Design by Humans Review: Terrible Customer Service & Quality. Don't Waste Your Time and Money
Okay, so I gotta spill the tea about Design by Humans (designbyhumans.com). I know I'm not some fancy reviewer or anything, but I gotta share my thoughts on this one.
So, I was pumped to order some Christmas gifts on November 24th, 2021. I mean, I had plenty of time before the big day, right? WRONG. I didn't get my order until January 4th, 2022! Holy smokes, that's over a month of waiting. Apparently the parcel was supposed to be mailed on December 9th, but who knows what happened there.
Of course, I reached out to their customer service twice during my wait. The first response was a week later with just the tracking number (which I already had, thanks) and then they didn't even bother replying to my second email. Real professional, guys.
And it gets worse. One of the t-shirts I ordered was a totally different color than what I picked out! Like, how does that even happen? Plus, the fabric and printing quality was seriously lacking. So imagine my frustration when I tried to get some compensation for all this mess. It's been 10 days and I haven't heard a peep back. Not feeling too hopeful about that one.
Honestly, save yourself the trouble and run away from this site. It's just not worth it, fam.
Design by Humans Review: My Experience & Honest Opinion on Quality & Customer Service
Yo, let me tell you about my experience with Design by Humans. I've been ordering from them for years and never had any problems, until my last order. The art on the shirts was printed way too small and didn't look anything like the pictures on the website. To make things worse, I read all these bad reviews and thought I was screwed.
But, I didn't let that stop me. I decided to email them and, after three long days, they finally responded. I gotta admit, I was a little peeved that it took so long, but at least they got back to me. A couple weeks later, they replaced the shirts with the art printed the right way. Boom, problem solved!
I just wanna say that, because there's so much negativity out there, I felt like it was my duty to share my story. Mistakes happen, but they made it right and that's what counts. I think Design by Humans is a pretty sweet site and the customer service is on point.
Although, I gotta be real with you guys. The different shirt colors come from different manufacturers and they don't all fit the same. That can be annoying, especially if you're a stickler for consistency like me. Maybe they should think about using one manufacturer for all their shirt colors, just saying.
Oh, and for all you skeptics out there, I uploaded some pics of the original and new shirts. You can check 'em out for yourself.
Overall, I'd say give Design by Humans a chance. They may not be perfect, but they're pretty rad.
Design by Humans Review: Disappointing Customer Service, Shipping Delays, and Poor Quality Shirts
Yo, so I gotta vent about Design by Humans. Used to love 'em like 8 years ago...I mean, who didn't love their high-quality tees for dirt cheap during sales? But lately, they've just gone downhill...and it sucks.
Their customer service is straight up non-existent, and even when they do bother replying, it's like talking to a brick wall. And don't even get me started on how long it takes for them to fix an order...my last two orders got messed up twice each and it took 'em like 3-4 months to finally get it right. Ain't nobody got time for that.
And what's up with using different shirt brands from all over the world now? Like, some Next Level shirts are so dang small they end up looking like bibs or crop tops. Straight up embarrassing. Plus, they're printing stuff on the wrong side of the shirt or not even the right size. And forget about the print quality...missing ink and messed up colors galore.
I really wanted to keep supporting DBH, but they're making it difficult. Guess I gotta start looking elsewhere for my tee fix.
Design by Humans: A Decline in Quality?
Hey guys, can I talk to you about Design by Humans? I've been a customer for a really long time, like a whole decade! I used to think they were the bee's knees - the fit was on point, the fabric was top-notch, and the prints were beautiful. They didn't fade or chip, no matter how many times I threw them in the wash.
But lately, I've noticed a real decline in quality. I mean, I just got my latest order and... whoa. The prints are all over the place. Some of them are okay, but others are just terrible. One of them is missing almost a quarter of the image! DBH is gonna send me a replacement for that one, but still. And the other print I got was supposed to be super clean and geometric, but it's all faded and scratchy with blurry edges.
Overall, the prints just feel tacky. You know that feeling where you can tell it's gonna start cracking and chipping as soon as you wash it a few times? Yeah, that.
It really bums me out because DBH used to be really special, you know? But now they're just like any other cheap t-shirt company, except they're selling their shirts at a premium price. It's kind of a bummer.
So... what's up with that? Did they get new management or something? Are they just trying to make as much money as possible before they shut down or what?
Update: Oh man, I got my replacement shirts and they're even worse! What is going on here?!
Disappointing experience with Design by Humans - Poor Quality, Slow Shipping & Inconsistent Customer Service
Aw man, I gotta be honest, I am super bummed about having to give Design by Humans a bad review. It's a total bummer 'cause I thought they had a real sweet concept going on, but the service just ain't up to snuff. Here's what went down:
So, early November rolls around and I drop $700 on some t-shirts for Christmas gifts. I'm all stoked and stuff, but then the first package they send me gets lost in the mail or something. Okay, bad luck, but no worries, they send me a replacement in December.
But then when I finally get it, four of the shirts are totally messed up, with the wrong sizes or bad prints or whatever. So I reach out to customer service and they're like "oh nooooo, sorry!" and promise to send me the right stuff.
Fast forward 20 days and I finally get the replacement package. And guess what? Three out of the four shirts are messed up again! Like, who does that? So I reach out to customer service again and it's like pulling teeth to get a response. I swear, it takes like five business days on average just to hear back from them.
And they don't even seem like they care when they finally do get back to me. It's been four months and I still don't have all my gifts! Like, come on, man. I get that they're busy or whatever, but it feels like they just don't give a hoot whether I get my stuff or not.
And just to add insult to injury, the quality of the shirts seems real dodgy. I mean, the designs are cool as heck, but three of the shirts I got shrunk like cray after one gentle wash. Not cool, man.
I am so totally bummed out about this whole situation. I had high hopes for Design by Humans, but all I'm left with is a bunch of messed up shirts and no Christmas gifts to show for it.
Design by Humans Review: Awesome Designs but Terrible Customer Service
Okay, so listen up, because I got some things to say about Design by Humans. First of all, their designs are freakin' awesome. Like, I'm talking the kind of t-shirts and sweatshirts that make you stand out in a crowd (in a good way, not like when you accidentally wear the same outfit as someone else and now you're the weird twins).
BUT, and this is a big ol' but, their customer service and organization just straight up SUCKS. I placed an order like a whole week before Christmas (I know, I was cutting it close, but still), and I wasn't expecting it to arrive in time because, duh, the postal service is crazy during the holidays. The problem is, I didn't receive any confirmation or shipping information after placing my order. Like, I felt like I was shouting into the void.
I tried contacting them multiple times through their website, and even directly through email, and got NOTHING. No response, no acknowledgement, nothing. It was like talking to a brick wall (which, let's be honest, is probably more responsive than DBH customer service).
So, after like three weeks of waiting and worrying that I got scammed, I finally received my package. The quality of the sweaters was alright, but it wasn't anything to write home about. And honestly, if I hadn't already ordered from another company (who, btw, had their act together and communicated with me), I probably would have sent them back.
The thing is, I would have been okay with the slow shipping and unresponsiveness if they had just communicated with me. Like, a simple "hey, your order is on its way" or even an emoji thumbs up would have been better than nothing. But nope, I was left in the dark until the package just randomly showed up.
So, I don't know if I'd risk ordering from DBH again. Sure, their designs are dope, but is it worth the headache and stress? Maybe if you have a lot of patience and don't mind waiting a little bit, but their prices are pretty steep for the poor service. It's up to you, my dude.
Design by Humans Review: Slow Shipping, Terrible Quality, No Customer Service
Yo, so I decided to check out Design by Humans (designbyhumans.com) for some cool hoodie designs and ended up placing an order on November 30th, 2020. The website said that my hoodie would be made just for me and would arrive by December 14th - perfect for a Christmas gift. But hold up, on the 14th, my order was still being made! I emailed them and straight up asked to cancel because I needed it for Christmas and they hit me back over a week later saying that they finally shipped it out. Bruh, it was already December 22nd at that point! I explained my situation again, saying that I couldn't track it because they didn't provide a tracking number and that I didn't want it anymore. But nope, they assured me that it was on the way and I was like, seriously?! I already went and got another gift because I couldn't rely on their slow behinds.
Anyway, it's now December 31st and I've sent like three emails since the 14th but still no reply. Then, on December 29th, the hoodie finally arrives and guess what? It's trash! I got a small but what I got was a CHILD'S small - like, what grown person can even wear that? Even worse, the material was so thin and cheap, it was like wearing a t-shirt. The print on it was all faded too and already peeling off in the top corner and I haven't even washed it yet! This is a $50 piece of doo-doo hoodie, y'all. I could've just got a plain black Hanes hoodie and slapped my own logo on it and it would've been better quality!
What really grinds my gears is that they don't give a crap about their customers. They don't even acknowledge my concern or reply to my emails. They have no pride in their work and it shows. So, if you got money to burn and don't care about quality or good manners, then go ahead and take your chances with Design by Humans. But if you're like me and don't appreciate poor service and terrible quality, then save yourself the trouble and shop around somewhere else.
Design by Humans Review: Cool Designs, Poor Customer Service, and High Prices
So, I gotta say, my experience with Design by Humans was a bit of a rollercoaster. Gonna break it down for y'all in two stages - first up, the ordering and customer service process (cause I ain't got my t-shirts yet).
So I was all set to get my son some sweet new threads and put in an order for 3 t-shirts. But then I saw there was a 10% discount if I spent over $75, so I was like "HECK YEAH" and decided to add some shirts in for my daughters too. But then I noticed the extra shipping cost would cancel out the discount. UGH. So I send a message to customer service, explaining the situation and asking if I could cancel the order to redo it with everything in one go.
And what did I get in response? An automated message saying my request had been "marked closed" for no dang reason. I mean, come on now. I was giving them more business and they didn't even bother to help me out. It felt kinda robotic, like they didn't really care about their customers.
Now, I did end up placing a new order for some more shirts anyways (yeah, they're kinda pricey but I wanna support the arts...I think?) and I'll report back later on the quality. But honestly, there are plenty of other companies out there with better customer service and lower prices. And to top it all off, you can't even combine the welcome discount with free shipping when spending over 75 bucks. Lame.
But look, here's the thing. Design by Humans has a cool concept and some pretty neat designs. I gave 'em 3 stars (which is probably 2 stars too many, let's be real) because I'm hoping they'll get their act together and start treating their customers like real human beings.
Frustrating Experience as a Designer Partner on Design by Humans
So, I haven't actually bought anything from Design by Humans (yet), but I'm actually one of the people who sells stuff on their site. Lemme tell ya, tryin' to become a partner was like tryin' to jump through a dozen flaming hoops while blindfolded. Had to submit a whole portfolio and all. But hey, they actually accepted me, so that's cool. At least that part went pretty quick.
However, when I submitted my first design to one of their Brand partners, Sea of Thieves, it was a bit of a rollercoaster. They said they'd let me know in a month if they could use it, but then it took a whole month and a half before they said they couldn't use it. Bummer. But since I'm a persistent little bugger, I went and redesigned it, and two months later they finally said they could use it. Great, right? Nope. Turns out they wanted me to resize the dang thing a certain way and they didn't say that anywhere before. So, I did it and sent it back.
And while I was at it, I sent in a second design. But here's where it gets weird- I got a submission email for the second design, but not for the first. I wasn't sure if my first design actually went through or not, so I reached out to customer support. Supposedly, they get back to ya within a week, but it's been a whole dang month and nothin'. And that's not even takin' into account the fact that I haven't heard any updates on my designs.
Honestly, it's pretty dang frustrating. They can accept new partners quick as a flash, but they can't seem to help folks out when it actually matters. And if you're an artist tryin' to sell stuff on there like me, beware- they're slow as heck and not very professional from what I've seen.
Disappointing Experience with Design by Humans: Cheap Material, Inconsistent Sizing, and Refund Issues
Yo peeps, I gotta say I'm pretty bummed about my experience ordering from Design by Humans. I thought maybe since their tees were a little pricier, that meant they were gonna be extra fancy and high quality. But nope, turns out they're just plain old cheap-feelin' cotton that's not even preshrunk. Be ready for 'em to shrink like crazy when you wash 'em. And the cotton's not soft like they say it is either, it's rough and kinda gross. Plus, their sizing is all over the dang place. I got two larges for my son's birthday and one was hella longer than the other. So I swapped 'em out, but even the heathered shirts I got had the same dang problem! And the smell, ugh. They reeked so bad of chemicals that my son wouldn't even wear 'em 'til we gave 'em a good wash.
Then there's the issue of returnin' stuff. They told me I wouldn't even have to send the shirt back before gettin' a refund, which was nice. But then, even after they said they'd refunded me, I waited the 3-10 days like they said, and there was nothing. Nada. So I asked 'em again and they just told me to wait. STILL no refund! And guess what? My card was about to be cancelled and I was gonna get a new one, which meant any funds already on the old card wouldn't transfer. So I'm gettin' pretty worried by now. I didn't get my refund, and they refused to do it any other way, even though I didn't get it the first time. Ugh, it's just such a pain dealin' with customer service, especially since I'm a shy person and I don't like causin' a ruckus. Plus, I get really bad migranes, and the stress from all this is just makin' it so much worse.
So yeah, needless to say, I won't be orderin' from Design by Humans ever again, and I definitely don't recommend you do either. And as if things weren't bad enough, ladies, there's hardly any selection for us! They got more Star Wars and Frida Kahlo stuff for men?! What the heck!
Design by Humans Complaints 11
Junior Tees
I have ordered Junior large Tees from them for years. The quality has gotten worse, but now they are sending me Women's large rather than Junior. I requested replacement and they sent more of the wrong size. So now I have 14 Tees that don't fit.
Rather than resolving the issue they are offering a reimbursement (after about 10 emails and 6 weeks of requests since they do not have live chat or a phone #) and yet are still offering the junior large on their website. It's beyond frustrating. The Juniors have a "213" on the tag; but no one seems to know this on their end and there's no explanation.
Desired outcome: Send me the size I ordered in 7 shirts
Disappointing Experience with Design by Humans: Thin Material, Inaccurate Sizing, and No Customer Reviews
Guys, I gotta vent about my experience with Design by Humans. I was so stoked to order some new tees since they got some sick designs on their site. So I go and order three t-shirts in my usual size, Women's Medium. And let me tell you, I was in for a big disappointment. The material is thin af and feels mega cheap. Like, who wants to pay $75 for that kinda thing? Not me, man!
But that's not even the worst part, I had to exchange 'em because they run SUPER small. Like, I swear they're not even normal U.S. sizing. It's such a hassle, I'm telling you. If it weren't for the designs being so dope, I'd just return those babies. But let me tell you, don't even bother looking for customer reviews on their site. That stuff is MIA. So be careful, y'all. I'm not gonna recommend Design by Humans after this. You can find better quality tees elsewhere.
My Experience with Design by Humans: A Love-Hate Relationship
Yo, let me tell you about my experience with Design by Humans. First off, their designs are fire! I mean, seriously, I could spend hours just browsing through their website. But here's the unfortunate part - they hit you with a tax on delivery, even if it's just for personal use. And let me tell you, it ain't cheap. I had to shell out an extra 25 bucks just for that. And if you're ordering multiple shirts, that tax is gonna add up quickly.
But wait, it gets even worse. They use FEDEX for their delivery, which is a serious headache. I had an issue with my transfer not being received and let me tell you, their customer service is lacking. Like, seriously lacking. I felt like I was talking to a brick wall. And on top of all of that, I had to pay for FEDEX too.
Now, don't get me wrong, I love their shirts. But is it really worth it if you're outside of the US? I ordered a package of shirts that was worth 150 bucks, and ended up having to pay an extra 75 for taxes and shipping. That's a lot of money, my friends. Is it really worth it? I don't know, I'll let you be the judge. But for me, as much as I love their designs, I don't know if I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

Design by Humans: Disappointing Sizing and Print Quality
So, I just got my hands on my 3 new Design by Humans shirts, and I gotta say, I'm feeling pretty bummed out. Two of them were supposed to be graduation gifts for my buddies, but they turned out waaayyy bigger than expected. I mean, I get that sizing charts can be tricky, but come on! These things could double as tents!
And to make matters worse, the quality of the prints on all 3 shirts is less than stellar. It's like they skimped on the ink or something. I mean, c'mon Design by Humans, we deserve better than this! I was so hyped for these shirts, especially the science ones. It's such a shame that the quality fell so short of my expectations.
I don't even know what to do now. I guess I could try to shrink them in the dryer, but I'm worried about the prints. They're already looking pretty rough, so I'm not holding out much hope.
Overall, I'm feeling pretty disappointed with my Design by Humans experience. I was hoping for something unique and fun, but what I got was lackluster and borderline unprofessional. I don't think I'll be buying any more shirts from them, that's for damn sure. I just hope my friends aren't too bummed when they see the sub-par prints on their "gifts".
Design by Humans Review: Cool Designs, Poor Customer Service, Buyer Beware
Yo, so I gotta tell ya 'bout my experience with this website called Design by Humans (designbyhumans.com). I ordered a tee shirt back on Jan. 10, 2021. Gotta give 'em props though, it came pretty fast. The T-shirt itself was solid quality, nothin' to complain 'bout there. But man, the graphic of the cat falling through a pocket was a mess. There was a light streak through it that was super noticeable. And let me tell ya, I wasn't gonna stand for it. So I sent them two emails. Gave 'em each two weeks to reply, and all I got was an immediate email acknowledging my query and sayin' it might take a bit before someone got back to me. But dang, it's been six weeks and still no word. Like seriously, what's up with that?
Honestly, I should've done my homework before I ordered from them. I couldn't even find a place to leave a review on their website. And that's a shame, 'cause their designs are pretty cool and unique. But if their customer service is a mess like this, I ain't takin' no chances with 'em again. Maybe they'll step up their game and start treatin' customers better, but for now, I'm steerin' clear.
Disappointing Discounts: A Review of Design by Humans' Pricing and Deals
Hey there, I just wanted to drop a line and share my thoughts on Design by Humans - TBH, I'm not really feeling it lately. Don't get me wrong, some of their designs are pretty sick - but the prices are a little steep for me. Not to mention, the so-called "discounts" and "deals" they offer can be pretty misleading.
Like, they give you this "generous" sign-up bonus and offer site-wide sales and free shipping if you spend a certain amount - but then you get to checkout and they pull the rug out from under you. Unlike other sites, their free shipping doesn't even stack, even though it's based on the quantity you buy. I can't help but feel a little cheated.
I mean, I get it. They gotta make money somehow. But I don't think it's cool to offer a "first-time" discount just to renege on it at checkout like it never existed. I gave them my email and expected to get a little something in return. Nope, nada.
All in all, I'm pretty bummed. I didn't even end up making a purchase because of all this. It's just disappointing. Maybe I'll check back later and see if anything's changed, but for now, I'm gonna have to give Design by Humans a pass.
Unresponsive customer service from Design by Humans led to major disappointment and distrust
So, I've been a huge fan of Design by Humans for quite some time now. I love the way they take art and turn it into something wearable, something that can express who you are and what you stand for. Heck, I've even got my son wearing some of their threads - that's how much I love them!
But, let me tell you, I recently had an experience that made me feel like pulling my hair out. I ordered a shirt for my wife - she's been admiring some of my DBH shirts for ages - but unfortunately, the shirt didn't fit her properly. No biggie, I thought - this happens all the time with online shopping. So I checked out their exchange policy and followed all the instructions to a T.
I got an automated response from ZenDesk which gave me a request number, so I figured, "Okay, I'll just sit tight and wait for them to get back to me." But you know what happened? Nothing. Zilch. Nada. For two whole weeks! I was starting to wonder if my request had fallen into some sort of messaging black hole.
I took matters into my own hands, and decided to respond to the ZenDesk email to see if I could get any sort of update on the situation. But did I get a response? Nope. Not even a courtesy "Hey, we're working on it!" reply.
It's been almost a whole month since I reached out to DBH customer service, and you know what? I still haven't heard a peep from them. I mean, I'm not expecting them to have the response times of Amazon or anything, but come on! This is taking customer service to a whole new level of ridiculousness.
Honestly, I have to say that this experience has really fueled some serious distrust in me towards Design by Humans. I'm not sure I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon. It's really too bad - I love their t-shirts and what they stand for, but without responsive customer service, what's the point?
Dissapointing Quality Control: My Experience with Design by Humans
Yo, I've been a fan of Design by Humans for years, man. I mean, I've copped like, almost 20 of their shirts and hoodies, and they used to be straight fire. Sure, they were a little pricey, but you know what they say - you get what you pay for.
But lately, something's been off. Like, the last two orders I got were hella disappointing. Around Christmas time, I ordered a tee and a hoodie, and while the hoodie was dope, the shirt had barely any print on it. I hit up their customer service and they hooked me up with a refund, so it wasn't a huge deal.
But this time around? Whoo, boy. I ordered four shirts, and all of them were straight up trash. The prints were blurry as hell, with double lines and crap like that. It was like they ran out of ink or something and had to try and re-print them, but didn't bother lining up the stencils right. Not a good look.
Honestly, I'm done with these guys. They're way too expensive to be putting out such low-quality stuff. They need to get their act together and step up their quality control game, yo.
Terrible Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with Design by Humans
So, I ordered a whole bunch - six to be exact - of t-shirts from Design by Humans. I was seriously excited about it because they had some really funny designs and the price seemed pretty reasonable at 25 bucks each. But then, disaster! The delivery ended up being more than two weeks late! Can you believe that? I mean, who has the time to wait around forever for something they're really looking forward to?
So, naturally, I reached out to their customer service to see what was going on. And you know what? Their response was total garbage. It was some long-winded, nonsensical answer that took over four days to arrive in my inbox. I had to keep bugging them to get any sort of real answer. And even when I did, it still didn't tell me anything useful.
But finally, the t-shirts arrived - after Christmas. So that was a total bummer because I was planning on giving them as gifts. But okay, let's give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the t-shirts would be so great that my friends and family wouldn't care about the delay.
And you know what? They did look pretty cool at first. The designs were just as funny as I'd hoped, and the cotton quality seemed good. But then I followed the washing instructions they'd given me, and things went downhill fast. All of a sudden there were these huge stains and weird white stripes all over the place. What kind of quality is that? I mean, seriously.
So, I fired off a complaint to their customer service - and this time it was even worse. They didn't get back to me for more than a week! Like, seriously, what kind of company takes that long to respond to a customer who's not happy? And then, when they finally did reply, they had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted an exchange, I'd have to send back all the shirts - at my expense! Oh, and one more thing - they only wanted them back if they hadn't been washed. So basically, they were telling me that if I wanted a refund or an exchange for bad quality merchandise, it was my fault for following their instructions. Give me a break.
So, needless to say, I'm not recommending Design by Humans to anyone. Their quality is despicable and their customer service is even worse. Save yourself the trouble - go somewhere else for your t-shirt needs.
Disappointing delay and poor customer service from Design by Humans
So, on November 27th, I had the brilliant idea of ordering three t-shirts for my niece's birthday from Design by Humans. I mean, they had some pretty neat designs and I figured it would make for a cool gift. So, I eagerly handed over my hard earned cash and waited for my order to arrive.
Now, according to the email they sent me, I was supposed to get the shirts by December 11th. However, as of December 15th, I was still without my order. Can you believe it? These guys took my money and then decided to play hide and seek with my shirts.
I mean, I didn't want to be That Person, but I had to contact them to find out what was going on. I checked their website like a normal human being and to my great distress, there was no phone number listed. None! I had no other choice than to submit a request via their contact form.
I sent my message on December 12th, which was a Saturday. However, as I later found out, these folks are only available on weekdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Which, fine. But come on, Design by Humans, don't you think it would be a good idea to have someone on call outside of those hours?
Anyway, fast forward to December 15th. Still no response to my inquiry. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and initiate a chat with them. And boy oh boy, was that an adventure.
The chat person initially tried to blame shipping problems for the delay. But I wasn't born yesterday, you know. I called them out on it and guess what? Suddenly, the truth comes out. It was their processing problems all along. And what was the excuse for that? COVID. Apparently, COVID was the reason for everything. Don't get me wrong, I understand the pandemic has caused some issues. But seriously, Design by Humans, you knew about COVID when you took my order and gave me a 14 day shipping estimate.
At this point, I'm just exhausted. I still have no idea what the product is even like because it hasn't even arrived yet. And to make matters worse, the chat person refuses to give me a phone number to talk to someone on the phone. Great.
All in all, I'd say my experience with Design by Humans has been less than stellar. I'm just hoping my niece actually gets her birthday present eventually.
Disappointing Experience with Design by Humans: Slow Shipping and Poor Communication
So, I'm here to give ya the lowdown on my experience with Design by Humans (DBH). I decided to get some swanky threads sent down to the land of Aus, and was told my order would be shipped within the week. That was a big sad, because it was all just lies! DBH claims they were running a bit behind at their printing facility which led to crazy long processing times. But like, c'mon. Would've been nice if they gave me a heads up about the delay on their website or something.
Truth be told, I was pretty disappointed. Seems like DBH values money over customer experience! And since I needed these clothes ASAP for Christmas pressies, I had to scramble around locally to find replacements. Not what I wanted to be doing during the festive season.
Honestly, I don't reckon DBH is worth the premium prices they charge. Plus, it looks like the print quality has gone down a bit lately according to other reviews. So, maybe it's a good thing I dodged that bullet. Overall, pretty bummed out and let down by DBH. Not a flashy experience if ya ask me.
