I ordered 2 8 round mags on 11/29
I ordered 2 8 round mags on 11/29. Got 'em 'bout 3-4 weeks later. But guess what? They sent me the wrong ones! So, I called customer service to get an RMA for returnin' 'em. The lady on the phone wasn't too nice, ya know? She accused me of orderin' the wrong mags, which she might've been right 'bout. But the way she said it, man, not cool. She goes, "I ain't gonna argue with you. Just gonna send ya a pre-paid shipping label." So, I sent those wrong mags back and they got 'em on 17 December. But guess what again? It's January 13 and I still ain't got the right mags! I called Springfield Armory like three times already, and each time they said, "Yeah, we got the mags ya sent back, but we gotta figure out why we ain't sent ya the replacements." Let me tell ya, I ain't buyin' nothin' from this company no more. They ain't like Smith and Wesson, man. Smith and Wesson got top-notch customer service.

On 6/3/2022, I purchased a hellcat 9mm gun from Springfield Armory Company
On 6/3/2022, I purchased a hellcat 9mm gun from Springfield Armory Company. Unfortunately, on the second shot, the wasp sight failed. I promptly sent it back to Springfield Armory on the same day. They emailed me, stating that it would be returned to me within 2 to 4 weeks. However, it has been nearly 2 months now, and they seem to have no clue about when I will receive it back. All I want is for them to keep their word from the email or at least inform me about the expected arrival time.
The Springfield XDM OSP models were listed on all websites, including Springfield's own website, before it got taken down
The Springfield XDM OSP models were listed on all websites, including Springfield's own website, before it got taken down. They were advertised as being optics ready and were supposed to come with three OSP plates. However, the gun I purchased didn't come with any plates, and there was a note saying I could claim one plate. This is false advertising on two counts because it doesn't come with any of the three plates and it's called "optics ready" even though it's not.
I jus bought a Springfield Saint AR-15
I jus bought a Springfield Saint AR-15. The gun didn't work right away, so I had to send it in for fixin'. They said it could take 'bout 2-4 weeks. When week 3 came 'round, I called 'em up to see how it was goin'. They told me the gun had a bunch of problems. I reckon if a product needs that many repairs, they should either give me my money back or give me a new one.

I got an M1A with supposed paint on it
I got an M1A with supposed paint on it. The camo pattern on one side is spot-on, but the other side is all messed up. I reached out to the company through email and phone multiple times, and they asked for pics and info, which I promptly sent. But since then, nada! They've totally ignored me. It's been a whole month, and I haven't heard a peep from them. The stock comes off easily, and I just want to send it back for a fresh coat.

I called this company on 12/1 to let them know that (2) of the magazines they gave me with my purchase were no good. I bought the springfield thing on cyber Monday and the magazines they gave me were just terrible. The person at springfield armory sent me a RMA # *** on 12/6 to say they got my return of the (2) bad magazines at their place. I've been calling since then and ***, ***, and other people who answered the phone and talked to me said they got the order but won't send the new stuff. Someone needs to look into this company right away.

I got an invoice from Springfield Armory sayin' they gonna charge me 648.33 bucks for somethin' I ordered online. But here's the thing, my identity got stolen, so I called 'em up to tell 'em that. The folks on the other end were talkin' all funny, I could barely understand 'em. They told me to start clickin' on icons on my phone and go to the App Store. But get this, they said they ain't gonna cancel the order, even though the thing I ordered is some illegal weapon. They threatened to take the money outta my account in the next 48 hours if I don't do what they say. I already contacted the credit bureaus to put a warnin' on my credit. Can someone please get in touch with me 'bout this? My number is

The Illinois ComplaintsBoard.com site is so messed up, I couldn't even complain without putting my personal info at risk. But the real issue is the Springfield Armory website. I had to jump through so many hoops just to buy something small. It took me a whole month to follow all their dumb rules and finally make a purchase. I got an email receipt saying the transaction was done, and they took my money, but I still haven't gotten my stuff. I paid extra for fast delivery, but it's like they don't care. I gave them my money, they gave me a receipt, and now I'm just sitting here empty-handed.
I got an email invoice from Pay Pal for $799 for a gun I supposedly bought from Spring Field Armory
I got an email invoice from Pay Pal for $799 for a gun I supposedly bought from Spring Field Armory. They didn't provide any contact information like an address, phone number, email, or website. So, I called Pay Pal and they told me that someone named *** was using my IP address and Apple ID to make purchases. I don't know who this *** is, and I definitely don't own a gun or have any intention of buying one. I've never even heard of Spring Field Armory before. The email came on Monday, May 2nd at 3:36pm from someone named "S Thomas" and it had a PAY PAL invoice attached. I called the number listed on the invoice and spoke to a guy named *** who claimed to be from *** in Auburn Alabama. He sent me a link on my phone that took me to the Apple store and wanted me to download an app called "Any Desk Remote Desktop." I got suspicious at this point and decided not to proceed. He said that by downloading the app, it would protect my IP address from being used by P L. I have no idea what any of this means, so I'm texting the ComplaintsBoard.com right now to ask for help with this situation. The invoice is dated April 29, 2022 and it has the name I *** If you have any questions about this invoice, please contact ***.
I bought a Springfield XDE 9mm pistol on August 19th
I bought a Springfield XDE 9mm pistol on August 19th. Right from the start, it had problems. The magazine wouldn't load or eject properly, and the slide hold didn't work to keep the slide open. I contacted Springfield and sent the gun back. They received it on August 25th and confirmed it through email. But after that, I didn't hear anything from them. I emailed them on September 14th to ask about the status, but got no response. So, on September 16th, I called their customer service. The representative told me that there were no updates except for the fact that they received it on August 25th. He said he would follow up with me in a day or two. Finally, on September 18th, I received an email and invoice stating that they had repaired the trigger and slide lock lever. Today, on September 22nd, I got the XDE back. But upon inspection, I noticed that it still has trouble loading the magazine when the slide is closed and the firing pin isn't cocked. This is a serious safety issue and a defect with the product. I contacted customer service again and sent it back, but they informed me that they don't really do refunds. At this point, I have no confidence that it will be fixed or become safe. I've seen many similar complaints about the safety of this model. I want a full refund of the approximately $580 I paid for it.
I bought a new M1a this summer
I bought a new M1a this summer. The rifle came with an inspection card saying the headspace was good and even gave the measurements. But on the first day, it had a lot of problems ejecting. The range gunsmith had a USGI headspace gauge. The rifle closed easily on this gauge, which was way bigger than the headspace on the card. So, I sent it in for a warranty claim. Springfield changed the barrel and rear sight elevation knob. They said they tested it at the range and sent it back. But when I went to the range again, it was shooting way too high at 100 yards, like 7-8 feet high. I checked and found copper all over the flash hider hole. Bullets were bouncing off the flash hider. You'd think Springfield would have noticed this if they actually tested the rifle... Now they won't give me a refund or a new gun. I have to send it back (and take another day off work to sign for it because you need to be 21) and hope they can put it together right on the third try. I paid for a working rifle and didn't get one. Even after warranty and months since I bought it, I still don't have a working rifle. And Springfield's quality control is terrible. Someone's gonna get hurt or killed.
Springfield Armory sent me an email promoting a deal where I could get 3 extra magazines and a range bag as a rebate when I purchased one of
Springfield Armory sent me an email promoting a deal where I could get 3 extra magazines and a range bag as a rebate when I purchased one of their handguns. The promotion was valid from July 1st to August 31st, 2022. I bought a new Springfield Armory XD-M Elite handgun on August 9th and tried to redeem the rebate. However, when I went to the website, I got an error message and was told to contact Springfield Armory. I sent them an email and they informed me that the pistol I purchased was not eligible for the rebate. I also spoke to two different ladies, *** and her boss ***, over the phone, and they both confirmed that my handgun was not included in the rebate program. I explained to them that the rebate advertisement did not mention any exclusions for new striker fired Springfield Armory handguns. The gun I bought came with 5 magazines and a pistol case, but I was expecting the additional 3 magazines and range bag as advertised. All the Springfield employees insisted that I had already received the rebate when I made the purchase. The rebate for the extra magazines and range bag was the main reason I decided to buy the handgun. I even showed the rebate to the owner of the gun store and asked if my purchase qualified. He agreed with me that there were no exclusions mentioned on the rebate. However, now Springfield Armory is refusing to honor the rebate they advertised, which was valued at $150. I am requesting the ComplaintsBoard.com's assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that I receive what was promised in Springfield Armory's promotion. They emailed me and convinced me to buy their product based on the rebate they offered, but now it seems like they are engaging in deceptive practices. If my pistol was excluded, they should have clearly stated it in the advertisement.
I contacted Springfield about some problems I had with a new rifle I bought
I contacted Springfield about some problems I had with a new rifle I bought. They said I could send it in for repairs under warranty. They gave me the choice to ship it from my house or take it to a local FedEx. They got the rifle on 6/17 and finished the warranty work on 7/6. Kody, the assistant in the repair department, emailed me and said I had to ship the rifle to a different place because of "Springfield's policy". I asked him to stick to our agreement and send it to my house, but he said no. I told him it would cost me $35 and take an hour to pick it up. He replied on 7/6 and said he would give me a free 10 round magazine for the trouble. I told him I didn't agree with that and wanted the rifle delivered to my door. After realizing they tricked me, I emailed him on 7/11 and told him to send the rifle, free magazine, and a free cleaning kit to my place. I didn't hear from him for weeks. I called in July and the person I talked to said they would email Kody. I emailed him again on 7/22 and said I was worried about the lack of communication and asked him to send the rifle, 10 round magazine, and cleaning kit to my place. Finally, on 7/26, he apologized for the delay and said he would ship the rifle. I got the rifle on 7/29 along with the cleaning kit. But there was only 1 magazine (the original one I sent). I emailed on 8/4 and asked about the free magazine. He replied over a week later on 8/15 and said that "you said you didn't need another magazine" and "sorry, I can't send a free mag now that I sent the cleaning kit". They lied to me, made me pay and go get my stuff, and then took back the compensation.
