The order was supposed to be "compleat," but it never arrived. I tried to contact them through email and chat, but they never responded. When I called, they just hung up on me. It's really frustrating to be treated this way as a customer. I would not recommend ordering from this company. They seem to be unreliable and unresponsive. It's a shame because I was really excited about the product I ordered, but now I'm out of luck. I hope others don't have to go through the same thing I did.
