and they told me to take a pic of one of the shirts and email it to them for a refund. Okay, seemed fair enough.
So I handed the shirts out to my students the next day and decided to follow up with customer service a few days later. And guess what they said? That I needed to take a pic of at least 50 defected shirts to prove that the entire order was messed up. Umm excuse me, but if the first shirt was messed up, why would any of the others be different? It just didn't make sense.
But whatever, I tried my best to get those 50 pics. Unfortunately, I didn't have that many shirts left to take a picture of and they just didn't seem to care. After talking to multiple reps and sending a ton of emails, I finally got a partial refund. But let me tell you, the whole process was super frustrating. I felt like they were just changing their story on me and didn't have any integrity.
All in all, I will never shop here again. Just not worth the hassle.

Disappointing Experience with AlliedShirts - Not Worth the Hype
Well, let me tell you about my experience with AlliedShirts - it was a total bummer, dude! I ordered some sweet T-shirts for me and my high school buds to wear at our reunion that's coming up soon. I did everything right - ordered and paid online like they asked, and even called last Thursday to make sure everything was all set and ready to go. The person I talked to on the phone was like, "yeah dude, you're good for delivery on the 16th, no worries!"
So imagine my surprise when I get an email today (August 13th, mind you), saying my order is on hold and needs approval from the art department. What the heck, man? I already talked to somebody there last week and everything was supposed to be fine! Long story short, they tell me there's NO WAY I'm getting my shirts before the reunion. Talk about a major league letdown!
But here's the kicker - the person I talked to on the phone last week didn't seem to have a care in the world about my order or our reunion plans. They were like, "whatever dude, your shirts will be here when they get here." No sense of urgency or genuine concern about the fact that I needed those shirts for a very specific date. Not cool, man.
All in all, I gotta say that AlliedShirts really droppin' the ball on this one, for sure. They let me down big time, and I'm super bummed about it. So if you were thinking of ordering from them, I'd think twice if I were you, bro.
Review: AlliedShirts Fails to Deliver Half of My Order and Causes Major Problems at Event
Alright, so I was super excited to sell some fresh-looking shirts at our show last week, and decided to order them from AlliedShirts. I was expecting to receive my entire order at once, but when the package arrived, I realized that only half of the shirts were there! And to make matters worse, they only sent me the sizes that I actually needed the least - the XL and S! Meanwhile, the two sizes that I knew we'd be selling like hotcakes - the 2XL and 3XL - were nowhere to be found.
Needless to say, we had some pretty unhappy customers, not to mention a bunch of missed opportunities to make some sweet moolah. This was definitely a letdown for me, since I'd had a pretty good experience with Allied in the past. I even shelled out some extra dough to have the order delivered express, just so I could get them on time.
As of now, I still haven't received the rest of my order, and I'm feeling pretty burned. I really do hope that Allied can make things right and offer me some kind of compensation or refund for their error. C'mon, guys - we all make mistakes, but it's how we handle them that really counts!
AlliedShirts Review: Avoid the Frustration, Terrible Customer Service & Poor Communication!
On October 18th, I decided to give AlliedShirts a try. They guaranteed delivery of my order by November 2nd, so I said, why not? Little did I know that my experience with this company would be less than ideal.
I received an email from them, stating that one of the shirts I had ordered was out of stock, and they refunded that amount to my card. They didn't even give me the option to change the size, which I found pretty frustrating. When I called to inquire about this, all they could say was that it was out of their control. Fine, whatever, just ship the other 10 shirts, I thought.
Fast forward to November 2nd, the day my package was supposed to be delivered. No shirts, no shipping information, nothing. I decided to give them a call and found out that yet another shirt was out of stock, this time in medium. I was livid. Why didn't they contact me? Why didn't they offer me a different size or even a different shirt altogether? The communication was absolutely terrible.
To add insult to injury, the customer service I received was atrocious. The manager, JT, had a terrible attitude with me as if this was somehow my fault. I was beyond frustrated and angry.
In summary, I cannot recommend AlliedShirts. Yes, their prices may be cheap, but the stress and headache of dealing with their service simply isn't worth it. Look elsewhere for your shirt printing needs.
Poor Customer Service and Website Issues: My Experience with AlliedShirts
So, I had an event coming up on August 25th and thought it would be a great idea to order some custom shirts from AlliedShirts (alliedshirts.com). I have to say, it wasn't the best experience. Let me explain.
I ordered the shirts and the total came out to be $66.85 (of which $13.99 was the shipping fee). But, a few days later, I received an email stating that some of the items cannot be fulfilled and I would receive a partial refund. I was okay with that. After all, I only wanted the shirts for the event.
However, a few more days passed and I received a refund of only $57.85. Now, that's a $9 difference, which is less than the cost of shipping that I had paid. I thought that was totally unfair and I had to call them up.
But guess what? They weren't available on call. So, I tried to reach out to them via their website's contact form. The problem? The captcha was broken. I kept checking the "I am not a robot" box, but the website kept telling me that I hadn't completed the captcha field. So, I thought I'd be smart and tried to refresh the page; still no luck.
To add to that, I have no clue about what items I'm receiving or if they're $9 short on my refund. I feel like they set me back 11 days, and now I'll have to pay for getting a rush order from another vendor. Frankly, I am not impressed with AlliedShirts.
I understand that things may not always go as planned, but their customer service and website issues made things a lot worse. Needless to say, I won't be using them again.
Disappointing Experience with AlliedShirts: Out of stock items, delayed shipping, and subpar quality
I gotta be honest, my experience with AlliedShirts (alliedshirts.com) wasn't exactly great. I mean, don't get me wrong, they had some decently priced items that I was interested in, but the whole process left me feeling pretty frustrated.
For starters, some of the stuff I wanted to order was out of stock. Like, come on, why even let me select it if you don't have it? That's just annoying.
And then, to make matters worse, I didn't even find out some of the items were unavailable until almost a week after I placed my order and got billed. Like, what kind of system is that? If you can't fulfill my order, at least shoot me an email or something, you know?
Plus, nobody even bothered to contact me about any possible substitutions. I had to find out the hard way that I wasn't getting everything I wanted.
And don't even get me started on the shipping. My entire order was delayed and definitely not delivered in a timely manner. And the only time I got any communication from them was when I reached out first.
To top it all off, the quality of the items was pretty subpar. I mean, I get that I went for the cheaper options, but still. The logos had white patches that weren't even properly saturated enough to prevent the material color from bleeding through. That just makes it look all cheap and budget. Like, seriously, didn't anybody check for quality control before shipping it out?
Look, I get it. They were the cheapest option and all that. And I was hoping to find a reasonable cost supplier. But honestly, I think I'm going to have to keep looking.
Disappointing Printing Quality from AlliedShirts - A Review of Custom Apparel Services
So, let me tell you about my experience with AlliedShirts. I was really excited about designing and ordering some custom shirts for my team. I spent a good amount of time tinkering around with their website and uploading my logo, trying out different designs and color schemes, and really trying to get it just right. When I finally placed my order and received the proofs, I was thrilled! Everything looked perfect and I eagerly awaited my shipment.
But boy, was I disappointed when my package arrived. The shirts themselves seemed fine, but the printing was just awful. The colors were all wrong - the red was more like a dingy pink, and the black looked greyish and faded. It looked like they had printed with really low-quality ink or something. I was so bummed!
I immediately contacted AlliedShirts to see if they could fix the problem, and while I appreciated their prompt response, I was really frustrated with how they handled things. They asked me to send pictures of the shirts, which I did right away, but then a few days later they asked for more pictures in better lighting. I felt like they were dragging things out and not really listening to me. Plus, let's be real - who has "natural" lighting in their house that's perfect for taking photos of clothing?
In the end, I decided to cut my losses and just move on. I didn't feel like dealing with the headache of trying to get them to redo the shirts or refund my money. It's a shame, because I really liked their website and thought the design process was easy and fun. But the quality of the final product just wasn't up to par for me. If you're thinking about using AlliedShirts for your own custom apparel needs, be warned that you may not get exactly what you expect.
AlliedShirts Review: Disappointing Quality and Unreliable Service
Alright so, I have to say, I've given AlliedShirts a couple of chances and both times I've run into some issues. The first time I ordered some shirts, the quality wasn't exactly up to par. The designs were peeling and separating from the fabric, which was a real bummer. Unfortunately, Allied couldn't get me new shirts quickly enough so we had to make do with what we had. Not exactly what I was hoping for.
The second time around, I made sure to place my order well in advance so there'd be no issues. Well, I thought wrong. Turns out, the company decided to hold onto my order and my money for an entire week before finally letting me know that they couldn't fulfill it. Ugh. At least the customer service rep I talked to was pretty decent and managed to get me the shirts I needed in a different color.
But then, the order had to be expedited because of the delay, and to make matters worse, they didn't even ship the whole thing. They shorted me some shirts and couldn't even provide the missing items. Come on, guys. My event is in three days and now I'm left scrambling. At least they refunded my money, but what am I supposed to do about the shirt I need in three days?
Sorry, AlliedShirts, but I don't think I'll be using your services again.
