Run don't stop!, Poor service and follow up. Never returns calls

Most businesses thrive on customer service and will quickly route a call to a manager upon request. I have only dealt with one other business in my 70 years that repeatedly refused to allow me to talk to a manager when I pleaded. Unfortunately, that business was unreputable. I also called a sales manager and he said that he would cvall me back in ten minutes. Three days later I sent him a text message and reminded him that he never called back. I still have not gotten any response from him. He made promises that he didn't keep. I regret that I didn't check ComplaintsBoard.com before dealing with this busines.
This dealership has been a disaster to work with
This dealership has been a disaster to work with. I put based a 2017 BMW and the dy we purchased before leaving the lot discovered the steering column was not adjusting. I was told they would order the part and replace it. I took the car to BMW dealer for an extended warranty and could not get it before having the repairs done. MLM agreed to replace it and I took my car in they told me it would take 10 hours and prepare to leave over night. I received a call from service manager Michael that same afternoon I could come pick the car up it was ready, Michael told me the steering column was unplugged. Picked the car up from MLM and Micheal now tells me that they replaced the column contrary to what he told me earlier. 2 days later check engine light came on, took the car to another dealer to check repairs. I was informed the column infact had not been replaced in addition to the turbo part also needs replacing. So now I have over $8000 in repairs for a car that had supposedly been through inspection and on the show room floor. When calling back to get any type of updates or speak to Michael or any manager who could rectify the situation I could only reach the saleman who would have to relay a message to service manager and i would have to wait for him to call me back. Hours or days later if at all. Having to call numerous calls to even get through there phones don't work and service doesn't have a direct number to call into. The communication, the lies, and the misleading information is beyond unacceptable. Do Not spend your time and money going to MLM...

I purchased a vehicle from Atlanta Luxury Motors (ALM) three months ago, and in the "we-owe" contract, there was $300 that they were to send me to cover half of the charge of replacement key. I have repeatedly reach out to the manager - Alan Rachal, and he was dismissive and provided zero help. I would like to have the $300 that is owed to me, from the contract.

Bought a car from ALM Marietta on 12/30 and had shipped to Texas, paid for car, title taxes and $699 in document fees. To date I have not received the registration and bank that issued me the loan has not received the title. ALM has been giving me a run around and is not asking me to talk to Texas motor vehicle myself and pay additional fees and taxes again to the state. Please get registration and title for the car ASAP and provide me with details.

On August 4th, I put a down payment on a 2017 Ram Rebel at ALM-Marietta
On August 4th, I put a down payment on a 2017 Ram Rebel at ALM-Marietta. I signed a contract and was approved through USAA for $40,000. The dealership would not allow me to take possession of the vehicle until they received the funds. USAA sent the funds on August 7th. I returned to get the truck on August 11th, only to find out it was sold to someone else. After going back and forth with the dealership, I received my $4000 down payment on August 23rd. The dealership has not sent USAA their $40,000. If not returned by September 10th, I will have to make payment on a truck that I don't have. The VIN for the truck is ***.

I purchased a 2019 Infiniti QX60 on June 13.I was allowed to drive off the lot with this car.I called the tag office on July 13 because I was having issues renewing the tags on my other vehicle because of the Infiniti because it's registered for lease in a different county from which I lived I was told by the agent at the tag office the necessary paperwork for the car had not be sent in and it was showing in the system as a lease not a purchased car by me I'm still trying to figure out how this car is connected to my license if it's not my car. This car is also being carried on my insurance policy.I called ALM of Marietta (Marietta Luxury Motors)spoke with someone there and was told the necessary papers was indeed filed. On July 27 I called the tag office to make sure everything had been straightened out so I could come in to get the tag because the temporary tag was due to expire July 28 was told again necessary paperwork still hadn't been sent over.I called ALM(MLM) again spoke with Kelvin he gave me the corporate office # called them and was told they didn't have the title to the car it was still at the auction house the car was bought from and because of covid 19 it was closed and I should go to tag office to get an extension on my temporary tag maybe they'll the have title by then.I called back to the corporate office on July 31 to check on title was told they still didn't have title because the leasing company whom car was bought from via auction still had title and it could take up to a month or longer before the title is available. I've made the first payment on this car and was told I have to continue to make payments by Capital One for a car I don't own and can't drive. The extension is due to expire August 27 and can't get another one after that. The dealership has refused to handle post sale processing of my title and registration paperwork
The dealership has refused to handle post sale processing of my title and registration paperwork. I purchased my 2015 Chevrolet Impala on 10/10. I have not received my permanent tag. When i went to the county tag office, they granted me one extension and told me that the dealership had not submitted the title paperwork to the state. I've made several attempts to contact the dealership and each time i was either told the manager would call me back or i was hung up on. Today is 12/28 and my temporary tag is now expired. I've been pulled over twice for expired tags. Luckily i have not been ticketed however this may not be the case if I'm pulled over again.

I purchased a vehicle from ALM 2 months ago (9/19) and still have not received a title
I purchased a vehicle from ALM 2 months ago (9/19) and still have not received a title. I have contacted the salesman numerous times and the manager. I have spoken with the salesman many times and was told he would take care of it. My temporary tag expired on November 3. I was told another one would be sent, however I never received it. I have called numerous times and was disconnected every time. My banker has also tried to assist me with this issue. I was eventually told by the salesman that they have not received the title from Avis, which I did not think you could sell a vehicle without a title. Luckily I have not been stopped for an expired tag. I am very frustrated over this entire ordeal. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, although I am happy with the vehicle that I purchased.

Before purchase of the 4runner we addressed our concerns with a urine like odor in the vehicle and advised due tonhealth conditions and small children we would need the odor gone before completing the purchase. This company advised that these vehicles are pre inspected before selling the vehicle this is also something they include in their docking fee. There was no cleaning done on this vehicle other than by myself. The odor is still not gone and the cabin air filter is corroded in a black mold substance. I am asking to be compensated for a thorough cleaning and riddance of the black mold as that is a major health concern. I have tried contacting this company however their phone numbers on the website and paper work are not in working order. We were also told the vehicle would have gas it did not. They lied and advertised the owner and accident history improperly as its been 3 owners and 3 incidents on carfax which they also refused to show us.

I went in to test drive a 2019 C300 Mercedes Benz on 8/15
I went in to test drive a 2019 C300 Mercedes Benz on 8/15. During the test drive, I had to pull over because the tire pressure light came on for the right back tire. The sales guy assured me it was only because the car had been sitting and it was common for the tire pressure to fluctuate on low profiles. I told the sales guy I would be back on 8/16 to pick up the car and he said the tire pressure issue would be fixed. I drove the car home late Monday evening. The car wasn't driven on 8/17, and I drove it for the first time on 8/18. The tire pressure light came on about 3 minutes from my home and the tire was losing pressure by the second. I barely made it to the mechanic only to find out I need a new tire. The tires on the car were from 2016! How do you sell a $42K 2019 car with used tires from 2016? This is such bad business and shady practices, ALM of Marietta! I have to now buy 2 new tires for the back because I can't buy just 1. I want ALM to reimburse me for the tires!

I purchased a vehicle from the dealer on July 05
I purchased a vehicle from the dealer on July 05. The purchase went alright overall though I do question their business practices. This complaint is about vehicle registration. I was told that the dealer would handle vehicle registration, submit my information and that the tags should arrive in the mail. I was issued a temporary tag for 45 days from the date of purchase. I was also charged tag fees. I never received my tags, even well after the 45 day period in which I was told it would come. I attempted to call the company several times about this issue and no one would pick up most of the time. When they did I was not responded to or left on hold until the call was ended from their end. When I called the DMV they said that I couldn't get my car registered because its emissions had run out and I needed to get that done. The business failed to follow through on the registration as arranged. With the emissions expiring, this has lead to a longer more strenuous registration process.

I recently just financed a car from Atlanta luxury motors the Marietta location
I recently just financed a car from Atlanta luxury motors the Marietta location. During the process of obtaining the vehicle a few indications of fraudulent activities occurred. During the negotiation process I was told that my downpayment would be 500. I later received a call from them while on the way to facility and was told that my downpayment increased to 750. I arrive at the dealership with the 750 so that I could drive off the lot. Keeping in mind this is my first time ever financing a vehicle I was willing to walk away with any vehicle that they were willing to put me in. The first incident that occurred was my salesman said that I would charge my card the 500 for the downpayment to the dealership and the rest I would have to cash app it to him personally so I did. I make it to the finance manager where he neglects to tell me anything about a warranty so I buy the car as is. Fast forward a month and a half and now I've experienced a blown engine that cost 10,000 to replace...

I bought a vehicle from this dealership we drove 4 hours to get the vehicle
I bought a vehicle from this dealership we drove 4 hours to get the vehicle. We made it 2 hours away from Marietta GA to Athens TN. The vehicle started making awful noise and I pulled off an exit. The vehicle had no oil in it at this time. We put oil in check engine light was on. Noise got worse we went to the auto parts store had codes ran and go more oil. On our way out from the auto parts store the vehicle was smoking so badly from the rear the police pulled us over to see if we were ok because they thought we were on fire. We had to stay in a motel for the night. The next morning we had a tow truck take us and the vehicle back to the dealership and they confirmed the engine was blown. They gave us our vehicle back. the air conditioning or airconditioned seats did not work at time of purchase as well. We asked to be reimbursed for the tow truck bill and they agreed. I have been contacting them for weeks and still have not recieved reimbursement. We owned the vivle less then 24 hours

Have not been able to obtain a tag for my vehicle
Have not been able to obtain a tag for my vehicle. Temp tag has expired I purchased a 2019 Kia on June 19th and was issued a temp tag. The tag expired on August 4th. The week before I called the dealership to inquire about my tag expiring. I was told to call the DMV. I spoke with the DMV and was told that ALM had not released the title so they could not issue the tag. I called ALM back and they informed me that they had purchased the car from Avis and they had not received the title from Avis. They assured me they would contact Avis and have the matter cleared up by weeks end. That was 6 weeks ago and I still do not have my tag. The DMV gave me a 30 day extension on my temp tag and that expired today. No other extension is available so I can no longer drive the car. I was assured this would be handled and now it has been more than 60 days. I have left multiple messages with the dealership and the dealerships corporate office specifically with Richard in finance, Darrell *** and Cade *** with corporate and no one will return my call.

I purchased a vehicle November 27
I purchased a vehicle November 27. Today which is March 01 still have not received paperwork to get a real tag. I purchased a vehicle on November 27 from ALM Marietta. I have been trying to get a tag on this Yukon since before January 10 which is the date the dealer's temporary tag expired. I had to get a extension from the county I live in for 30 days and it expired on February 11. Now REMIND you I can't get anymore extensions. I have been back and forth with the Corporate's tag/title office, Marietta's dealership, the finance manager, and the salesperson trying to assist me or direct me to someone can tell me something. The finance manager had informed a salesperson to tell me that he had overnighted me an extension, but to find out the next day that he told a ly and said the dealership couldn't extend it no more. My question to the finance manager I can't drive this vehicle n what I'm going to do. The finance manager said as long as I got proof of purchase n insurance I should b fine. I'm not taking any chances on that so now I haven't driven the vehicle in 3 weeks. Now everyone is screening my calls the Corporate's Tag/tile Office ext# 140 & 143 and the dealership I can't get nothing resolve. I have NEVER had this MUCH trouble with any dealership.

Purchased vehicle on 6/26
Purchased vehicle on 6/26. A "We Owe You Agreement" was signed by the dealership, they still haven't honored the repairs they stated they owed me. Purchased a 2017 MBenz GLA on 6/26 from this dealership. I along with the sales rep or finance manager signed a "we owe you contract". They agreed to handle touch up paint, wax, buff and address the brakes as well. I've called 7 times to get an appointment scheduled with MK, the service contact. I've followed up with the sales rep, who in turn has also notified the service department. Day by day, my messages have gone un-returned, emails ignored as well. I noticed similar complaints about the dealership which is a concern for me. The handling of this "we owe you" has been extremely questionable, unprofessional and impossible to get anyone to return a call back to schedule an appointment. It is utterly ridiculous to continue to ignore all messages left. We have 30 days from the date of issuance, which is 6/26, to get these We owe you items repaired. I feel as though the dealership is waiting on the time to expire and will then claim "oh the we owe you has expired" so that they don't have to honor the repairs agreed to by them. The service contact is someone named MK or Misha...the sales rep was Antwoin Smith(no issues with the sales rep)...my issue lies with the service department.

I purchased used vehicle on June 12
I purchased used vehicle on June 12. The temporary tag expires tomorrow, and I live out of state. I have not received title paperwork for tag. Purchased 2019 BMW X3 on June 12. Problem date would be 30 day deadline for processing title work-July 12.The vehicle price was 26,977.00, the total down payment was 8,434.00. I also purchased an extended warranty, which I have tried to cancel since then. After reading ComplaintsBoard.com complaints about this company on line concerning failure to comply with Georgia law and furnish title information in a timely manner, I felt that I should inquire as to the progress being made in acquiring the vehicle title from the auction where it was purchased. On July 8 I emailed the Finance Manager and received no reply. Next, I emailed the Sales Manager on July 12,2020, and received no reply. After that I emailed the title department on July 15, I received a reply from a title clerk on July 16 stating that ALM had not received the title from the auction company. Further emails have been ignored. I then contacted the financial institution about the situation, after repeated attempts, they finally reached the titile department and after interceding for me, were told that another temporary tag would be mailed to me. It has not arrived. Without a tag, I can not lawfully drive the vehicle. I am incredulous at the lack of concern or customer service. ALM needs to offer a remedy immediately: 1 If possible send another temporary tag or 2 Send a rental car for me to use until the paperwork arrives or 3 Take back the vehicle, back out the loan, and apply the total down payment toward a vehicle for which they already have the title in hand.
