I wanna buy a backpack from Allstar Marketing & Promotions, Inc. The backpack costs 16.99 bucks, but they wanna charge me 16.72 for shipping! That's almost the price of another bag! I know they have a minimum order of 12, but I just wanna try one out first. The person I talked to about the shipping cost was super rude. So, thanks but no thanks, I'll find someone else to help me with my purchase.

This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. I can't believe I let them take advantage of me. I saw all the bad reviews and should've stayed away. They sent me all the wrong products and won't return any calls to fix this. I've also sent emails and every time I do get someone on the phone, they put me in a general voicemail that never gets returned. Stay away! You'll get screwed over by these losers.

My experience with Allstar Logo has been a total disaster! I ordered stuff for our school back in August, but we never got our order. I called and emailed them so many times, but nothing happened. They finally told me that they didn't have the color we wanted, so they had to print on a different color. I said I just wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. I talked to a Supervisor and he said it would be done in 2 days. But guess what? It never happened! I'm so mad that there are businesses like this still running. They should be closed down!

Don't order from this company! I'm tryna get my money back. Customer service is the worst! They didn't even call me to check my order like they said in the email. I called for like two weeks and nobody picked up the phone! Finally, when I got through, they said they couldn't do my order, so I decided to cancel. Then, they hung up on me after saying a manager would help. I called again and left a message for the manager. When he called me back, this dude sounded like he was high or something. I could barely understand him, but he did hear me when I said, "Cancel my order and give me my money back"! Let's see what happens! If I could give them zero stars, I totally would!

I thought this company might be fake. I ordered in early February and didn't approve the proof for a week. Even with my delay, I expected the items to ship and arrive by the first week of March . But it's April 7th now and I just got a notification that they finally shipped. It's been over two months since I placed the order and they're only on their way now. They said they would expedite the shipping, but they're actually sending it by ground. When I emailed customer service to ask about the products, they kept giving me new shipment dates. But each time, the date would pass and I'd have to ask again for a new date. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether. I've worked with many vendors for branded items, and this has been the worst experience I've ever had.

DONT DO BIZ W THIS CO! They lie bout their stuff on the site n dont even honor their 100% money back promise. They say they got an A+ rating from ComplaintsBoard.com but thats a big fat lie. We ordered the "Snag-Proof Tactical Polo" cuz our team wanted the cool features like mic clip, pen pockets, n side vents. But when we got the shirts, none of that was there. We told AllStar we got the wrong shirts n they only wanted to give us 5% refund of our $790 order (not even countin the $65 for shipping). We said that aint right n went back n forth w their customer service. I kept sayin we just want 50% refund (half of their so-called 100% money back deal n bout what we woulda paid for plain polos). If they couldnt do that, I said we'd dispute the charge w our CC company n complain to ComplaintsBoard.com. Then their manager called our office n yelled at one of our sales ppl (even tho they had my contact info), threatenin to sue us, take us to court, n put us in collections. They even sent me an email sayin we gotta pay all the collection costs n legal fees, but their T&C dont say that. They lie bout their products, money back promise, ComplaintsBoard.com stuff, n even their own T&C. I got all the emails, chats, screenshots, n recordings to prove it. Stay away from them at all costs.

I paid for a product like a month ago and the money came outta my account. I been tryin' for over a week now on Facebook Messenger, emailin' 'em from my order, emailin' 'em from their website. I called earlier today and asked 'em to check on my order and they transferred me to a voicemail. I'm two hours ahead of 'em and when I called it was 3:30 their time. All I wanted was a sample jacket with no logo or imprint and I still ain't got no jacket. If they ain't gonna give me my jacket, I want all my money back.

I bought 12 black/gray Custom Embroidered Golf Jackets from Allstar Logo on April 5, 2022. But on May 4, 2022, they sent me a box with 12 black embroidered jacket shells instead. I called their customer service right away to let them know about the mistake. I took a picture and sent an email. The next day, I called again to find out how they were going to fix it. The call got disconnected. I tried two more times, and both calls got disconnected too. On the third call, a guy finally answered and said he knew the jackets weren't right. They didn't have the ones I ordered, and he said I should have taken a 10% discount, even though they never offered it. I told him I didn't want a discount for something I didn't want in the first place. If they couldn't fulfill my order, they should have told me and let me change it. But his only solution was the 10% discount or nothing. My order number is ***.

I ordered these jackets for men and wanted them to have a custom logo. I placed the order on November 17. It took them more than a week to get back to me with the artwork for approval, and that's only because I bothered them multiple times. Finally, on 12/1, they sent me the artwork for approval. On 12/8, I emailed them asking for an update. They replied saying that I would get my order on Monday, 12/14. Well, guess what? Nothing showed up, and now they're not responding to my calls or emails. I even asked for tracking numbers, but they're ignoring me. I've spent a lot of money with this company during the Covid era, and all I've gotten is a half-hearted response after bugging them over and over again.

We provided the design and called every two weeks for a mock-up to approve. Customer service was either unavailable or gave a bunch of excuses. We paid the full amount upfront with a promise of a two-week turnaround. After six weeks, I finally called for a mock-up to approve. I gave them three emails hoping to receive it. At this point, we knew this company was not trustworthy and doubted we would be satisfied. We did receive a mock-up and approved it, hoping the shirts would be well-made. But that was the least of our worries. After multiple phone calls, we did get tracking information. When we received our order, it was incomplete and the quality of the work was just awful. We want a refund for the missing items.

I'm really mad about the service, time, and quality of the product I finally got. Just like others, I'm being ignored. I emailed customer service on Jan 21 to ask for a refund to fix the problem I'm about to explain, but no one has replied. On October 8, I made a big order with All Star Logo - order # ***, almost $***. About a month later, I called and talked to a customer service person who said my order would ship by the end of the week and I'd get an email confirmation when it's shipped. On November 20, I still hadn't gotten my order or any updates, so I contacted customer service again but couldn't reach anyone. On November 21, I ordered from another company because I needed uniforms for my staff. On November 23, All Star customer service replied and said my order would ship on Nov 30 (53 days after I ordered and paid). I replied and asked them to cancel and refund my order. On the week ending December 2, I finally got the order almost 2 months after I ordered and paid for it. The embroidery was really bad quality, about 50% of it was totally unacceptable in terms of color and quality. On December 9, I got the order I placed with the other company (less than 3 weeks after I ordered). I sent pictures and other proof and asked for an immediate refund. After seeing other people's complaints here, I know that All Star Logo doesn't care about its customers or its reputation, so I don't expect a solution. But I'm a small home care agency start-up and every dollar matters. Half of my order is going straight to the trash, so a 50% refund would make me happy. If not a refund, I'd take a merchandise credit for something without embroidery.

We told AllStar that we didn't get what we ordered, and they said they would only refund 5% of my $790 order (not even including the $65 shipping). I told them that was not okay, and we went back and forth with their customer service. I kept saying I just wanted 50% of my order refunded (which is only half of what they promise with their 100% money back guarantee and about what we would've paid for plain polos), and if they couldn't do that, I would dispute the charge with my credit card company and complain to the ComplaintsBoard.com. Only after I started the dispute did they finally agree to a 50% refund. I canceled the dispute in April, but they never gave me the 50% refund they promised in writing. When I reopened the dispute with my credit card company, AllStar gave them a fake email (supposedly sent in June) saying they would give a "50% restocking fee," which implies that we agreed to send the shirts back. But they never offered that to us directly in any phone call or email. This company has been dishonest since we brought up the issue. They keep advertising a shirt that they can't actually give to customers. They have lied about their Terms & Conditions in writing and even doctored emails. And they still lie on their website about being accredited with the ComplaintsBoard.com and having an A+ rating, tricking people who don't know any better. We have all the original emails to prove what we're saying. We just want the 50% refund ($428.76) they promised on 4/8/2022.
