Do not waste your time trying to do business with this place.
Awful company that will show "4 in stock" on their website, then you order one and the website shows "3 in stock", then a week later they tell you it's out of stock because other orders were 'ahead' of yours and they won't get more for 4-6 weeks. Oh but it might take another week to get your money back...

On top of that, wish I had searched harder first and read the reviews that the products they make are bad quality anyways. Terrible product reputation, search for yourself. Probably a blessing in disguise that they aren't sending me a garbage unit that would likely blow up in my face from poor craftsmanship, but they did take my money and waste my time and now I am waiting for the refund.

I ordered a 458 SOCOM upper. I received my order in 3 days. The packaging was excellent. The fit and finish of the upper was perfect. I took it to the range yesterday and it functioned flawlessly. Sighted in at 100 yards with hand loaded ammo. 3 shot group under 1 inch. Will recommend your fine company to friends.

Garbage products, worse customer service. I've had 6 different 6.5 *** uppers, all would blow primers and not cycle. Bear creek only offers a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase, but then takes longer then 30 days to deliver products.

I own several BCA products, all of which are quality items. I've never had any issues with their customer service and their assembled uppers have always been reliable. Can't ask for much more than that. In fact, I'm about to initiate another order when I finish this review. Thanks and keep up the good work!

No issues! I live in a state and county, that are anti 2nd amendment. No problems, just follow directions! Sad people complain about their own mistakes! Please read and then reread! Bear creek is a really good company, and I always look to buy more from them. NO, I do not work or get anything for this review. I own the BCA15 in 223 wylde and no problems at all with this firearm. Keep up the great quality!

I reviewed earlier and left 5 stars. I've now owned their products long enough to see the pitfalls, the upper returned was not my own ignorance as they stated, it literally had the wrong bolt, which means if that could happen, they could give you the wrong caliber barrel and chamber it for the right bullet you ordered. the possibilities are endless for how wrong that could go. .243 chamber is gouging my brass terribly and I reload, head spacing is wrong on another upper, left weirdly contorted brass. I ordered a 308 magazine, got a 22 mag magazine, not even close. You do get what you pay for, these are not a stellar deal, they're just junk at a junk price, you should absolutely expect what you get for that little of money. I'd return it all if I could.

Don't believe all these cry babies. Bear Creek Arsenal was awesome in getting my order right, shipped fast and downright ran like a good business should be, all these bad reviews are from crybabies who break there stuff outside of the warranty then lie and try to get there money back. Just read the reviews and its plain to see that most are just salty due to there own stupidity. Thank you Bear Creek Arsenal for the perfect transaction and customer service.

I have bought 8 uppers from bca and only 3 have worked as they should, this last upper i bought i had to return as it did not function as it should and they sent another one to me, it was under gassed. I emailed them stating rather than waiting and trying to get another upper that a simple reduced power spring would solve my problem and asked them to pay $20 for it and id cover the shipping for the part and they refused. Stay away from bca, good isnt cheap and cheap isnt good. They have lost a customer and clearly dont value their (now once ) loyal customers. This last upper was even test fired and claimed it was good to go, but clearly this wasnt the case, cases were landing directly behind me which means it was under gassed and they didnt care enough to make it right.

If I could rate this company lower I would. I bought two rife scopes and both don't work. I have tried several times to contact them to fix the issue and no one ever responded. I am having to call my credit card company just to get my money back. This is horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor buy elsewhere.

I would leave 5 stars and probably will do that in future! Only purchased a few products from BCA and plan to purchase much more-considering CS has answered "before" and "after" questions. So far, I haven't had ANY issues with BCA merchandise and performs as should!

Great Service, returned one upper due to my own ignorance, couldn't be more helpful through the process, kept my other 3 uppers, I've banged some rounds through them, and they are incredibly tight, great groups, couldn't be happier. I wish others on here would have reached out to the company. *** is a rockstar at customer service! Thank you sincerely for being such a great company to deal with and for those great prices with the quality to back them.

I've had a not so good experience currently in the last 2 months and I'm not completely satisfied with my purchase or interaction with customer service over my purchases. This company should not be in business solely because they have low prices they should back these low prices with quality product as they claim this includes quality control and better than sub par customer service rep. Just reading through the reviews is a eyeopener and a significant indicator that there's some quality issues with all the firearm products coming out of that factory. That in itself deserves an audit of thier process and ISO 9000 certificate if they even have one. Customers reviews and experience with BCA should be used in the calculations what else would drive theiron business reputation

I was referred to this sight from an avid competition shooter. Wow am I disappointed! Every time I check to see if my AR 15 has been shipped, it says processing. They didn't have any problem taking my money from my bank account, (not a credit card!), but sure take their time get the product out. Purchased on April 2. Still processing. Won't answer a phone or return a phone call! This is a crap service! If you're willing to wait months, go for it. I won't be buying anything from them anytime soon unless they change their service.

I will never order an upper from another company they stand behind their products if you ever have an issue they will fix it right away and when they're looking for advice for new products they poll their customers they don't just make it a guessing game.

Bear Creek Arsenal I purchased a 450 *** AR-15 Upper from BCA

I purchased a 450 *** AR-15 Upper from BCA. It looked great. Looked high quality, felt good, I really liked it. I took it to the range once and put around 10-15 rounds through it to zero the scope for it. Once I got home and was cleaning the BCG, I noticed that the entire barrel had walked itself loose during my 15 shots at the range. Seeing as it was a brand new upper, I submitted a ticket with BCA's warranty department. They told me my ticket had been created at that it would take 1-3 business days for a response. That was 2 weeks ago, it has not been almost 10 business days. This is sketchy business practice and I am not a fan of this in any way shape or form. If they do not get back to me soon and fix my issue in a timely manner, I will never purchase or recommend another BCA product.

I submitted a ticket and nothing more than a received your ticket email I have purchased 10+ uppers from them and never had this issue they had route protection and is how I tracked my package when I went to file a claim or find out what was going on with them all the sudden says route is no longer offered on this ticket i want the upper receiver this is complete garbage I won't rate better till it is resolved

Bear Creek Arsenal Doesn't function

Doesn't function. Barrel nut was finger tight. Where to start. Will not feed. Feed ramps look like they were never touched after machining. Barrel Nut (extremely dangerous) was hand tight AGAIN. I have called BCA on this with other barrel nuts only hand tight by lazy employees. I am a dealer and I CANNOT sell these to customers due to this issue. Now I have to take all the firearms apart (15) and check them. I will not send them to BCA because this should NEVER have been an issue to start with. There is no trust anymore. Upper wasn't milled right, I put another upper on the lower and it functioned. Replaced original, fires 2 rounds then jams. I have spent about 10 hours of my time fixing this rifle to make it safe and function properly. I charge 40 am hour for Gunsmithing. I just lost a ton of money. But Customer is finally happy and I will not order anymore BCA stuff.

Bear Creek Arsenal I bought an LR-308 from BCA, but it's been problematic since purchase.

I bought an LR-308 from BCA, but it's been problematic since purchase. The rifle has been nothing but trouble. To start, it would not load a round from any of my magazines - BCA advised using ASC magazines, so I bought three, but they didn't work either. Next, I sent it back to them after waiting weeks for an RMA, and they returned it with a 'bolt catch out of spec, replaced' message. Then, it fed 18 rounds before jamming consistently. Frustrated with the slow and ineffective warranty service, I took it to a local gunsmith. The gunsmith polished the feed ramps, noted the bolt carrier group was out of spec, and identified the gas rings as substandard. After replacing them with a new bolt carrier group, I attempted to fire it again. I managed 20 rounds before the trigger jammed and could not be pulled. It appears the lower was not drilled straight for the trigger pins, causing the trigger to jam in the lower, necessitating a teardown to free it. With all the money I've spent on this, I should have opted for another brand.

I ordered a barrel after receiving an email saying that the kind I wanted was in stock. The website also said in stock for the barrel. I paid then received the confirmation all on December 21. On December 23 I received an email stating that the item was out of stock after they had already sent me an email and took my money all while advertising in stock. I called customer service and the guy acted like he didn't know how to respond or resolve the problem. He said we can offer you a different one and said we have a 6.5 when I ordered a .308 . I said no I just need the barrel I ordered then told him this was bad business. Finally I agreed to the refund which at first he said could take up to 30 days! This was supposed to be a gift! After the call I was emailed saying it would be 3-5 business days before it would be processed. It's now December 31 and still no refund. Wish I would have read all the reviews first. Lesson learned

I have ordered 3 times first went smooth received an upper that had slight issues but replaced a couple parts and now works fine for budget, 2nd looked like someone smashed it against a pole or something before shipping as the box it was packaged in was barely damaged especially compared to the damage to the upper itself. Took about 3 weeks to have this issue corrected, now 3rd order I'm still trying to get taken care of, I received wrong item and shipped back and now have received the wrong item again and trying to send back and get the correct item. I came here because I wanted other customers to be aware of my issues only to find out they have deleted my review after I verified my account and review. Customer service has some nice people and some people that act as your bothering them with wanting what you paid for and to be treated as a valued customer not a pain. As soon as I can get my issue straightened out I will walk away and not look back.

Bear Creek Arsenal I have seen several mixed reviews of Bear Creek Arsenal so I will share my experience

I have seen several mixed reviews of Bear Creek Arsenal so I will share my experience. I ordered my first upper group from them in December. It did not initially cycle, so I reached out to them on a weekend. They got back to me early Monday. Once they processed my RMA, I had the product on the way back to them by Wednesday. On Friday, they informed me that it had been repaired and was on its way back. It was at my door step that Monday by 11 am, and I have had nothing but success since then some 1200 rounds later. I now own a second upper, which runs flawlessly out of the box, a stainless barrel, which shoots MOA or near MOA groups with basic ammo, and two lowers from them. Processing has never exceeded five days, and once orders are shipped, they generally arrive in three days or less. If you exercise some patience with them through their hiccups and understand that you're buying massively discounted parts that will run as well as those at a much higher price, I guarantee you will ultimately not regret your purchase. My arsenal wouldn't be an arsenal without BCA.

Bear Creek Arsenal I ordered a 7.5" 5.56 Stainless upper

I ordered a 7.5" 5.56 Stainless upper. After delayed shipping, I received a .308 20" upper. Emailed them, got a hallow apology and an RMA number with a shipping label to ship it back to them. I had to request compensation for wasting my time and fuel having to drive their correct order to the nearest ***.

They offered me a $25 Gift card and 2-day shipping on the replacement (correct part). I refused, as giving somebody a gift card and forcing them to purchase something else is not "compensation". They sent the gift card code anyways. Then I thought of a compromise- I send in the incorrect part, they do a full refund and apply the gift card towards the correct upper, along with a 10% off code (that I used as a "new customer"), since the same code would not work again for me.

They have since ignored all communications from me and blocked me on *** from sharing my stories with other social media users, and blocked me completely on messenger from communicating with them directly. I was never vulgar once, only explaining my frustrations.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Stay away.

I have purchased 3 items from Bear Creek, first was a 7.62x39 16" parkerized barrel, and the barrel extension was mounted crooked, so I had to return it for quality control issues. So I purchased a stainless upgrade barrel and their Bolt Carrier Group (BCG). I built the upper and was shooting it when on shot 24 the BCG stuck in the back of the barrel extension, and was jammed. I had to send it to Bear Creek for repairs. The communication with their customer service is very poor, they won't answer the phones, and email is slow in response, and they don't keep track of what they are doing with your parts. Took 2 months for repair, and NO explanation as to what the problem was. I received the parts back and see they used a screw driver to pry the bolt out of battery, and gouged my brand new upper in the process, very unprofessional gunsmithing work. It was returned with No explanation of what failed, and with damage to my own parts. Their product quality is poor, the quality inspection on what they make is obviously lacking, their customer service is virtually nonexistent, and the repairs they offer very unprofessional. Extremely disappointed in every aspect of dealing with their company: product, customer service and repairs people damaged my own parts, with no regard for me as a customer.

I made a purchase on Bearcreek web site and was suposed to get a 10% discount, but when the order went though it was minus the discount. I emailed immediately and then called in the morning. I was told that there was nothing that they could do except give me some sort of gift card for future purchases. I said no and was told that I could refuse the item when it got delivered and then I could reorder. I called my credit card company and they called Breacreek Arsenal and put me on a three way call with your representative. After a lengthy conversation where I suggested Bearcreek give me a refund on my credit card amounting to the 10% discount, I was told that was not possible. The customer rep. said that I could cancel the charge with my credit card company and the then reorder. I said that sounded ridiculous and that it was a very inefficient and costly way to Handel it for your company. I then checked on the Better Bussiness Bureau link that was on Brearcreek web site stateing an A+ rateing only to find Bearcreek rated at 2.25 out of 5. There are many people complaining of exactly the same same type of business practices. I then tried to reorder and found that I have been black listed from my account for "fraud" for ever *** put it in our last phone call on 5/23/2022 11:15am PST. She said it was because I disputed this charge with ***. I feel that thier business practice concerning discounts are one of deception and I would be very leery doing business with them. I have screen shots and documentation of all that I have said. I do this reluctantly because I know how hard it is to run a company but they have left me with no choice.

I ordered a 450 Bushmaster complete upper assembly and it was packaged poorly. When it arrived the box was damaged and the upper also had damage. There was a sticker on the box indicating to UPS that if there is damage to the box the customer needs to inspect the contents before accepting the drop off but UPS did not do that. The barrel was sticking out the end of the box. There was damage to the hand guard, flash hider, upper, and charge handle. However when I looked at the box it is clear that UPS did not handle this box improperly. It was in fact the fault of BCA for using subpar packing materials inside the box. It was not packed right in the box but rather allowed to slide back and forth in the box which is why the barrel broke through the box and the upper was missing bluing from being rubbed off by the inside of the box. When I contacted BCA they were only willing to give me a 5% discount of their site because the upper was no longer in stock and they would NOT be able to send me a new one. That is such a sick joke! Rhat doesn't even cover the cost of the Tax! I wish I would have read the COUNTLESS other reviews on the Complaintsboard.com site detailing how bad their customer service was. I reached out to them on 12/19 and they didn't get anything figured out until January . Such poor customer service I'm honestly surprised this company is still in business. Ended up having to file a claim with my credit card to get money back because bear creek has such bad service. Bear creek filed an insurance claim against UPS for the damage, so they got their insurance money, and STILL weren't willing to help me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! YOUVE BEEN WARNED BY OTHERS AND NOW ME AS WELL!

The barrel extentions were bare hand removable after removing locating pens. You could feel the looseness of one barrel, and hear the barrel of the other upper...

This .360 legend has a bad chamber and I forward pictures with no response after several calls and left messages sent a return page. This is one of the worse chamber jobs my shop has seen in over 40 yrs. Cannot believe it passed inspection or how a smith could actually send this out with his name on it. I even gave you a chance to just send me. New barrel and I will install it so my customer doesn’t miss a deer and boar season. Please help and settle this mess. Paul Glonek , Second Wind Shoppe. Bear Creek Arsenal Bear creek 224 valkyrie upper with 24” ss spiral fluted barrel

I purchased the above upper from Bear Creek’s on February 14th, 2020. I made the purchase with my Cabela’s Master Card and have the purchase documentation. I have contacted Bear Creek over 8 times by phone and their contact us with no resolution. First time a spoke with a young lady that found my order under my old email address [protected]@qcaspas.com. She said she will send me Two gas block screws for a 223 upper that the gas block had come loose and a RMA for the 224 Valkyrie to be returned for repair. Well that never happened. So I called again and a supervisor returned my call and said that they had no record of the purchase of this upper. How convenient! The upper will not grab the fired shell in the chamber and eject it, so another round is fed into the spent round pushing the bullet of the fed round into the case. I also had a problem with the BCGs firing pin was stuck forward and when I went to chamber a round it went off, even though the safety was on and trigger was not touched. Clearly this is a bad BMG!

Desired outcome: I want Bear Creek to inspect this upper to measure the headspace and replace the BCG with a new one so the upper is safe to fire and will function properly. I Want them to take responsibility for their products.

I originally purchased 2 items from the company March and received them about 2 months later. Both items did not function properly and I reached out to the company multiple times in order to rectify the issue. All attempts were ignored. After receiving no input from the company I filed a dispute with my credit card company due to my items not working and being out of $600. Once I filed the dispute I received a email from a representative from the company who stated they would take the items back in exchange for a full refund. So I sent both the items back to the company and asked multiple times when I would receive the refund. Every time the representative told me that I would have to close the dispute and so I did so with my CC. I have since been trying to get a refund and the company keeps telling me I need to close the dispute when a copy of the letter stating the dispute has been closed as been provided. I am only seeking a refund for the items that are no longer in my possess

On 11/28/22 I purchased a VG6 Gamma muzzle break $54.99 before tax and shipping. The 10% discount code for creating account signing up or receiving news letter do not work as advertised. As of today 12/13/22 the order still says it is processing. Customer service will not answer the phone or call back. I was thinking this is a scam website.

I was shipped the incorrect product in which I repeatedly tried to contact the company via Email. I purchased a 308 upper from Bear Creek Arsenal. The sent a incorrect caliber 243 upper in a mismatched box identified as a 308. I immediately took pictures and emailed the company and received no response. I continued to email the company and was finally given a return label for the incorrect product. I waited and was not sent the correct product. I was then contacted by *** at Bear Creek Arsenal and was told they would have product back in about 2 to 4 weeks. Then after waiting 2 weeks I was contacted and told they would no longer be producing that item again. I have since seen the product offered for sale at least twice in the last month and sold out very rapidly and not being offered a chance to receive the correct product. Now they have sent an email stating they are refunding my money. Very terrible customer service and poor timely manner. Its too bad that they have little regard for on time product sales and customer service.

02/12/2022 Order # *** I purchased an enhanced BCG for a 7.62x39 build. I never completed the build until a couple of weeks ago. Upon going to the range after 6 rounds the extractor sheered off the BCG. I have made several calls to BCA over the last couple of weeks with no return call. All I want to know is if the warranty their BCG's and what's the process to get it replaced. This 7.62x39 build is no different than any other I have done over the years but this was my first purchase of enhanced BCG from BCA. I wish someone would get back in touch with me for a replacement. I have bought other enhanced BCG's from other companies and have never had a problem with their product. I as well of the others that have filed complaints with the Complaintsboard.com all say the same thing, no communication from customer service, dose one even exist or do they only take action when a complaint is filed. This is horrible customer service. I wish they would just get back to me!

I placed an order with Bear creek on 11/20/2022. I read that there policy is 1-14 business days for processing. I did factor in Thanksgiving and feel that I have given this company plenty of time to process my order. I have attempted calling the company multiple times on multiple different days with no answer. I have also emailed the company and received a generic automated email response that didn't answer my questions. I want to cancel my order at this point and have my money refunded.

I've bought several uppers from BCA over the recent years and have always been satisfied. Recently I bought a 300 BO upper for my grandson. No problems with this. Shortly after that I bought a 300 BO rifle for my son. The time alloted for delivery is more than adequate if the business is being well managed. Several days past the period for delivery, I gave up waiting. Something about this order makes me nervous. Do they regularly over sell their inventory. Hopefully they will return my money but I think that's going to require more time to waste on this place. Very disappointed. Goodbye BCA!

I purchased a barrel from bear Creek Arsenal that is defective. I have tried several times to contact this company with no response. I purchased a barrel - BCA AR-15 Barrel, 16" 416R Stainless Steel Heavy Barrel, 7.62x39, Carbine Length Gas System w/ 1:10 Twist Sku - 1340-B762CHB16110(SS) on Order Date: January 2. I recently installed this item and noticed it was defective. Before I am accused of improper installation, the barrel was only snugged into place with the barrel nut and no muzzle device was ever installed. I have tried several times to contact Bear Creek Arsenal to address the issue with no reply. I submitted photos of the defect where the barrel was improperly attached or threaded to the barrel extension. It has a slight gap on one side which causes the barrel to aim to the left. I was able to get in touch with someone from Bear Creek and they sent me a shipping label to have it sent in to be fixed. That was well over a month now and I am unable to get anyone to respond to emails or even answer the phone. Nobody answers the phones there. I want the rifle I ordered, fixed, or my money back.

I placed an order on 4/13/22 for a Glock 17 barrel, threaded in black nitride. It is now 4/26/22 and my order is still processing, even though they took my money. The first time I called, I was told it would take 8 business days because it was a custom item. I waited roughly a week and called back today, 4/26/22, and was told it should have been shipped already because the time frame was 3-5 business days. I was told she was going to reach out to the shipping department and email me with information. She was very rude on the phone as I was asking questions about the duration this would take, and when I should expect this email. I am extremely dissatisfied with this whole situation, as well as the customer service. I am trying to give them a chance to send my item out before I opt for a refund. I just want my item shipped out, especially if it was supposed to be 3-4 business days and 8 business days at most. I was specifically told during the first call, that by Monday (4/25) it would be sent out. It is now 4/26 and still nothing.

I received the complete AR15 upper receiver, but the description failed to disclose that they use some unknown locking compound or permanent affixing method. The item description said there were 1/2 x 28 threads so that implies that the muzzle device is removable. If it made no mention of that, then it would make sense that it would be permanent or there are no threads. I cannot reach customer service by email *** or phone. I have left five messages over the last month and nobody has gotten back. I have sent 4 Customer Service emails nobody has followed up. And I have reached out to them on *** more times than I care to count.

Bear Creek Arsenal Several weeks ago I attempted to unsubscribe from their emails

Several weeks ago I attempted to unsubscribe from their emails. They are still one of the few businesses that can't immediately unsubscribe an email from their marketing offers. For that reason, they ask for a period of time for the unsubscribe to take effect. After the waiting period, I still received their emails. I again attempted to unsub and after waiting for their allotted time, their emails still continued. I then chose to write to them directly and ask them to please stop and that their emails were now considered spam. I received an email reply stating to please allow for time for the unsub to take effect. This would now be the third time that I'd have to wait. Again, after the requested time, to date, I am still receiving their promotional emails. I genuinely don't understand the thought process of spamming people with offers even after they have requested multiple times for it to stop. The email that they are spamming is: [protected]@hotmail.com I ask that they immediately stop spamming the email: [protected]@hotmail.com as I wish to have nothing more to to with their business.

Bear Creek Arsenal Sent a .233 wylde upper with a .405/.458 BCG in it

Sent a .233 wylde upper with a .405/.458 BCG in it. Bullets exploded in the upper. 1st rep said they would replace the entire thing. 2nd rep different bear creek Arsenal sent a .223 wylde upper with a bcg for a completely different gun (.405/.458) Called and spoke with a rep who said they would replace the entire thing, sent a return label. Got an email from a different rep a day later stating that nothing was wrong with that upper they will clean it, install the correct bcg, and send it back. I do not want this upper back. I want a brand new replacement. Someone could of gotten seriously injured. I'm not taking chances with something happening later down the line. This is not a warranty issue this is a replace it with another one issue. They blatantly did not do their quality assurance on this piece otherwise it would of NEVER went out the door with pieces for two completely different guns in it. This needs to be a full replacement and I want the new one sent first so I know they don't try to clean this up and send this one back like the second rep stated. Upon getting the new one I will return this one.

I waited for a package never got anything so I thought I would call to check since online it says it is my order was still processing Then when I tried to call I got no answers so I left a message and then I got no respnse so I called again and got no response so I left a message and still, no response so I called again and left a message have yet to recieve a reply of any ki d. I've called a total of 6 times and I have had no response it's been 3 weeks since my order according to the status on the website it has not been shipped it just says that it's processing. I have no way of getting in contact with anyone I can't even cancel my order if I wanted to because I'm not even able to get in contact with anyone from customer service. My best friend ordered a similar item as my non serialized item a week after I placed my order and his arrived in 4 business days.

Bear Creek Arsenal Item returned within refund policy window

Item returned within refund policy window. No refund received after a month of waiting despite requesting the refund multiple times. I paid approximately $398.20 USD to Bear Creek Arsenal LLC. On 04/02 (order number ***). I ordered the following item: .450 ***, 18" Parkerized Heavy Barrel, 1:24 Twist, Mid Length Gas System, 15" MLOK Split Rail Olive Drab Green Cerakote Side Charging Upper. I received the wrong item and requested a partial refund of 85 dollars to make up the difference in cost between the two items (which was refunded to me) before deciding that I wished to return the item for a full refund, that refund was requested in early April and I have not received it despite attempting to speak with the manager of their customer service department on three separate occasions. I'm always told the manager is busy and that they can't get back to me every single time. The last call I made was 5/11, and I was again told I would receive a call back only to not. I tried reaching them through email as well and they stopped responding to me when I asked for the full refund. I have attached proof of purchase documentation.

Bear Creek Arsenal I have purchased with AR15 upper receivers from Bear Creek Arsenal and all three had to be sent back for repair or replacement

I have purchased with AR15 upper receivers from Bear Creek Arsenal and all three had to be sent back for repair or replacement. Disregarding the many loose fasteners on all three upper receivers since I was able to fix that, two had to be returned due to handguards that could not be removed at all, and the one I could remove had machining or casting problems and was significantly gouging the inside of the handguard. After many days of delays, through just dumb luck I found out I had to log in to the Bear creek Arsenal website to request returning these to be fixed; I completed the process and all three have been shipped to Bear creek Arsenal, and verified received by *** tracking numbers. It is now two days since *** delivered the bad AR15 upper receivers, their website shows they have only provided shipping labels, and I have yet to receive any response back from the customer service representative I exchanged Emails with back on 10/7, and it is now 10/22. Attached are copies of the *** tracking to verify receipt of the faulty AR15 upper receivers by Bear Creek Arsenal on 10/22 and status of the RMA for each one. Your help in getting this matter resolved will be greatly appreciated, since I cannot get any response from Bear Creek Arsenal Customer Service.. Thank You

Bear Creek Arsenal On 6/3/22 I purchased a Bear Creek Arsenal AR in 7.62x39mm rifle

On 6/3/22 I purchased a Bear Creek Arsenal AR in 7.62x39mm rifle. Model: ***. I was finally able to fire it earlier today and then performed cleaning and general maintenance on it. After screwing in the rear receiver plug as far as my hand could take it while keeping the flat part of the screw down I pulled back on the charging handle that was screwed into the receiver to ensure everything was correct when then the O-ring broke and a small piece snapped off. The O-ring on the rear receiver plug. The BCA owner's manual I was given states that BCA is open on weekdays from 9AM to 5PM and can be called at (919) *** I called the number at 4:41 PM and got an automated message that said this number was disconnected / no longer in service. I tried the phone number on BCA's website and got a different automated message that said the business hours were 9AM to 4PM. I did not leave a message because of the 3 options, none of them sounded like they were for Customer Services or the Warranty Service Department. The rifle owner's manual I was given is also not for my current rifle as it depicts an AR with a rear charging handle instead of a side-charging handle. I can provide proof for date of purchase as well if needed. Since the O-ring prevents gas from blowing into the user's face I was unsure if this counts as a health issue or not but assumed not since so far no gas has blown in my face and I do not intend to use it while the O-ring is broken.

I ordered a completed upper from them that 3xploded in my face causing me damage and they refuse to contact me back or let me post a review I ordered a completed upper from bear creek arsenal about a month ago, it was a 223 wylde 18" stainless black nitride bear claw fluted heavy barrel with a 1/8" twist and a side charging handle. I went shooting 2 days ago on April 30th with this upper on an *** completeted lower as well as a fully assembled *** ar 556 I had purchased a few months previously. I was shooting the same recommended *** frontier 55 grain 5.56 ammo out of both rifles and put about 90 rounds through the *** ar556 then went to shoot the bear creek arsenal rifle, first shot nailed the target dead on and at first I was surprised and happy. That was until I fired the second shot and the bolt carrier exploded causing catastrophic failure, damaging my lower assembly beyond repair as well as ejecting the magazine into pieces. I luckily only got slight shrapnel in my left arm, but other than that was unharmed by the incident. I have messaged bear creek arsenal multiple times with no response as well as posted a review which they have since deleted. Because of their faulty product I not only was wounded, but lost over 600$ worth of ar-15 parts due to their faulty product. I now sit on their useless and unusable side charging upper receiver and a lower receiver which their product made unusable and they will do absolutely nothing about it and ignore me outright. I will absolutely NEVER be ordering another product from them again for fear of my own life.

I placed an order with Bear Creek Arsenal and tried to cancel within hours after I saw all the complaints against the company for the item I purchased. Bear Creek Arsenal stated they do not accept cancellations because the item is being prepared for shipment and I would have to receive the item first, then return it under their warranty. I contacted them by email and telephone, numerous, times about refunding my purchase since they never shipped the item. They, then, shipped the item after sending me a return label. I complained to my charge card company and opened a complaint because this company did not allow me to cancel my order within 72 hours and would not reverse my charges for an order not yet sent. Bear Creek Arsenal sent the order, I refused to take possession of the order, and *** placed their return label on the package and sent the package back. Bear Creek Arsenal received the package and, eventually, refunded my purchase price in two separate transactions to my charge card after I complained to them about not refunding the correct amount in the first transaction. I, then, sent an email to my charge card company stating the company had emailed me stating they refunded my balance and it wasn't showing up on my account. My charge card company did not close the complaint and Bear Creek Arsenal sent them a letter falsely accusing me of theft and stating the following, directly, slandering me with malice and libelous claims: -The merchandise remains in ***s possession and was never returned. -By filing chargeback with their institution would suggest that the customer may be misusing the Card Network Regulations, by attempting to receive a refund for the merchandise while also keeping the merchandise in their possession. Bear Creek Arsenal has insinuated to my charge card company that they never received the merchandise back and that I kept the merchandise. These claims are false and I have emails showing I did return this merchandise.

Bear Creek Arsenal I received a discount code for 15%off my next order, via email, from this business

I received a discount code for 15%off my next order, via email, from this business. The code was supposed to be valid from 4/07-4/10/22. The code was applied correctly but right as I completed the order the website invalidated the code and charged me the full price for my purchase. The total amount before the discount would have been $299.99. With a 15% discount it brought the total down to $254.99. When the payment was processed I was charged $299.99. I contacted the business trying to cancel or adjust my order to include the 15% discount but was told there's nothing they can do about it. But, that I can refuse the order and they'll refund me whenever they receive the item and process it. This is unacceptable. I was also given a link to a *** video to teach me how to properly enter a discount code(which is insulting to me). I emailed back with multiple screenshots showing how it was their website that was at fault and overcharged me. I have yet to receive any kind of response or attempt to rectify the situation. I do not trust the company to refund me the total amount in a timely manner as refusing the shipment leaves me with no proof that it wasn't 'lost in transit' on the way back to them or that they won't just say that I never returned the item, I also would like to keep the item as I do want the item just at the price that I agreed to pay. I can replicate the error multiple times and it looks as if once at the final purchase confirmation the code is removed and labeled 'invalid', which it is NOT. I would like a refund for the $45 that should have been discounted and I would like it applied to my credit card that I paid with, I also received ANOTHER email today with the same coupon code that is still being invalidated right before checkout. I have sent numerous emails and have since been ignored by the business. My order #*** is still being processed as of 4/09/22 and I would like to receive the item AND the $45 discount refunded to my credit card.

The order totaled $549.87 and included free shipping. I received notification on June 9th explaining that 2 packages had been shipped with tracking numbers *** (6.1 lbs) and *** (6.1 lbs). Upon receipt on June 17, these 2 packages contained the 2 complete uppers that I ordered. I was still missing 3 items - a barrel, and 2 rifle cleaning kits. I received notification on June 15th explaining that a 3rd package had been shipped with tracking number *** (1.2 lbs). Upon receipt on June 22, the package contained 2 rifle cleaning kits. I was still missing 1 item - a barrel. I checked the status of the order online using Bear Creek Arsenal's webpage and it showed that the order had been completed. Still missing the barrel, I contacted their Customer Service to inquire. I received an email response on 6/23 from "***" from Bear Creek Customer Service stating that she had researched the tracking information and found that the package had been delivered. This I already knew and did not dispute. I responded to the email with pictures showing the packaging used (thin white plastic bag) and the items (2 rifle cleaning kits) received. I explained that the packaging, including the weight listed by UPS (1.20 lbs), shows that the barrel was not included as shipped from their location. I did not receive any response to my complaint, so I tried contacting Customer Service again on June 24 to inquire. I received a response from "***" stating that the email had been received and that the concern had been forwarded to the correct department, and to wait 24 to 48 hours for a reply. No response, but considering the current global pandemic and associated delays, I waited until June 29 to inquire. I sent another inquiry on June 29 to Bear Creek Arsenal Customer Service, following up on my missing item. I asked for at a minimum, an acknowledgement that my issue is being reviewed. I did not receive any kind of response. Bear Creek Arsenal also does have my phone number on file, and I did not receive a call from them. I sent another inquiry on June 30 to follow up on the lack of response. I have still not received any response or acknowledgement of my issue as of this submission date (July 2nd).

Bear Creek Arsenal Big order

Big order. BCA sent wrong product, & says not sure they have it to send or what the product is. Asked me to create pictured tutorial for BCA employees We are a business, and we have a business or 'dealer' account with Bear Creek Arsenal (BCA.) They know that items purchased are for re-sale and that this is how we make a living and pay our employees. They have our re-seller's permit on file. On December 1, via Order # ***; We Ordered 12 stock # BCG-15 "BCA .223 Wylde/5.56 NATO/.300 Blackout/.350 Legend Bolt Carrier Group". The useability of these are about 90% universal for the (literally) millions of AR15's there are in the United States. BCA sent me 12 Bolt Carrier Groups that can only be used in BCA "Side Charging Rifles." It is a proprietary Bolt Carrier Group that can only be used it their (in house produced) side-charging rifles. It is a piece of equipment whose demand is so low, that they do not even bother to market them separately as a replacement part on a regular basis. Virtually no re-sale value or market for this item as a stand alone unit. I contacted their customer service immediately. I spoke with Edwin Ramirez at their customer service phone number and via email ***@bearcreekarsenal.com 12/11 11:31 AM. Edwin did not know what the parts were or what the difference in the parts was. He did not know that none of the rifles they sell would not work without some variant of the BCG. I tried to explain to him, I asked if they had the correct parts to fix my order. He did not know, and could not tell me when someone at BCA might know. I was later contacted by ***@bearcreekarsenal.com 12/11 1:28 PM. *** would not provide me with a direct line or email with which to contact her. I have spoke with *** in the past, and she always states that she is not in customer service or in product promotion, but as I have spoke to her at trade shows and dealt with her about defective products, I am not sure this is true. *** said that their inventory system was showing they were out of the stk # BCG-15's I had ordered, but she would try to see if they had some available. I asked her if she knew the difference between the ones, I had ordered vs. the ones I had been sent. She said she did not. *** sked me to create pictured tutorial for BCA employees, so people in the shipping department would know the difference (I am assuming this was a solicitation to act as a consultant.) I told *** it was crucial that I have these parts for weekend sales, and this being a Friday, requested that they overnight air me the correct BCG-15s. *** said she first needed to find out if they had the correct parts, but either way she would contact me before close of business on Friday. *** did not contact me either through phone or email. At about 3pm on Monday 12/14, I called BCA customer service, and spoke to a ***. Mr. had great difficulty navigating the BCA dealer / Customer Service database, and it sound as if someone else was searching emails for him. I used the phonetic alphabet after he failed to find our name in the dealer data base, and could not spell back our email address. After a lengthy process, he found one email from the dozen I had sent. He seemed more concerned about the pencil in the picture of the BCG than about the BCG and AR15 parts in general. He had no information for me, could not tell me if *** was working on the problem, could not give me the name or number of anyone who might be involved, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, ***'s supervisor, or anyone else in the room, he claimed no one else was at BCA. *** seems to have a substance abuse problem or some type of other impairment. Finally, believe I was the subject of a prank, or that this call was being taped for the office Christmas party, I disconnected. At this juncture, I have neither the correct parts, nor the promise of the correct parts. I do not have an ETA, nor am direct phone number or email for anyone who can even attempt to solve the problem.
