I have a 2014 dodge Charger Rt and there was a recall issued in the Alternator and moss Bros in san Bernardino claim to have done this recall
I have a 2014 dodge Charger Rt and there was a recall issued in the Alternator and moss Bros in san Bernardino claim to have done this recall and most certainly have not. It's a known issue in dodge chargers to have an issue w the alternator and receive low battery mode . They say they completed the recall in Dec of 2018 her I am a lil over a year later w the same issue and now a bad alternator and a bad battery. Moss Bros needs to be help accountable for not doing the work they say they have and also for not taking care of customers especially for known issues. I now am with no car have added stress and w no help. This is not okay I want proof this work was completed and also want my vehicle to be taken care of

My vehicle had to get service due to an oil leak which was covered by the manufacture
My vehicle had to get service due to an oil leak which was covered by the manufacture. I left my vehicle on a Monday and did not get it back until the following Monday. I was originally told it would only take 2 to 3 days. When my vehicle was returned to me, I discovered personal items had been taken from my vehicle. The entire glove compartment area had been emptied out along with contents from my center console. A charging cable and Alexa Auto were also stolen from my vehicle. I reported it to the dealer and they told me they do not have protocol for dealing with this type of issue. They will monitor and if it happens again to someone else, will look into it. My personal items have not been returned to me to this date. I have made several attempts to get in contact with personnel at the dealer and they are not responding to email nor are they taking my phone calls.

I started communicating with someone from *** in San Bernardino after I submitted my info and inquiry on line for a vehicle. I began receiving text conversations during the 2nd and 3rd of January . I had explained taht I had a bad experience of "Bait and Switch" at an unrelated dealership. The person on Text said we are an actual Jeep store so we can definitely take care of you here. I explained which vehicle (2021 Jeep Latitude) I was looking at on line and it had not arrived yet. The text rep asked if I mind waiting, I had given my info., submitted inquiry info on line, told them what I wanted to do, how much down, trade info, etc. The text rep said it shouldn't be an issue as long as I have decent credit. I only have 3 medical bills outstanding and they were from surgery prior and during covid, which should not be a constraint. the text rep asked about my mileage, I gave all that in the text so it would not be a surprise or a hold up when I came in. The text rep said I would have neg. equity but still should no be an issue with some money down. I told the text rep I can put 1k down and have a $500 bonus cash code #*** that *** emailed me. The rep said ok, awesome, that will work as well. The best thing about getting into a renegade is all of the rebates so we can get you into one with a lot of rebates and dig into neg. equity. We talked back and forth on text about an appt. the rep wanted me in, so I agreed to Sat. eve, but decided to stop in on my way home from work on 1/6. I also asked the rep on text of that would work for my budget, and the said yea, it will be really close, but i think its possible. I still communicated via text even while on the lot, found out I was talking before to Brenda on text, then Rudy the night I arrived. He texted where the new vehicles were and that the one I was looking for was on the lot. I met up with Frankie and he nicely offered a drive, we did, then I was ready to close the deal. After gathering info, another Sales guy came in like I was on the chopping block, hitting me up with a down over 3x what I agreed to, then began to tell me the payment would be at least 1.x what I agreed to prior. We went back and forth, then another manager came in after running credit and came up with a huge down request and told me I would be $898 per month. We went back and forth, he was trying to get me to agree to higher down and higher payment. I even texted Rudy back and he said they will figure it out, they always start high. He again stated they will figure it out for you. I agreed to 50% more for down, and to 17% more for payment. He came back again then asked for my wife to cosign, I told him no, then they also tried the bait and switch by wanting me to move into a different vehicle, not even close to what I originally started looking for. This whole process was hours long and I finally left after being treated unfair and the company did not hold to what was originally told to me on text.
